NFL OnePass

The NFL wants you to sign a waiver in order to attend the NFL experience, but no matter how many times you scroll down to the bottom of the waiver, it tells you you have to review the entire document and doesn't let you agree. I've uninstalled the app multiple times and reinstalled it and it still doesn't solve the problem. So far for me the app is entirely useless as you can't proceed without signing the unsignable waiver.

Absolutely one of the worst apps I've ever used. I'm in the OnePass app, I sign up and get directed to install the OnePass App. It's just a dead end when you get to that spot. I guess I'm signed up??? Maybe??? There's really no way to tell. Then I'm reading other bad experiences. I'm not too hopeful with the outcome here. 🤷‍♂️

I can't believe how insane it is attempting to try everything possible to get tickets for Super Bowl Opening Night! Nothing works! They've got my email address, they've got my password, IT'S LIKE THEY DON'T WANT ANY BODY TO GO OR WORSE YET, THEY DON'T CARE !?! Whoever designed this, should be fired and their super Bowl tickets taken way! THE ONE TIME I HAVE TO GO TO A SUPER BOWL FESTIVITIES... I CAN'T GET TICKETS ! THIS BLOWS !!

Can't get past a waiver screen. Went through it 20x times, uninstalled/reinstalled even. If I could give zero stars, I would at this point. Terrible experience.

like everyone else that has an android, I cannot access my ticket through the NFL app. it says the page isn't available when trying to login to Ticketmaster via the app. How this is still going on with no resolution is shameful. Update - I tried Chrome and Firefox and both didn't work. Then I made the Samsung browser my default browser and the NFL app worked and got my tickets. It is still, by far, a horrible app and completely unnecessary to get access to a ticket.

I would leave a zero star review if possible. The tickets are digital and the app isn't working, with only a few days to go until the game in insane. I have tried to contact customer services but have heard nothing back. We are having to travel from another country, have paid for plane tickets and hotel. It is incredible that the app is being 'updated' during the season. It says that it is using Ticketmaster platform but I already have Ticketmaster app so why can't the tickets be available there

I try to agree to the waiver and it doesn't let me click agree despite me scrolling through the entire thing.

What an awful, awful app and experience. Same as everyone else, failed to login to my ticketing account so couldn't access my tickets. Thankfully someone on Twitter had a workaround which involved having to disable Chrome on my phone and install Firefox which then did allow me to sign in. Such a horrid experience though, cannot have been tested at all prior to release

Awful App. Worst I have ever used. Really worried I won't be able to get in to the game, as can't access my ticket in the app. Edit: To their credit the issues have been resolved, and it seems to be working now. Still a shame it wasn't properly tested and ready when the tickets were released.

app is horrible, won't let me complete the registration because I need to view complete waiver and I did that, so app is useless don't bother installing it

A huge brand like the NFL has an app this bad? its laughable. Seriously, what is the point of this app when hardly anything works, or most of the content is completely irrelevant to the events I actually need it for. why is it telling me about the Super Bowl experience, presented by Lowes, when im attended the NFL games in London? I just don't get it!

App has been down, getting updated, or not linking to Ticketmaster in the days before the game. Currently in a queue for the ticket office with thousands of others at Vikings v Browns as the App isn't working and no one can access their digital tickets. Absolute dumpster fire.

on game day the app wouldn't even let me login to my account. Then when I was able to get in it wouldn't load any tickets and continually crashed. missed the start of the game and only got access to the ground because the stadium staff accepted our emails.

Appalling, which idiot designed a system that is incompatible with chrome on android, which most people use ? Tickets only available on this app but everything you try and access expensive tickets with a hefty " administration fee" on top you get a msg to say feature not available please update the app. There are no updates presently available. Who on earth approved this monopoly which days before a huge game makes it impossible to access tickets you have bought? Complete incompetence

This app is a scam to coerce people into sharing their data. Shame on the NFL for these marketing practices and shame on Google for allowing apps like this to exist.

Terrible app, the ticketmaster integration is a mess, the UI is clunky and it's slow. If you can't sign into ticketmaster to collect ticket, clear your default browsers cookies and try again.

App crashed for several hours before the game. It created chaos with thousands of fans unable to get into the game before kickoff. The stewards had to start letting people in based on confirmation emails before things got dangerous.

Terrible app, crashed on game day or couldn't handle the traffic, missed the start of the game due to this useless app, eventually had to use confirmation email to get in, truly the worst experience getting into a London game

NFL.. not fffing likely🤯 A recipe for disaster, link this app to TicketDisaster...what could go wrong! I'm totally amazed touts are able scam thousands of tickets within seconds and yet individual customers are hamstrung by totally shoddy app development. Whoever is responsible for this omnishambles deserves to be fired immediately. charged £2 for digital ticket delivery is beyond a joke, I think everyone deserves a refund as this is utterly useless. Fix the damned app links so it works!!

scandalous, absolute travesty that an app designed to give tickets for game day doesn't work on game day. NFL and their partners should be absolutely ashamed to put fans through this pure hell. the line for people whose app doesn't work is 2 miles long.
