Hello, I love this app. But, the only thing I was different is more detailed shipment tracking. I ordered something two weeks ago and I'm pretty sure my sure my shipment should be hear within possibly a few days, but I don't know when exactly. So, detailed shipment tracking would help with especially if I have last minute plans, so I can someone to go pick it up if I can't. Otherwise, it's a fantastic app!

I'm confused!!! After I put all my information in the App ,Just to find out when I go to make an order it cost a lot for shipping and handling! A 0.92cent earrings will cost me around $ 22 bucks?! There is No other way for me to change the shipping lower it gets higher! I think these are FAKE GOOD REVIEWS 😕 Something looks off! It let me add my address for Puerto Rico and also P.O.Box. So why it did and then the shipping is Exaggerated High! I really wanna see what the Developers has to say!

such a fraud company, price are no where near factory prices and they are doing international business with no stable communication. i've tried to talk on WhatsApp, call and email but the response time is from couple of hours to couple of days. they want to people do business with them in large quantity without proper communication and help method. Such a fraudsters

I'm a regular customer, never had issue with their pricing which are very cheap and quality is top notch, and excelent communication, updates, and I always receive my items, so imagine my shock and utmost disappointment when I wanted to pay for my items in my cart and the shipping cost is over $52-54 alone. That is really a lot of money which is ridiculous to say the least. I'm really disappointed. I love this online app but this is unecceptable.

Pretty bad procedure they have. After ordering then just because items are out of stock automatically those items got canceled and refunded. Basically all watches, and refund goes into the nihao account not our bank. We're not even given option to add something else or get refund in bank accounts. And worst of all, why does your system show items available and being added to cart, when it's out of stock. So pissed off at this experience. Worst ever

I love this app so much! I already use it 3 times and my products are always delivered on time. If their is an issue with the product they will give you a coupon and out of more than a hundred products ordered (I do order a lot because I resell them) only one wasn't available. Great products, Highly recommended!

I purchased a very large order the prices were very cheap I was skeptical the shipping was very very slow took about a month to arrive I made several complaints. the seller reminded me that I purchased the slowest shipment which was by ship from overseas. I got my order just as the seller assured me. I am so pleased and so happy. I do recommend highly. All my items were beautiful. As seen in the picture the seller was very easy to contact. And she kept it real. Thank u nihao jewelry you rock!!!!

I spent about 3 hours last night selecting and filling the shopping cart up and today was still full but got back to co firm the purchase and check out, bum! Is empty! Where are all the stuff I selected?! So the app has a TERRIBLE error, if you hit back the cart will empty completely. You are in the cart page and if you hit go back it will empty the cart.// 12/26/2021: ok taking back my review, the app improved the issue I reported and actually my order arrived early, everything looks very nice

Bought a lot from this site and I am happy with my 1st order

I have bought a lot of jewellery over the last few months and haven't been disappointed with anything. Delivery is quick, the quality is spot on, the website is easy to navigate and the pictures don't do the items justice, everything is so much better in person. I will definitely be ordering more. I have a small shop and these sell a treat. Customer services is fantastic to. Im glad I find this company, would highly reccomend.

It's okay. It could be better. Some items you can only buy in bulk which makes them costly and I had some items I favorited only to come back and even though still favorited, they do not show in my favorites list which is pretty inconvenient

Expecting better than Temu. You need to buy $79 minimum in order to get free shipping. That's not good for the client. I buy hundreds of dollars from Temu. Shipping is free always. I was looking for different beads and separators to create different and modern styles that Temu doesn't have. No luck.

Ordered weeks ago, paid for express shipping. No tracking number. No status updates. I was told they weren't responsible for giving me a tracking number. I still don't have any items. The customer service rep responded to my request with a tracking number with a link to the refund policy which Send you to their website which doesn't even work. Super sketchy.

Even though it took about a month to get my order, it was worth it... Didn't want to place a huge order just in case... But I'm ready for a real order. Products are really good quality, I loved every single item I purchased. This wholesaler is great if you are thinking on starting your own little business.

Wow I just got Blue to White this is ridiculous I love the prices on some things on quite a bit but however but I cannot believe my order was $23 like 2388 y'all are going to charge me $53 to ship it to you y'all are crazy cuz I'm not it's ridiculous you need to figure out how to get the shipping over here cheaper because once people check out if they even look and they see they're going to pay twice as much for the shipping to get it then they're not going to order IN UNINSTALLING!

Companies get some decent stuff, pretty good prices shipping is pretty fast and not too expensive. They're pretty good at keeping updates on where the products are. Sometimes it takes a little while to get shipped out of the warehouse, but that's not usually too bad.

The app wasnt bad at all the first time I used it but right after I closed the app it doesnt work anymore. It tells you that the server timed out. I couldnt look at the stuff i put in my cart nor my profile to see if anything connected.

Nihaojewelry is a great wholesale app, there are a lot of good jewelry accessories, earrings, headwear, wallets and handbags, etc. on there so I definitely recommend to get them. You just have to look at the size and measurements and most of the time they are pretty good and most of them are hit or miss like you get what you pay for and yeah but I think jewelry is a good online store

I rate this a four because it's really good but the shipping is expensive if the the thing says it's no tracking order you have to go to your bank and show them your payment and you will see the tracking because it takes a long time to receive the order

Awesome site to find wholesale jewelry. I have been buying from them for 2 years and always happy with my purchases. On the rare occasion, I have an issue with the products they give me a credit for next time. Cheaper than alibaba and fast shipping.
