The cart gets emptied itself when opened. I added different items from the application and it shows the count of items on the cart icon. As soon as open the cart, all items disappear and I cannot checkout because nothing is there. I tried restarting the app, even updated the app to latest version but same issue. This is very inconvenient as I had some credits which are due to expire today. May be that's why the app won't let me checkout!!! 😕
Noon's subscription is the absolute worst. Even though they're all under the same name, each Noon product has its own rules. Noon Food is different, Noon Minutes is different. When I pay for a yearly subscription, I shouldn't have to pay extra for deliveries, and there shouldn't be any catches. But with Noon, it's just a waste. You pay for the yearly sub, and then you still have to pay extra. Seriously, don't bother with their subscription. Get Amazon Prime instead; it's a much better deal.
Not ready for prime time. Delivery time is awful for most of the items, add at least 2 days to their delivery estimates. They devide 10 item orders to 10 individual orders/deliveries, waste of time and fuel. The app does not allow you to order more than quantity of 10 for each item, you have to place separate orders to get more than 10 pcs. There are a lot of dishonest sellers and there's no seller rating system. They don't allow reviews, so, I prefer to order from Amazon to save a lot of time.
One thing i hate and think Noon 15 Minutes should improve is that, when an item is out of stock, you should not charge the customer for the missing item, and please refund the money if you have charged them. It's frustrating to see an item missing during delivery but you are neither notified, nor was you refunded (they make you pay for the missing item). So unless the customer go out of their way to ask for refund, they just proceed life as it is and take people's money wrongly.
worst experience I had, got depression! avoid at all costs I tried everything the app has to offer and all had bad experiences, I paid extra to get my order delivered earlier and it wasn't delivered until the day actually finished, grocery arrives faster. The return policy is horrid, they try there best to delay anything when one of their products is damaged and the list goes on but will just mention this much.
they do not specify the time the order will be delivered, I cancelled my order because I changed my location from home to work (in the same area) after I already paid the "delivery by today" fee for me to find that the delivery was changed to tomorrow by them, customer service is completely unhelpful and it's just very frustrating. DO NOT RECOMMEND. UNINSTALLED.
Horrible app design. Please hire a better web/ app designer and please work on your customer service!! We ordered food via Noon food and realized we were missing a meal, yet we paid 72 AED and we didn't have enough food to share I'm actually surprised that there isn't a "contact us" link/number??? Instead, we raised a ticket and it's been 6 hours and no one contacted us. You're better off ordering on another app, guys. Never ordering from noon again, worst app legit
WORST APP TO ORDER STUFF!!! They do not have a 24-hour customer service hotline. Their AI auto replies to generic questions does not solve a single thing. First, they will deliver your order without calling you. Second, they will reschedule it telling that they tried to call you but they did not. I am not happy and this is the worst thing ever!!!!!!!!
its been over a week since i talked to your customer service for a refund i requested for an order that takes almost 2 hours and the food has not arrived. so i decided to just cancel the order and request for a refund. they told me they can refund it within 3-5 days and offer me the noon credits that will come to my account within 24 hours but till now has not. there was no option in the app to follow up and nobody has contacted me since or update me of the status.
After the update the live location of the delivery driver is not showing before pick up the (live location starts only after pick up), which is a new change. Main thing is the noon credits. once you click the noon credit it will show the date and month, but not the year. And if you click on it "something error" message will come. What's this, Many credit backs have validity more than a year. How woukd they know?
Two things bother me a lot: 1. everyday adds that I should upgrade to Noon One, when I already have the Noon One subscription 2. It often fails to open, saying this: Request timeout. This may be because you are in a non serviceable network. If you are using VPN, try disabling it. Alternatively, try switching to a different WiFi or data network.
This complaint is being submitted to document an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Noon that has happened four times consecutively, despite multiple escalations and confirmations from their customer service and management. I attempted to purchase a specific product called Water Gator W911. Every single order resulted in the wrong product being delivered, which was a cheaper and different item, while I was charged the full price of the more expensive product I actually want
The app keeps freezing! I often times can't get past the home screen because I cannot select anything! Please fix this bug. I've restarted it, deleted and redownloaded it, erased the cache, and so on. Nothing works. It's unpredictable and sadly useless!
Do not buy Dyson products from Noon. I received a defective item and there is no proper support. I purchased a Dyson Airwrap in November for 2500 AED. I have used it only twice. The device works for about 5 minutes, then stops due to overheating and only works again after waiting for it to cool down. This makes it impossible to use properly.
I’m giving 1 star because the Noon app performs very poorly. It is extremely slow, takes too long to load pages, and often hangs during basic use. The app drains battery quickly and makes the phone heat up, which shows very poor optimization. Overall, the performance and user experience are frustrating and far below expectations. Urgent improvements in speed, stability, and resource usage are needed.
Have been a member here for a few years now. but lately the customer service has been horrible and starting to come across as anti-customer with their app policies. Will cancel my membership and move on to better apps.
Non Food experience is very bad and stressful. If you order is delayed, there is no one you can reach out. No call or no chat. If order is delivered by noon, the experience is worst and if it is delivered by restaurant, its even more worst. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
There are several issues about noon. First thing, fake product. Second, they don't return or replace damaged products easily. They always make things difficult. Third, usually more expensive than Amazon. Forth, Cashback is not practical. Discount is more appropriate.
very poor noon service. placed an order of 9 items. 2 items super mall order got auto cancelled by saying that you tried to reschedule while noon do not allow super mall reschedule. now have to pay extra shipment and COD fee for reording. it noon trick to cancel to earn more and it happened previously also. very poor and pethatic NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SUPERMALL. PETHATIC EXPERIENCE. ORDER IS AUTO CANCELLED WITH ANY LAME EXCUSE Cash on delivery option has also been Disabled.
Noon refuses to refund my meal plan order to my payment card that was cancelled by the restaurant and not me. My order was placed and accepted 2 days in advance and the restaurant cancelled in the last minute leaving me without iftar. I requested noon to provide a replacement meal for the same day but they only offered to refund to Noon credit, meaning no matter what, Noon will still get paid. I find this to be unfair as I paid with my credit card and NOT noon credit!
