App has rendered itself useless at this point. Started with server errors, then my account basically reset with no family members listed and no devices. Now I have to reconnect all devices. I'm not convinced the monitoring has much value anyway. With Google, you have the ability to set time limits much easier. Save the hassle and go with a different product.

great to see kids activity on the app, but I am unable to make changes to the "house rules" thru the app and have to sign into my account via the website. this is highly inconvenient and somewhat defeats the purpose of the app. also tracking is not completely accurate and has locked out devices in error. I'm still in the trial period, but highly doubt I'll become a customer.

Was great for a while, now constantly getting alerts that permissions have been changed and accessibility turned off on my kids' devices when I have verified that neither is the case on all devices. EDIT: The advice to turn off their access to the Settings app isn't helpful. First, these aren't 7-year-olds - I want them to be able to access the phone's settings when necessary. Second, I have verified, in real-time, that they are not turning off permissions or accessibility on both devices in question.

My intention with this app was to monitor and block app usage on a kid's smart phone. I wanted him to have access to limited apps (music, texting, calling, camera), and block web browsing and other apps. An 11 year old was able to get around this app to web surf easily, and within two months even managed to delete the app. I got no notification when he deleted the app. This is useless. Glad I got a free 6 month trial and hadn't paid for it.

I got a message saying my card was declined. I took my payment method off because I'm still getting pop-ups on my device and it's telling me I have several viruses. I'm not paying for something that isn't going to help me. I have several phones. But I'm stuck using my old outdated phone. Yes you found some malware on some apps I had. but getting ads popping up every 5 seconds. Can't type anything in text or email without having to start over. I'm deleting the app. I'll let a shop fix it.

App gets stuck "loading" when I am trying to get in on both my phone and my kids phone. Cannot get back into it. uninstalled and reinstalled. turned phones off and on. Nothing working. Also, I've frequently had trouble with the GPS tracking saying "Location services is off" even though both my kids' phones are registered to the account and GPS location is turned on on their phones. It happens so often that I wonder if it will not be working if there is ever an emergency.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It wont perform a function as simple as locking the phone. There is a lock phone button you get to turn on and off, and time restrictions to set. Yet your child's phone will still make and receive calls. 6 hours in 2 calls to customer support, running the same playbook of installing and uninstalling the program and profile. No avail, and no admission it doesnt work. Just mindlessly repeating the same actions. Customer service has no solutions. STAY AWAY!

The location feature is more or less useless. It doesn't update for hours, even on a cell phone with good signal and hitting "locate now" repeatedly. It also, for some reason, does not remember the device chosen for location no matter how many times you select it options. Many features are limited or not available on all operating systems.

Does not work at all. It only took my 9th grader a few weeks to figure out how completely bypass the whole thing. It doesn't matter how much we try to restrict his phone usage, he can pretty do whatever he wants. Update 1/28: We tried that. He's learned that if he keeps clicking on apps they will eventually open. If he leaves certain apps open (like Messager) he can still use them after the his time is up or in the middle of the night.

I've only had the service for about 24hrs, but I wish there was a way to see the family location at the same time, not just 1 at a time. Also, geofencing would be awsome. It said you could review SMS and I would be notified if they recieved a MMS, but I haven't been able to locate that yet on either the desktop mobile version. The above improvements and the ability to multi-select kids to add house rules would be a huge help. 1 at a time takes way to long.

Terrible, once the free trial was over and I paid for service it keeps locking up. Cannot actually tell if he is where he is suppose to be, because the location finder has him found 3 days ago, but not any other day. I even had his phone and it would not snap to current date and time. He has managed to find "loop holes" constantly, to the point I am about ready to just get him a flip phone instead. I cannot believe money is being made with such a terrible app. I am looking into a refund.

This app offers the world and delivers peanuts. I am a yearly paid subscriber and I have NEVER been successfully conected for a chat or phone call when voicing my concerns. I can only half the time track location, cannot see what websites they try (only category) and text messages. Forget it. I would pay 3x the price for a properly working app. Seeking a refund, although that would require speaking to someone.

Downloaded to try out the location data portion which failed miserably. Luckily we taught my kiddo to be good at communication so we definitively knew where they were. The app failed to update their location not only in real time but even regularly. The app could monitor everything being done on the phone but the physical location was not only blocks off but well over a state away. Had this been something serious, the app would have been completely useless. Glad it had a free trial.

The main problem with this app that it takes an extremely long time to load. You have to wait and wait before you can monitor anything for any account. I'm on broadband with very fast service, so there's no excuse for such sluggishness. Answer:. Yes, the delay is with the app in parental mode. It still takes a very long time to load.

*hasnt worked at alI for a week! * It is not very user friendly. While it is great for tracking location, there doesn't seem to be a way to designate specific locations or receive check-in alerts if my child isn't where they are supposed to be @any given time (geo-fence). I have to manually check for location to make sure my kid is where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there.

Just a fair warning this product doesn't work as intended. They claim it can be used for usage statistics and to locate your kids in an emergency, but we ended up having to use snapchat locate service which seems to be much more reliable. My daughter has an iPhone and my son has an Android device and I would install it, it would work for a little bit and after an updated it would completely stop. I also found that my kids could easily disable the features. I attempted to fix it myself and finally gave up and when I asked for a refund (I payed for a full year) was told that the refund was only possible for up to 60 days, so act quickly if you decide you don't like it.

please allow individual changes in blocking time as well as ability to check a box to also repeat the changes made for another day. When my kid is in school the blocks are not straightforward and I also want to give time away from the phone. I spend loooots of time making changes for each and every single day if there is a long weekend for eg! Sometimes it doesn't update and I have to do it again. Also consider 15 min blocks or 10mins.

App hasn't been able to load for a few days now. Every time I try to open it, it just says, "We are unable to contact our servers. Please try again later." With a try again button, but that button just keeps looping to the same statement. It would be appreciated if this error can get fixed sometime soon please.

The app does not document everything that is being looked up, between doing search tests for myself and looking at search history, I see many search logs missing from my side of the app. Also, the location portion of the app is a joke. It will only update maybe half of the time (if I'm lucky). I have tried contacting the company about these issues through their 24 hour help and it just sends me to an AI program that can not answer my questions or help me in any way.

0 stars Don't waste your time with this app. It is completely worthless. Most of the time I try to open the app I get a blank white screen and it never loads. I force stop the app and still nothing. Restart phone. Nothing. Give up try again later and magically it works. There are several other suspects of this app that do not work. Bottom line use a different app. 6/13/23. Several updates and it is actually somehow worse than before. I uninstalled it and reinstalled now nothing works.
