I always have problems accessing the 2f1 offers because I have a joint/family account with my partner and the app doesn't recognize that! I have to restart/download it periodically and sometimes this doesn't work either!

Pathetic application, very poor performance. Takes time and barely works. When you pay 65 dollars monthly for unlimited data but not able to call people at some point of the month is just disgraceful. I find it very money grabbing and all in all just an application that abuses one's finances. The internet on the other hand is fairly decent but it doesn't really compensate the fact of just how bad the application works considering the fat loads of money made at this sad company. Work on improving

This is the worst SIM I’ve ever bought. Paid for prepaid unlimited internet, and it stopped working the moment I left Iceland (still within the EU). Customer support is a joke — no replies for 5 days, and now the 14-day validity is almost over. Their phone number doesn’t work, and the bot speaks only Icelandic — completely useless for tourists. Total scam and a complete waste of €35. Avoid at all costs.

Good carrier, good service. My only issue is I have to log in with my key onto a website to check my remaining data instead of doing it though the app directly.

These guys will take your credit card and bill you for months and give you hassle every time you try to cancel even if you NEVER SIGNED UP!

It works perfectly! BUT after I but in my phone number and code it doesn't work 8t kicks me out and doesn't let me back in

It lags all the time, randomly logs you out and it usually takes a full minute or more to open

Been with Nova for years. Never had a big problem. They are always quick to respond and resolve everything.

Why? Why did you remove the section where you can see how much internet you have left, or how many coins you have left for calls abroad? How to check it now? Instead, a bunch of nonsense with coupons ..

Always, logs me out, buggy. Hard to translate in English
