Notepad - notes & memo app

Saved in an instant! This is a great app. The notes are saved automatically when the app is closed. Adjusting the font size makes it easy to read. I have not reached the character count yet on any of my notes. Has a glitch of making several copies of the same note, but duplicates are easy to delete. There is no check list, no special setting, or spacing perks. Overall, easy to use, with no extra frills. Advertisements on the bottom are distracting and sometimes annoying.

This is a very simple, basic app. If you want a title, add it as part of the note itself. When you leave, it saves. It's cute that you are then told, "It has been saved the note." Obviously not English speaking developers, but there are no ads and no permissions required, and language doesn't matter. If your phone is backed up (Thanks Google Drive!) your notes come with you to a new phone.

This is the best I've found. I like that I can organize my notes in my own order of importance, and not be stuck with most recent at the top, like some apps. The ads are very annoying, and they are placed so you can easily accidentally hit them when closing. I wish there was a one-time fee to remove ads. Also, I wish the first letter of each line would automatically capitalize.

A major problem that keeps happening is that once ivevooened and closed a note a few times, it stops showing me what I'm entering. I have to dismiss the keyboard 8n order for it to show me what I typed blindly. It gets extremely frustrating. Also, it doesn't seem to operate with my autocorrect very well. It doesn't automatically capitalize after a period. But it hasn't lost any notes and seems to save all my changes. I love that when I swipe to delete a note, it gives me the opportunity to undo.

SOOOO GREAT! ImIt displays your notes in a compact fashion and it's easy to find them whenever you're looking. Displays the top line of text on the note on your homescreen, making it easy to remember what was on the note. And last but certainly not least, it automatically saves your text, so u dont have to think about it. You can just jot it down!

I love the app. I can put reminder notes to myself of things I need to do or jot down things during the day that I want to research or look up in the evenings. It's quick and easy and if you could set alarms to remind you of things that need your attention soon that would be a great little added feature however I'm guessing you can do that in a calendar app.

This app makes my life so much easier! I can take notes and pull them up immediately. It beats my old method of writing myself paper notes, then losing said notes! It also comes in handy in places like the Dr office when I know I'll never remember all that he's tell me. Since I always have my phone on me, I have access to my notes. I use this app all the time and recommend it. I haven't had any problems and it's easy to use.

I've literally had this app for less than five minutes and I love it so much already. I made a shopping list. There don't seem to be any customization options for colors or anything, but I've only had it for 5 minuted. Will update if I find any :) Edit: you can delete notes by sliding then to the left, don't be decieved by the reviews below!

The fact that this is just notes, without any bs or ads, is amazing unlike any other app I've had to quickly jot down thoughts, or set reminders. And I've even incorporated this into my daily routine. I look back at my day and see if I've got anything scheduled, or add to it. It truly is amazing even though it serves a simple purpose. However, I would like to receive notifications on certain notes, like: do homework at 5:00 so that I could get a reminder of what to do once I get home.

Just upgraded my long overdue cell phone, had a galaxy S7 edge which had a memo pad which I loved. Samsung no longer has this app. Download about 12 app before this one. They all had too many bells and whistles. I wanted something simple to make separate notes. This app is working out for me. Would have given 5 stars but gave it 4 cause it doesn't have a microphone to verbally add items to your list.

Good, solid, html-based note taking app. It's very simple and lacks a lot of more professional features but that's where the beauty is. The only reason I give it 4.5 stars instead of 5, is that it can be a little glitchy every now and again with typing or input, but I've never had an issue with it saving my notes. Would definitely recommend if you want a no-nonsense note taker and don't care about fancy features.

I found what a wanted with this app. I wanted a memo like pad, to add things to remember things and to do.list. I didn't want to have to check mark each item. I know it is in a safe place and I can delete or add items whenever I want and not keep up with a schedule. Our family had 2 graduating students I wanted to be able to write the experience down and to have for the girls when they are doing a memory book. I was able to write down the experience as it happened for each child.

I have used this app for several years, and loved it until a few months ago. One of my "Notes" is a list of stores where I shop. I click on the store and add or delete items. Lately, whenever I start typing it automatically scrolls to the top of the screen so I can't see what I'm typing. I scroll up to where I was, and as soon as I start typing it scrolls to the top again. This is very frustrating and I can't find a way to stop it.. so have changed 5 stars to 3.

Minimal Ads, if any it is positioned in a banner at the bottom of your screen and not annoying. Only improvement I would make is to have features to bold, underline, and italicize words. Overall good

I recommend this app to ANYONE who likes to copy & paste, writing a letter and get distracted. You can easily paste and then exit the app without worrying about saving it. The app saves EVERYTHING until YOU delete it. Good job to the creators!!😁😁

kind of useful except maybe a little Too simple. the sorting system is kinda dumb. if it's truly doing nothing but accepting notes then it's good. if it's in any way data scraping then it's wildly bare bones for something that they bothered to hide code in

Simple . Great for Note taking without complexity ! Great Job for those who created this.

it's useful, but keeps jumping to bottom of note you're working on which makes it near impossible to edit/update previous notes... i.e employee list, task, etc.

They made me do this review. Otherwise a very useful app with with a good widget. Don't need to save anything, it does it automatically when you exit.
