I subscribed to this service at $14.99 a week, but thought I had discontinued them as I was no longer getting any coins nor unlimited reading abilities. It's my fault, but I didn't realize it wasn't going through the subscriptions on Google Play Store, but rather it was coming directly out of Paypal- using a different name that I couldnt find on my phone....6 weeks and nothing to show for it! But I found that Multibooks is actually Noveltells, so I'm ending it now. Should've been more 🧐 😡

Some stories are not well edited, they sound like English is not their first language. The amount you can read is pretty limited, chapters are short and you must use in game currency to pay for the next. In game currency or tokens can either be purchased or earned through ad watching. There is a small amount you can earn by checking in daily.

There is no reason in keeping this app. I really don't want to have to uninstall this app because I enjoy the books and can't find them anywhere else, but since getting a new device and all of my reading history is gone along with the appox 6,000 coins I had saved up. This is making me have to pay again for the books that I have already ready paid for once. Unless there is another option.

Good app with good stories just ends up costing a lot to read the story. You do need to understand some of the authors, are new, and still trying to understand where punctuation and other things as well. so be mind of grammar issues on some. The app does glitch sometimes just as any other app you use. You can get free bonuses to read but take a lot of time so if you speed read you will end up needed to top Un but not a must. Quite annoying spending almost 30 bucks to read a book that ends abruptly in the middle and says the end. No way to click on an author page for the book to see if there is another after this one (Fated to Love You). There was also no way to view comments to see that this ending would just cut off and was not worth reading 245 chapters. I loved the book, but am now stuck not having all the loose ends close to being tied up. Like other reviews mention difficult to earn coins instead of buying.

It has great stories to read. The only issue I have with it is when you are not able to top up, it takes days to get enough coupons to be able to continue the story/stories your reading. Thats a issue, if daily you could recieve more ways to get free coupons & recieve more in daily login it'd be better. BUT Reading so many minutes daily for free coupons its not worth downloading the app. Your not able to enjoy one story at a time. You have to many going at once. So thats why I rated this so low.

Editors needed. So many of the books need an editor. Punctuation & grammar are almost nonexistent, some books read as if a 5 yr old child was speaking to you. There is not anywhere you could comment on the book you are reading to even let the author know"hey some help is needed". I spent money to read but at this point I'm going to delete it without even reading the books I bought to read. Not being able to comment is a big issue for me.

I like some of these books. But it keeps glitching. I purchased 3 pkgs already. Only got credit for 1. Also, app keeps opening to other books besides the one i am reading, and will not close out book or go to profile, library, anything. I have to stay on the book that auto opens when i go into the app!!! Ive been cheated of $20 + tax. Smh.

Story line is great but there is so many errors. From names to spelling to the actual story itself. One minute the author talked about she slept for two weeks then from the the other person's point of view she wrote three weeks. I just think for the money these books cost they should be better edited. I like to read on these apps because I figure I reading from new authors that maybe haven't had there chance yet. Just wish the books was cheaper if there is going to be so many errors.

Love this app because of the stories and the content provided. Just don't like buying stuff for the chapters. Glad there are ways to get tokens/coins/vouchers to unlock more chapters. I wish you would just them all unlocked but I know that is not going to happen. I wouldn't mind watching ads. As many as possible, I would be willing to watch as many as I could.

I have been trying to cancel this service and have not been able to do so. Trying to reach them by email is futile, as I get the same exact paragraphs back no matter what my message is. I have resorted to filing a complaint with PayPal because of this absolute lack of response. I don't even want a refund for the WEEKS of $14.99 payments while trying to sort this out - I just want the payments to stop. My suggestion to everyone is find another app to read on.

The story I was reading has now cost a lot of money and is unfinished. it says updating, but from what i have found, it hasnt updated in over a year. i feel cheated and want some kind of refund. this is definitly not ok. i just did a top up and it abruptly ended at a critical spot. too many loose ends and the fact that i have spent over 50 dollars is insane. do better.

I love reading and often get so absorbed in books that I can't put them down. The only downside is the expense. I wish there were more ways to earn reward coupons; I'd even watch ads for them. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would invest all my money in books and I already use my "just in case" funds for my reading habit!

Be careful with this app. I signed up for a 1-week trial for $2.99 and was charged the full amount after just 3 days. That’s deceptive. The content itself is also disappointing—once you get deeper into the chapters, the writing is sloppy and full of grammar mistakes. Not worth the money.

I have been paying for a subscription weekly and the site doesn't recognize me to turn off the subscription. the phone number is out of service, the emails arent answered. their customer service is horrible.

Beware when paying through PayPal as cancelations don't always go through even if a representative tells you so. I was charged 2 months of service for an inactive account. Then they will tell you that they can't give a refund. Stories are ok, if not, is give 1 star. Worse experience with a reading app.

Seems like a great app. Got hooked on a great story. Though for those that reads more than a certain amount of chapters a day, you only get like 3 ads you can watch per day to get free points and and checkin, then the basic beginners points that you get, then you have to wait till the next day to get more points. Or pay to read. Chapters are less points than other apps. Though you still wont get enough to read very long in a day.

No possibility to cancel the subscription. I wrote to them 4 time and request a subscription cancellation. There was no reply whatsoever, only attempts to take my money. I'm leaving this review after they tried twice today to charge my money, within two minutes. The only solution is to revoke the online payment on my card, but their daily attempts and lack of customer support are annoying.

I love to read and understand that you need people to pay to keep going but the amount of time we need to read for only a few free stars is crazy. Also reading for half an hour or hour to gain stars means that we have to change books all the time. Ill try again on this app but others I've used like this before I have gotten confused and lost the story line from changing books so often just to read for the allocated time.

dont download!!!!! I tried this didnt know it was a subscription thought I was reading books for free with pop up adds I have tried canceling the subscription but I cant get to anyplace on their page that will let me delete so they keep trying to charge me $14.99 I dont know what else to do but to make sure no one else has to deal with them like this!!!
