Good password storage, rarely autofills, buggy. Although advertised as having autofill function, it's not seamless as other options, most of the time I just copy and past the user names and passwords because it's too much hassle to try and get Nord to autofill, autofill often triggers AFTER I manually paste everything, unhelpful. It also tris to fill in OTP fields a lot, very annoying, but it's a common issue with every other option I tested. Also asks me to save credentials already saved.

EDIT: Ignores biometric login. If app goes to background after entering master pass, it won't open again. It's not working as expected and wasting my time. I am paying for this service so help me out. It could be a bit easier to use on mobile devices. The generate strong password option doesn't appear automatically when creating new accounts via mobile. Still getting used to NordPass handling login info after standard Chrome on Android/Windows integration.

Major update some time ago eliminated unique tiles that made spotting the password you need a little quicker. Fewer are specifically branded; the rest are pink letters on aqua tiles and harder to see than ever. Not an issue except 95% of the time I have to go into the app and copy the username, then password even on very popular, large websites. They suggested it was a my phone, a combo of the One UI or Android version. I've switched managers and the new one works perfectly, always.

COMPLETE GARBAGE! Why does it take me OUT OF THE APP TO LOG IN? I can't log in on one of my devices because of this. I so envy you. If I was this incompetent at MY job, I would be fired instantly. It makes me input my password twice when logging in for the first time. I have 2 Android devices with no biometrics; it doesn't let me use the PIN as a password. You're lacking in the A in the CIA security triad. No WearOS app. Update: when I edit an item it doesn't let me scroll through the note.

locked out of my account. Support can't do anything and insist I should have 3 passwords in order to get in. biometric scan stopped working, and to my surprise, the master password wouldnt work either. I lost everything that was stored. When they say they can reset your account that wipes all of your passwords so what's the point? one star because there's no reason why the biometric and master password should suddenly stop working along with the "oh well" response from support

Honestly the integration is abysmal. I wish I stuck to the Google password manager. There's no way to distinguish a password manager and a normal auto fill in Google so you're stuck with having to import all your info into nordpass if you want any autofill to work properly. I was hoping to separate a lot of my personal information from my passwords versus putting them onto one app, but apparently the autofill function makes that impossible.

Recently, this stopped showing me my password options in Chrome. So the only way I can get the password is to open the NordPass app and search for it, which isn't a huge deal, but it does kind of put a damper on using the app to store my passwords. One of the big reasons I switched to NP was for the auto fill aspect it offered.

I have had Nordpass a few years now. it's been a great tool to store all my unique passwords, as well as taking care of my 87 year old mom's accounts. I also store documents and secure notes if they are needed, related to her. I wish for emergency access. Should it be required, I could allow my siblings without an account to have it. are there any plans to enable this? overall, it has been a great tool to have. extensions work on browsers. Documents and secure notes are useful. syncs all devices

It was an ok service until they recently took away all of the standard features and made them "premium" forcing users to pay more for their "premium" subscription just to have those basic features back, especially being logged in on more than one device. If frequently using both your phone and a PC throughout the day, you now have to re-login on each device with two different passwords each time you need to access your other passwords on either device. It's now not worth it I'm so sick of this

Update: No tickets were offered when I called in for support during and after setup so I can't add those; now even more sites and apps don't work with NordPass. Best Buy app, Amazon, Citi Visa app or site, so many issues with it opening one time then not another on various sites, works on some apps, not others, browser extension on computer keeps locking itself even though "keep unlocked" is checked. Don't ask me to post tickets here! Paid family account, you have my number! Call me!

The functional aspect of storing passwords works as expected. However, the auto fill feature doesn't work 80% of the time, making me manually open the app and pull the login info. Dropping to 1 star. There's no one at this company making sure it actually works on websites. I'm now basically down to 10% success rate. I just feel like I'm paying for a glorified notepad. Get it together and stop making customers do your job for you.

One of the more inconvenient password apps I've used. I don't often use the app, so I suppose for security purposes, it completely signs me out and makes me reverify the device I'm using (it's only on my phone), ignoring biometric or password sign-in entirely. This annoyance is compounded by the fact that this verification sign-in uses the tedious browser-based login instead of staying within the app, so I fail to see the point in setting up all my sign-in options. Just a waste my time.

Unreliable. Multiple times a day I'm getting this message, "Something went wrong. Please check back shortly." This is incredibly inconvenient. Will be switching to a different product. Update 3/1/24: Based on the response I received from you, I have been waiting for the update. But, here we are, four days later, no update and no change in functioning. Still telling me, "something went wrong. Please check back shortly." when I attempt to log in.

Out of the blue, my biometrics seem to have been turned off (possibly due to an update on the Nordpass side? Unclear). None of the other recovery methods have worked properly, and I've now been going in circles with their tech support for a week, but received no useful assistance with this issue. Had been satisfied until this debacle, but being locked out of a password manager for over a week is unacceptable. The lackadaisical attitude from the tech "support" here hasn't helped whatsoever.

I've been using this app for a couple of months across my phone, browser and tablet and I cannot tell you how many flipping problems I have signing into it, staying signed into it and not having it autofill worth a damn. I'm consistently having to manually look up passwords rather than having it conveniently fill things for me. it seemed to work fine for the first month but the service has consistently gone downhill. I will not be renewing my subscription.

Looks like the new update that fixes bugs added one big one. I can't login. I get a "something went wrong, please check back shortly" error. I even reinstalled the app and didn't even have a chance to enter my password. I'm currently not a paid subscriber, but this is extremely inconvenient and once it's back up, I'm just going to write down all my passwords in a book or something. It never goes offline.

Android functionality is far worse than Apple. Autofill prompt fails to open many times, forcing me to go into the app and copy and paste. Many times when the autofill does prompt, the credentials don't actually transfer. I select the choice and nothing happens. I have followed every support action to make sure Nord is the prioritized and only autofill app on my android, and it is still incredibly inconsistent. Had I known of these issues, I wouldn't have paid for this service. Disappointed

I've been using this app for over a year and it's been great. The auto fill sometimes doesn't pop up but that's intermittent and mostly related to the Microsoft Edge password save or built in Google password save features on Android. It's a minor inconvenience but not a showstopper. Lately I haven't been able to use the app at all. I open it, log in, and immediately get a "Something went wrong. Please try again later." There is no other error. I've cleared cache, forced the app to stop, etc.

I have a lot of passwords to remember and using the same one, even if good, is never a good choice. NordPass not only generates.solid passwords, I can now generate different passwords for different sites and not worry about having to remember them all. I also love how you can organize passwords and other important data (credit cards etc) into folders. Great tool so far!

I'd give it a higher rating, but continued issues with autorenewal, and the inability to change a payment method. If you have multiple products on one account, why not use the same billing for each? Support has tried, but the steps given didn't work, even tried from a different PC. I like the sync feature, but the subscription problem will be a deal breaker if not fixed. Unable to even update billing from within the installed app on the phone.
