The latest update dropped support for many fairly recent versions of Android. Not everyone buys a new phone every year. Edit:response to dev comment: the app states to update to the latest version to continue using it, but the latest version will not install on Android 11 and older. It is not an account issue, is it an app issue. They blocked old versions from accessing the dashboard, while preventing users from updating.

I love the app, all activities are clear the care team is clear and uploading relevant documents is clear. the only time I see glitches is once I have seen a test result and I would like to view it again it does not work. I sign out and sign back in and it starts to work again. I wish that sign out and sign in wasn't needed to refresh and see live updates but over all the app is great!

App loads better now that it is updated to Epic. I haven't attempted to schedule appointments yet, however. But the rx list is absolutely abysmal. There's no way to organize the list and so prescriptions that I get every month (controls; they cannot come with refills) are clogging the list. I'm hesitant to just "remove" all the old prescriptions, but there should be an archiving solution for empty/used rx's. Older folks will definitely have issues using the app for refills.

this is without exaggeration the worst app I have ever been forced to use for anything. I am very literally choosing to delay or decline non-urgent health care to avoid interacting with this app, which I have to assume was the goal. the decline in the quality of my care with Northwell in the last year solely due to the changes in tech and communications is just beyond belief

The billing and payment system is very confusing. It doesn't show any past payment history. Also, it constantly logs out when I want to go to another section, i.e. pay a bill or patient portal.

This app is outstanding! It made everything so much easier and more convenient—having all my test results in one clear, easy-to-access place was a game-changer. I genuinely enjoyed using it. Huge congratulations and thanks to the developers for creating something this helpful and well-designed

useless app, doesn't even show correct information. wish I could give it 0 stars. to add to its uselessness, even the support email you see in the response bounces. so you have no way to contact support except through this review

My results don't load, The most result that I gave us 12/17/25 which is really frustrating because I keep going in and out of Northwell

Cannot book an appointment. I select my doctor and clock make an appointment and it just keeps sending me back to the main menu over and over again.

Your updates suck if you always have to change your password and jump through all those hoops just to log in.

It's a helpful app, but on Samsung Galaxy s24 I'm not able to see or access any buttons along the bottom of the screen. The biggest issue is with the message tab. I am not able to send a message because the "Compose Secure Message" button is not visible on my device.

A known good username and password doesn't work. EDIT: Instead of posting the same "call us,we'll help" how about letting us know why so many of us cannot use our credentials? Is it because all of us are doing something wrong? Does it require MFA enabled? Some setting in the online Profile? FWIW, I did call, but hung up after 45 minutes of being on hold.

The doctors on the app and the service are great, but this app really needs an overhaul. Every time you turn around, it's freezing, not loading up, or takes forever to connect. You have to uninstaller to re install. Please fix this problem, make you not want to use the app at all it's outdated (please).

Horrible. Every time I have a virtual appointment and I try to log in, it says my account is disabled. I have to call and have them reenable my account every single time. Why does it do this? I'm on hold right now and 20 minutes late for my appointment because of this. It's Thursday and I checked on Monday to see if I can log in, got the error message, called support and they unlocked my account. So why is it locked again? Don't tell me to call the number and choose option 3. Just fix it!

Wasn't able to successfully launch a telehealth visit from the app or the weblink my provider sent. The link they sent took me to an online appointment dashboard that didn't display any appointments even though I had one scheduled. The mobile app did show the appointment, but when I clicked on the link to launch it wouldn't open properly in the browser. First it tried to launch in the Samsung browser, which had been set as the default. It said that browser wasn't supported so I should open in Chrome, but when I tried to do so it prompted me to log in again and then told me my username/pw were wrong. I tried changing Chrome to the default browser so it would open directly, but I ran into the same problem: it prompted un/pw then rejected them. When I tried to follow the reset pw link, it told me I didn't have an account registered with that email address (but I'd successfully signed in with it on both the web version and the app a few minutes prior). In the end I had to reschedule the appt as an office visit. Would appreciate someone looking into this to save others the hassle. Thanks.

Can't get mobile to work at all. Couldn't get past the denied permissions on chrome or Firefox even though they were allowed. On Desktop, Firefox wasn't showing any options on the ready for call page, no buttons either but once the dr entered the call the call actually started. Then Used chrome but the audio was terrible, my voice was echoing on both sides

Very difficult to use. Some information has to be inputed several times before saving, so annoying. When you type in, can't see what you are inputting, and it's impossible to delete word. Worse app design, I prefer to go to hospital fill the form manually

The app is constantly telling me that it doesn't recognize my fingerprint and then asking for my log in credentials. When I enter my email and password, the app gives me a spinning circle as if it is loading but it stays frozen on that screen. I've already tried clearing the cache. It doesn't help.
