This has to be the best 2D mobile game I've played. Every once in a while I come back to play it. It has beautiful art and music, great graphics, and is overall very fun!! I love the gradual increase in difficulty/challenge and how it makes me think through the completion of each level. I still like how much grace the game gives you though when it comes to coins, diamonds, and 1-Ups. Not too much of each item but just enough to make you feel satisfied. Definitely recommend.

Yeah, I gotta give props to this game. It has a simple background but beautiful to look at. It has very simple controls like fire, dash, jump, etc, but it's fun to play and, best of all, it's not stricken with a ton of ads. There's some, to be expected, but you can pay a small but worthy fee and turn them off. This game reminds me of an intense version of Pitfall.

This was an incredibly fun game. Probably the best 2d platformer I've ever played(evident by the fact that i am writing a review (:). The controls were nice and easy to learn quickly. There were many difficult parts but all definitely doable. The final boss was interesting because at that point in the game i thought I was at the best i could be but quickly learned i needed to get better. I did get stuck in the ground a couple times but overall really good.

I don't normally write reviews but these guys got it right. What a great game. You can actually play it too without constant ads popping up and delaying you. There are ads in the free version, but they are between levels and between games. You can actually play the game mostly uninterrupted. Even then the ads are fairly quick and easy to skip through. I paid a small fee for no ads, which was no problem. I don't mind paying a little for a good game with a good developer.

I really like this game! And I don't get into mobile games. They don't have the story driven plots, game play, graphics or overall character experience of the console games. Not to mention all the ads, control problems, simplistic graphics or having to pay in order to progress. HOWEVER, THIS GAME has smooth and easy controls, makes impressive use of the limited graphics, doesn't require watching excessive ads or to buy anything in-game at every turn. Most of all, it's fun and entertaining!

So I've been playing this game for several months now, and I initially started playing it because I really wanted another game to play after Speedy Ninja was taken off of the store. This game is too damn good! It controls super well, the scenery is beautiful, and the gameplay is mad solid! It's really fun watching out for traps and enemies hidden in the walls (I got scoped a few times, no lie) but overall, I'm pretty vigilant. On top of that, the music is really immersive. Definitely recommend!

Even suffering through ads and not buying the game, up until the final boss battle, I found this game challenging and fun to try and get through. Level design was really well done and found myself truly challenged. However I found the final boss battle impossible to tolerate since you die a lot and between each try you are forced to watch a 30 second ad. So I found quickly that you'd spend 15 or 20 seconds trying to figure out a way to beat the boss, ultimately die, and suffer through a 30 second commercial over, and over, and over, and over, and over. Finally, I could not take it any further and uninstalled the game without ever beating the boss. Up to that point, I very much do recommend this game. But BUY THE AD FREE VERSION if you want to beat the end boss.

One of the best free games I've ever played on mobile. Worth every penny you dont pay. The controls are simple and easy to use. The level design is original and entertaining. The story itself isnt amazing and left on the back burner but you'll be too distracted by playing the game to notice. Only drawback is that level design goes from single line runing, challenging obstacles, until it eventually becomes really frustratingly difficult. You'll even feel acomplished after. Worth playing.

Just completed this game and all I have to say is wow, just wow. A basic fight through each map and move to the next level game like they've been doing since Mario. But, it has rich lore, beautiful art and progressively challenging stages. Sometimes I really thought there was no way to beat the level, but of course, there was always a way. A difficult yet not impossible game. The art blew me away, it was like reading a well done comic. Overall, thoroughly impressed and will now play the sequel.

so, this game is addictive and beautiful. the art style isnt original but it is unique.fun... at first. the controls are too tight.you'll go to jump and press it like 4 times but your guy will just walk off a cliff.this game requires accuracy and precision reflexes, but after 20 levels it gets to the point where difficult stops being fun and it's just cheap. impossible situations that WILL kill you. worse, there is no point to playing past level 30. everything is unlocked. there is nothing to do

Great game! I love how u have to take ur time n analyze things just a lil bit as u go. Also u r given plenty of loot n opportunity to upgrade after every level. I think the difficulty level is just right. Controls r silky smooth. I can see why people r asking for part 2. If there is a part 2, I would love to see maybe upgrade to different/better weapons. This is def a premium-type game for free!

Just downloaded and this game is the best ninja game out there. After playing the first level I was hooked. The story plot is engaging, the graphics are mesmerizing, and the music is calming. The levels get harder and very difficult as you progress which could be intimidating but they are beatable. Definitely install this! You won't be disappointed. Also, I can see why so many people are requesting a sequel. It's that good!

When I got the game a while back, I expected a trash platformer that was just a money grab. This is one of the few times I was happy to be wrong. This is the best game I've ever played on a phone and the difficulty just makes it better. To those who dont like the game because of ads or difficulty, this game is supposed to be difficult. For the ads, they dont even make the game unenjoyable or ruin the immersion, plus if you do it right you can get in hours of play without a single ad. Best game.

Fun game, controls are buggy/just not that good overall.. Which is a huge negative because halfway thru the game the difficulty ramps up like 500% and if the controls bug at all you die. Also, it becomes more of a "play 1 level 50 times and memorize where every single enemy, trap, and hidden enemy is.".. Still fun at times but it is incredibly frustrating overall because the later levels really do set you up to fail over and over. Also, no floating analog for movement? Really?!

I love the game, it both looks nice and has smooth gameplay. My only complaint is that you can max out your abilities on the first thirteen levels, which makes the gameplay much less involving. If there were more abilities to upgrade, that'd be nice. I aslo think that the abiloties you DO have should be a little harder to upgrade, as to make the gameplay more involving. Thank you for reading this, i hope you have a nice day!

I'm always looking for a good quality platformer game for my phone. Most are just garbage, this game is not most. Download and play it now and you'll be happy you did. This has perfect controls and difficulty you want. Not to mention fun abilities and new enemies. The ads are at a minimum as well, you don't get smacked with one every time you die it's like every new stage which is seriously great and I can deal with that. All around one of the best mobile games I've ever played.

Great game! Fun to play, doesn't bombard you with ads, and you dont have to pay to get good. Can't ask for much more. I had to drop my rating down to 2 stars because unfortunately the game's sound cuts out after every single ad break. It wont come back unless I restart the game. Please fix and my rating will go back to 5 stars. This bug is annoying enough that Im gonna stop playing the game otherwise.

Finally some gold among the dross. No gamer but I like fun little games. Word puzzles & action games. For every 12 games I try I might find 1 I love. It's challenging, fun. I'm a ninja w a range of abilities & weapons. It feels like everything is RPG, runner/shooter, match 3, build your town. I don't have to wait an hour after playing 15 minutes.... This game is fun, acessable & on another level than most. Even paid $1 to skip ads. Worth it.

The game has great graphics, beautiful music, and even plenty of challenging, but not impossible levels. Every single one of the stages you encounter looks good, with a great background. The game knows how to keep you active with the game because of the well hidden, hard to escape traps. The worst part being the ads that only pop up every level or so. Honestly, it's 30 seconds of promotion every 5-20 minutes (changes for different players) It even let's you play on airplane mode. Beautiful.

really liked the art style. game play was pretty good, i liked it; but do you really need an ad every time you pass a level? or fail to pass a level? or when you go back to the title screen? or when you go to the shop? or when you try to upgrade a skill? I get it. devs need money, but i would have played the game past level 4 if i didnt have to watch 7 ads in that time.
