Number2Go: Second Phone Number

I downloaded this because the description implied there was a free version. The first screen that popped up was asking for money and would not even let me explore the app interface. I deleted it because I should at least have the ability to see what I am buying and I don't mean a free trial. I only gave a generous 2☆ because they offer a 3 day free trial.

I recently had the pleasure of using Number 2 Go's number service, and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations! I needed a reliable and efficient solution to manage multiple phone numbers for my business, and this service delivered flawlessly. First and foremost, the signup process was a breeze.What impressed me the most was the sheer ease of using the service. Acquiring new phone numbers and assigning them to different departments was as simple as a few clicks.

SCAM APP! YOU WONT GET ANYTHING. BEFORE SIGNING UP, YOU HAVE TO PAY. then the app asked for your email. then thats it. you wont get any confirmation. theres no support to contact. their website is just as useless. the only way to contact is a form to fill out and the it says there was an error when trying tk submit. dont waste your time or money. flagging the app.

Problems sending mms. I have sent two messages to support and no one has got back to me. I can only text and make calls but not able to send mms messages. There isn't an option. Will delete soon. Update,there is no improvement yesterday 8/4/23 it has completely locked me out. I had purchased coins and had 2 active numbers but now can't get back into my account, even though it says sign into Google i go through the whole process only to be redirected to the page where it asks you to start trial

Well, I tried the service by subscription, and it worked fine, but it stopped working and started asking me to subscribe when I was a subscriber; that was weird. I didn't like you had to buy coins when you're already paying a subscription fee. Today, I was looking for a message from a company, and it never came through, so with all the things I don't like and this incident today, I'm going to end my service with this company.

The app in the App Store says you can get numbers in dozens of countries including Brazil. It's actually 8 countries. Don't advertise more countries than you support, if it's going to be 35 soon, then list the ones you DO support and a timeline for the rest

I want my money back now!! after I already paid, i try login with my Gmail account and It keeps coming up with an error message "oops sorry - there's a problem with our infrastructure" what the hell does that mean??

I just paid for a us number for a month subscription. I got credit 700 coins in my mumber2go account and did not get any mumber and I'm still trying to get a number with the 700 coins but it's saying Mumber2go is unavailable..try later ...please I need a refund of my money or simply solve the issue and give me the us number I paid for

I don't want to pay without trying. No i don't even want to give details for subscription without trying. So the app is not free, it ask payment details for subscription after trial. If the trial is free , than let it be free and after that as for payment details.

You won't believe this. For some reason my real number didn't work when I signed up for Netflix. It was really weird. I found a solution with a second number. The number from the app went through without a problem.

I was extremely happy when I firstly installed this app and started using it. Now I'm regretting why I took subscription of this app when I can't even send text messages to my clients. It's really a pathetic experience ever on this app. If Management can resolve sms problem? God Knows??

Bought coins to get a new number and it won't let me it keeps showing a "problem with their infrastructure" . Also won't let me send any texts- same error message. I want my money back this app is garbage.

As a trail I installed this app and then canceled my subscription in next day but full amount got deducted from my credit card for whole month. I'm not getting refund also..very pathetic customer care not sure how to get refund..please don't use it

I purchased 700 coins and tried to get a number for Canada but the app says "Opps, Number2Go is unavailable". Kindly refund if the app is not working. Ill change my rating if you fix my issues.

I paid for subscription but I was not allowed to login... they deducted my account but up till now I can't login.. it shows problems with our infrastructure

I chose between Numero esim, 2nd Line, OnPhone, and this app, and settled on N2Go. The simple, clear interface of the application is not annoying, there are no unnecessary functions. I often use voicemail.

we take orders for our services in several countries and so we needed a solution where we could have multiple phone numbers in different countries. Number2Go is up to the task. We can be located anywhere, but the customer won't even know it...

I got a week subscription and I am supposed to get 3, free day trial but it's asking me to pay to top off so I can call and text people. I'm not paying anything if I'm supposed to get 3 days free. I will be reporting this app and placing it on the blacklist.

I could have real phone number with sim card for the prices you're asking for,even less, who will pay you these much money just to get fake phone number online while there are a lof free apps out there, this is ridiculous!

I was using a paid weekly plan, and my texts suddenly stopped being sent. I was texting with someone this evening and my texts were sent. Then they stopped, in the middle of a conversation. Somehow I was logged out. Can someone advise? What happened? How do I get access to my account and messages again?
