As soon as I updated a few days ago, my account seems to be gone. It was working just fine before. My login is saved and fills in automatically but now it won't work. And when you try to reset the password or anything, it doesn't recognize my account. Online I see a lot of people having this issue. Please fix whatever yall did bc I "was" enjoying the app/subscription until all of this mess. (And it's not just the app, it's your platform bc I cant access it on a computer or through the web anymor

The layout isn't the best. You have to specifically type in the name of a show to see the all of the seasons available. Also the videos should at least have an option to put them in order. The resume now tab isn't showing up even though the option is turned on. In picture in player, when you pause the video you can't unpause it the same way you have to open the video back up. The content is the only thing keeping this from being 1 star

Update: I entered my login info thru SIGN UP... and it logged me into my account lol. Just letting yall know in case yall still can't login. It made me update the app. Now that I've update I can't even login. I tried to reset password and now it's saying they don't recognize my email. Tf am I paying for something that I haven't been able to watch. And you can't get ahold of customer service. Smh.

I loved this app had it for almost 6 months then one day my account was suspended. No reason why. When I emailed they told me my payment was declined. I responded saying that's not possible and confirmed with my bank but they never responded. I keep trying to subscribe again it works for 2 hours then suspended again. The only good thing I can say is that at least they not charging my account but it's like what business doesn't want money? I'm like charge me let me watch my show 🤣😂 Oh well.

everytime I'm enjoying a show. it keeps buffering, stopping, skipping and saying playback unavailable. this is my favorite app but it's becoming unbearable to watch an episode of ANY SHOW because it seems to be a bug on the website. especially the one on tv. please help with that issue. it's the only app on my tv that literally stops every couple of minutes and then crashes.

The app stopped allowing me to watch videos even tho I'm paying the subscription. Had to cancel. It even tried to get me to add another payment even tho I was already an active member paying. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Now it signs me out every time I turn my tv off..... no option to save password so you have to type it all out every time. Not worth it. Canceled subscription. Great content unbearable platform.

The only downsides to this app is content is everywhere and you have to go through entirely too much to find what you were watching if you take a break. If you type in search for show only one or two may appear instead of all of the different seasons of the show. Entirely too much work to watch same/different show.

Having same issue as everyone else. I've been subscribed to NTTV for a long time. When the update happened, it was trying to make me resubscribe. They've been taking my money for the last two months and I still have yet to be able to watch any episodes. Sent a message to support and they have been absolutely no help. Then when I say I want to cancel my subscription they magically stopped replying.

paid my money and it hasn't been a week only to can't watch anything smh really? That's what yall doing? It's cool cuz I definitely won't be paying any more and deleting this app. Everytime I let my guard down to "support" a black business, it never fails that I get a reason why I don't like to and don't. They must had to pay ppl and taking ppl money AFTER they paid and don't render services was the easiest way to get it since I see other reviews saying the same thing.

Thieves obviously. because why do I keep having to cancel a service that I don't want or use anymore. It hasn't been worth the money to me for months now. I especially canceled because everything I tuen around im being overly charged or basically forced to use the service. I'll cancel and then magically im charged again and because I couldn't request a refund I tried to use the service but it's just forced. how many times am I going to have to be charged. it's just not worth it anymore. 🤬

I just subscribed to this app less than a week ago and was able to watch 2 days and now it's telling me I am not signed up and I just paid the monthly. It doesn't even recognize my email I signed up with tells me no account found when I tried to reset password because I couldn't log in. This is some scam type stuff!

I paid for my subscription on jan27th and it's asking me for a new payment. Mind you the site had issues to where I didn't get the last two weeks of the month I paid for and now I'm not able to access the account to watch without a new payment. I need this fixed and to be compensated.

With the update I got locked out of my account and was told to reset my password but the reset link was never emailed to me. I followed the instructions given after the app was updated precisely and I'm still unable to access my account or cancel it. I do not want to continue to be charged for an app I can't use. I feel like I'm being scammed.

Charging me extra after the upgrade. I couldn't log in, and when I tried, it made me buy a bundle. I upgraded to Silver, and I'm still being charged 5.99 and 7.99 and can't access either one. I want my money back. I sent an email, and there was no response. It's been over 2 months. I just uninstalled the app

Can't log in or contact support after update my password was changed not by me and have been locked out I have not even had it a month and can't get any help to rectify this situation but I guarantee I will get billed by these mysterious people who can't be reached. I can log in now but it says I have to pay again for a subscription that's not even 3 weeks old. I just want to cancel my subscription at this point, I'm so disappointed.

So I read a review saying that we were supposed to resign up and put our original email and password but when you do that it says account already in use then when you go to sign in you in but the subscriptions that you paid for is gone and they want you to subscribe to each season of each show and that's not how it was before. So again I'm with everybody else saying this was 🐴💩You guys are about to lose me! Disney+ don't even make you play for a show like this🫤

there's nowhere to cancel your subscription. I've searched multiple ways and everything is either outdated or invalid information. I have no payment methods listed, yet they find a way to charge me every month. I dont recommend this app. Great content, but the app and website are missing crucial features.

I have paid twice in the last 2 weeks one $4.99 one $5.99 plus tax and I still can't get into my account it keeps saying subscribes subscribe I have sent now that's TV confirmation of my payments and an email about my account nor my TV nor my phones are connecting to the app updated both the apps on the TV and the phone and still cannot get into my apps after paying over $11 and some change for it

After the new update, i was not able to log in. Once i was able to, some shows i was watching were not available(and i didnt finish them). I had already paid for them but not able to watch them. My subscription has ended. I did not renew because i did not get my moneys worth it has been 2 months.

I've been having issues with this platform since the update with the app. I've emailed with my old acct and no reply. So I unsubscribed. Waited abt 2 months..today I re subscribed with a different email and I'm getting "requires a bundle subscription" messages for every show. So I upgraded from original 5.99 silver package to 7.99 gold package thinking that was the issue. But im still not able to view any content via phone or firestick. They have taken out both the 5.99 & 7.99
