Biggest issue I'm having is canceling my subscription. I'm getting the run around. Not happy at all. After finally finding my subscription under a different email. I was able to cancel. How the other email got mixed in when I clearly set up with one email and received numerous emails at said address... I have no clue. If you're having trouble and have more than one email I'd try every email address. I will never purchase this app again.

So, they want $13.99 per month or pay a year subscription for $79 or so. This is how to legally steal money from customers. More than half the games that they broadcast have technical difficulties... Out of all the games I have wanted to watch, only one was broadcasted properly... everything else, just a waste of time or no broadcast at all. Terrible service; even if the service was $0.99 per month; it would still be a rip-off. Do not recommend.

Streaming is getting offline all the time. Tried to watch 4 basketball games of my daughter's team. We couldn't watch the entire first game. They apologized for a technical issue. 2-nd game they streamed OK. But the score board on the screan was a mess. And they never showed the scoreboard in the gym. Then 2 games later they got offline in the middle of third quarter. Quality is not good either. Blury spots. I wish I can have an alternative to NFHS. Don't subscribe if you have any other option.

Very Disappointed with Field Hockey games. There are no score or time clock updates, even though there is a display for that info, it stays at the pregame setting. You miss a lot of the game as the motion-sensing camera lags behind the play. On a penalty stroke, the camera field of view was from midfield to the stroker. You couldn't even see the goalkeeper, so we missed the play. Hoping basketball is better, since COVID restrictions keep us from attending in person.

This app is horrendous! The video feeds look like they are recorded with a potato, the feeds are unstable and shut off. The app won't cast to certain devices. Even with a subscription you can only use it on 1 device. The scoreboard is non existent in some feeds, in others the score is not recorded. Pretty much had to watch every game on my phone and it looked like a bad vhs recording from the 80s. Then had to wait until the players reactions at the end to see who won!!

Don't waste your time on a subscription! The track and field events are blurry, no one focusing on any event or commentating. It's just a blurry view of the field. What's the point of paying for a subscription to get a service like this? If it's not football or basketball the other sports don't get the same attention (clear picture). Why offer other sports if they all won't be treated the same? Either have someone filming the same way for every event or take the choice of sports off of the app.

Disappointed. Subscribed so we could watch our local high school sports. Last week, the video was blurred on half the screen and you couldn't hear the announcer clearly. This week, the picture was better, but had no sound at all. Also would be nice if it displayed score, time, quarter and downs. Had to keep texting my son who was at the game to find out that information. I haven't unsubscribed but feel as though I have wasted my money at this point.

I like that I can follow my athlete when he has away games; however, the frustration comes when the system crashes, or there's a system error message (which presents 98% of the time). Another con is that the camera encounters some type of "technical difficulty" that's being worked on constantly. The scoreboards are hardly visible (which may be an on-site issue).

Great to be able to watch kids' games when unable to attend, including playoff games. Users need to realize, though, that cameras at each high school vary greatly- sometimes they are not clean or pointed at the best location, some are higher resolution than others, and weather conditions can drastically affect the image quality for outdoor sports. Also, the score is almost never filled in and scoreboard at the game not visible. That's the bigger bummer. At least it is a way get to watch.

The casting feature is very poor. While I'm casting, the video keeps playing on my phone and I'm unable to pause, fast forward, etc...the game on the TV. When I try to do those functions, the video displayed on my phone moves, but not the cast view. The scrolling score and periods is also very annoying, but that could be operator error.

I'm currently trying to watch volleyball live. Like many other one-star reviews, the game won't stream due to the camera having technical difficulties. 11 dollars a month is ridiculous for spotty service! Should be free with these issues. And good luck getting ahold of customer service to resolve the issue. The only reason I'm not ending my subscription for this garbage is I'm hanging on to the off chance I can still watch it on demand even it's over. If I can't, it's gone. Save your money.

probably the worst app I've ever used. it never saves my teams. it use to work a year or two ago, but it hasn't at all this year. have to go in the long way to find high-school team to watch the football games. even though they are starred as a favorite it never shows up. then come to the quality of the stream its junk. I understand the videoing and uploading is up to whatever school, but the app always fails multiple times.

So far not so good . Volleyball is like a fan going back and forth between courts. This would be fine if you could actually see a play start to finish. I spent half of my time watching kids goof around on the other court instead of watching a actual game. Camera would zoom in on kids warming up or kids running around . If 2 teams are going on at the same time its a problem. Other times cameras fog up not visible . Football game timed out before it was over . 3 attempts with 3 fails. Poor

They force you to watch commercials of their own product you've already paid for. Local schools control the broadcast so if the school shuts it off at 9pm with 2 minutes to go in a game, too bad. There's basically no customer service, its a chatbot / AI with canned answers that basically say too bad in so many words, and an email option that states they may not be able to respond (ever) to all requests. This could be a good product, but its not. Money grab for newbies to the sports world...

Missing skip forward/reverse features on the app but the biggest deficiency isn't the app but the camera AI. So many times during a soccer game the camera loses the ball and starts panning for it. This has happened on many break-aways and goal have been missed as a result. Update 9/23. Did monthly subscription for '23 soccer. Go to the game I want to watch & the camera isn't working. Try another game, the app says I need to subscribe. This service is a total joke. Don't waste your time or effort

I pay for the subscription every month and more times than not the app doesn't work or says an error occurred trying to find our schools game schedule or the on demand doesn't even play the video. It worked until the end of track season and now that it is football season it hardly works at all. Very disappointed. If it doesn't get fixed soon I will be canceling subscription.

The SmarTV version keeps telling me I'm logged on another device (I'm not). Boots me from watching. I can get back on easily enough, but it happens nearly every two minutes. Other than that, whoever is supposed to be tracking the game with the camera absolutely sucks. Eight goals into a lacrosse game and the camera operator didn't catch one of them. Not one. I deleted the app from my TV and my phone. Wasn't worth the hassle and incompetence.

WORST APP AND SERVICE EVER. Camera work is horrible. You pay $80 a year to watch a few HS games and can't half the time because the stream doesn't work. And when it does, you feel like you are on a boat in 10 foot swells.🤢 There is no one to contact to get immediate help. I meant to cancel my subscription last year. I obviously forgot because I just got charged the renewal. Won't make that mistake again!

Complete garbage, none of the games ever stream..... I get the same old message of "Please stand by. This event is produced by an automated camera that is experiencing technical difficulties. We are working to resolve the issue and we appreciate your patience" everytime I try to watch a game. it doesnt matter if it's a home game or an away game or sport, nothing ever streams. it's a complete waste of money and honestly is pretty much a scam.

I really despise this app. You pay for on a monthly subscription. The camera work is generally terrible and doesn't followg play. Last year I paid for 2 subscriptions because the app and Google Play didn't sync up. I'm sitting here now trying to watch a State playoff game and am sitting here watching a screen stating there are "technical difficulties ". Also, before any event, I am forced to watch an ad for the app that I am already paying for.
