The app works fairly well for the most there. A time or two, I have experienced a few glitches. 3.5.2026 - I was on the app from 9:45 am for the release of the Air-max 95 Neon. Once 10 am hit, I was able to select the sneakers, my size, and submit the order. The order was pending for 23 minutes... just for the app to say, I could not get the sneakers. It was very disappointing and frustrating. I was ready to check out at 10:01 am. I believe that the app should over some additional perks...
All my purchases and time spent navigating the app have been somewhat so so. Out of 15 purchases only one was extremely late and never arrived only to be refunded as the result. The all itself could use some work when sliding over from left to right through categories when released the page scrolls all the back to the top of the category selected or even not selected.
Almost never able to purchase product that I want. I am a serious nike customer. It hard to keep spending money with you all when I'm always forced to purchase my second choice. My first choices are always sold out within seconds of releasing. Then all of the shoe stores are only selling shoes to people who want to purchase 10 pairs at a time. If you only want 1 pair it's easier for them to lie and say "oh sorry were sold out". If you wait a Little while you see someone come in and purchase 20.
Very easy to use but man, too many bugs all the time, especially when adding things to the cart. I try to add things that are in stock and then says not available. I go to just look at the cart and says, try again later. Makes for a very frustrating shopping experience when all you want to do is check out. Like, cool, I guess you don't need my money when your sales are slumping 12% in yet another quarter.
I used to get a lot of shoes back in the days here on the app . I encounter an error adding an item to my cart as well as trying to "buy it now" App is useless to me nowadays since I can only get anything from the actual website. What's the point of receiving exclusive access on some items but you can't checkout . Shame shame ... spoke to an "expert" on the chat and all I got was - "I'll escalate it internally" or something among those lines . Anyway . Love Nike ! I hate the nike app n snkr
The app has be total TRASH!!! for the last 2 or 3 months. It won't let me sign in. Keep on getting the message "Something is wrong, try again". I missed out on several sales and pairs of sneakers!!! I'm so damn annoyed!!! Spoke to a rep and they told me to call and do the order over the phone. That isn't always convenient. I can't even access the damn products. The app doesn't work!!! Come on Nike let's fix this!!!!!
This app is an illusion. What they say is in stock isn't really in stock in America, it's in stock in their sweat shops in China I guess because how do you justify a 13 day shipping window, then you add an extra day directly after the purchase. This has happen during the holidays and during normal parts of the year for me at least. To add insult to injury they send you an email saying they haven't forgot about your product 3 days later instead of shipping your product or refunding you. Rude.
Very unhappy with both nike and SNKRS app. The app start having errors as soon as 10 am hits for releases. when I finally get through, it did not allow me to click anything to make a purchase. Then during a shock drop, it still was having issues and the app was not loading up until the drop finished and everything sold out. This isn't fair. As a customer and member for years and still going through this is bizarre. I'm done with nike.
Won't open my cart! I've had this app for a while now and left some designs om my cart. But when I'm ready to checkout, my cart won't open! It won't even load so I can view what I put in it! Sort feature for low-high price doesn't work; the prices are all over the place! Also when I look at one design and hit back, it also takes me to the beginning of my search list, not to where I stopped. Terrible and inconvenient.
They keep declining my orders. The 2 times my orders ever went through, one from me, when I first downloaded the app, the other from a customer service representative, they were canceled in few hours. All other tries proved futile. Customer service keeps telling me my billing address is the problem. How can my billing address be accepted on all the other shopping sites, when it has problem?
App was great for ordering nike gear, great selection, and quick shipping. The prices were good too. Now, it doesn't work at all. I can not add anything to my cart. Nike needs to figure it out. Losing sale after sale. I deleted and re downloaded it 3 times now, and it has the same result. Will not allow me to add to the cart . So, APP DOES NOT WORK!!! HOPE NIKE FIXES THIS SOON. It WAS great.
I like nike products. You definitely get what you pay for. I have had my nike sneakers for almost 2 years now and they haven't let me down. Only problem right now is that when the latest update came through it bugged up the app. For some reason an error pops up when I try to go to my favorites. It says Server Error. Idk if it's a bug or something happening on their end but I hope they fix it soon.
Every time I try to buy certain types of shoes on the app or website there's system or server error. It makes it real hard to buy the product you want at retail prices. If I want to buy the things I want from Nike, I have to pay scalper prices. Not very consumer friendly. There's so many things I would have bought for nike if this wasn't happening. I know I'm one person but, there is thousands of people out there that deal with the same thing.
New app update won't allow me to sign in...I love Nike. I've been using the app for many years, with no issues. However, that changed when the latest update occurred. Now when I go to log in, it buffers then kicks me back to the initial start-up page. I have since deleted the app, re-installed it and made sure my VPN allows the app, yet still not functioning. Not sure what the issue is or what else to do...
App always failing, it does not allow me to sign in even though I have entered the correct details and OTP. this has happened in the past and I have to uninstall and reinstall. I cannot shop on the website as it takes me to the app that does not allow me in. It is really frustrating and this is now the 3rd time it is happening for no reason. worked yesterday but today cannot get in no matter what I do
this app SUCKS. so many errors when trying to make a purchase, just yesterday I was trying to buy a jacket and the transaction just would not go through cause of errors, I went to a different site and bought a better looking jacket for a better price. dont even get me started on the errors when a dope shoes launches....
update: customer service for the win. so gave them 3 stars instead of one. original: They have good products. However, the app takes a long time to load. By the time this app loads I can order a product from Amazon. Also, the biggest question is does Nike believe on customer service and satisfaction? I would say the answer is NO. Why is Nike using OnTrac for delivery services. The package is never delivered on time. DO BETTER NIKE!
I had an issue where I placed an order of a pair or air force 1 and paid for it. Then Nike canceled it because the item is out of stock, then they say that there is a glitch in the app that makes the item in stock where it's not, totally not the customer's fault. Long story short, they say they've already issued a refund, but I haven't received any. Had to go to the bank and the bank says that the merchant is in the best position to resolve this and Nike just throw it right back. Good work Nike
I’m honestly very disappointed with Nike and the SNKRS app. I’ve entered countless drops and NEVER hit on anything. I’m always on time, payment info saved, fully ready — and still take L’s every single time. It feels impossible to win a pair, even as a real customer who wants to wear them, not resell. The app claims it’s a fair chance, but it doesn’t feel that way. After so many failed attempts, it just feels like a waste of time. Extremely frustrating experience.
Fix your app! I get a constant error that I am not connected to the network. My Internet is fine. The Nike app always says to "sign-in" and when I do sign-in, it brings me back to the sign-in page over and over again. Please fix your app network connections.
