I deleted the app since it was all the time asking me to watch ads in order to give the numbers!!! I downloaded the Numberbook again (might be a newer version) right after And it's not working at all it freezes then I turn it off then delete it then download it many times still not working. I was also asked to delete other apps to dowmload it.! While I have a huge memory card that's free. I downloaded it on Samsung Note 5, it worked !!! They must change their software engineer I guess😕

it’s so hard....so hard.....so hard to log into the app. they ask for the phone number when you type the right phone number they said that you have to confirm your account by whatsapp or telegram or call or sms...nothing works I sent several uuchanged messages to their whatsapp inbox. no replay even if I came back to the application nothing confirmed even the call I didn’t received it. and Sms too....Nothing. I will uninstall it until they solve their technical critical problem then we will see.

When I search for a person's name, the app asks me to watch ads to display the number, but after watching the ads, no number appears; instead, three dots appear, and this keeps repeating. I can't get a number.

Hello, I’m having trouble verifying my account. I’m not receiving the verification code on either Telegram or WhatsApp. I’ve tried multiple times, but no code arrives. Could you please check this issue and help me complete the verification process? Thank you.

I have been using this app for more than 7 years. Recently, the app's verification keeps failing with the error (invalid number) when using the native call/sms verification. When using whatsapp or telegram nothing happens and it keeps asking for verification. This is very frustrating. Do not waste your time with this app if you're in Lebanon. Fix this....

I just paid 9.99usd to get the 1 year premium version, now its unable to login, with a message that your subscription will be canceled if you don't login within 3 days!!! don't waste your time/money on this app

Dear Number Book Support, I am experiencing an issue with the app. I can no longer receive the verification code to activate my account. I have tried receiving it via WhatsApp, Telegram, and even through a phone call, but none of them work. Please look into this matter and help me restore access to my account. It was a good news program. But for a long time, whenever I enter a number, it doesn't show the name of the contact. Whenever I give it a number, I get this message(No Search result yet,Start discovering the World!) Please guide me as soon as possible, thank you.🙏🏻

the app was great, after changing the phone، I'm stuck in the verification process, the message i send via whatsapp do not do a thing, if i click on verify through sms or call, it says invalid number,well am sure all the digits are fine. the app on the other hand, i doubt...

I have been getting calls and messages from unknown numbers since the past 2 years now. I have around 150 people in my block list. Upon talking to 2-3 people, I got to know that they got the number from your app. I never downloaded your app and never uploaded my number. Please take appropriate action against whoever did this.

After switching to a newer phone, I encountered this verification problem. WhatsApp, Telegram, and call/SMS options are all not working. Call/SMS error says my number is an invalid one. The exact number I used in my older phone when signing in to this app.

so unhappy with your ridiculous phone verification process, I tried verifying my number couple of times and I recieved no messages. then the app told me I have to wait 24 hours to try again. you know what? you just lost a customer and a marketing person with dozens of other potential customers. and the story continues, the developer has sent me an automated response 'they were too tired to compose a new response' after about TWO WEEKS with their support email address. to try and help me.

Does not work. "Unfortunately, a problem has occurred and Numberbook cannot be opened You can identify phones numbers by using our WhatsApp bot until we solve this problem." When I click on the WhatsApp link I get this error: "You seem te be trying to send a WhatsApp message to a number that is not registered with WhatsApp...." Please FIX

for the third time with all their tries, I could not get clear activation call, I did answer the call that lasted for 3 seconds but there was no sounds. and did not get any sms. everything is correct no mistakes double checked country and phone number. it's been 25 minutes after this third time try but sms yet. and if it comes it would be late because of the time limit that does not give you a rest to wait that activation sms might come through.

please what is the problem with my number Book app? I noticed it was not functional a day before yesterday. I un installed it, and I tried to install it back, but it's not working. I'm seriously disturbed. please help me and get it back.

I can't use the app anymore.. i uninstalled it and download it again and nothing.... every time i press continue it said ( internal server error) by the way the net is fine..

I'm searching a number by the name, but i've got a kind of endless results, as it keeps asking: "load more results?", i wish having the excact number of those results in order to presume how much time will i need to open it all! I'm also interested to know if there any update for this application wich will probably make our searches easier.

Not only it asked me for my number and automatically called me at 2 in the morning AND without giving me enough time to pick up "in order to get the code", it then displayed a message saying "you reached the max of registration attempts". IT IS THE WORST APP I'VE EVER SEEN. Weird and seems very suspicious.

It gives me confirmation via WhatsApp or Telegram, but it doesn't work. invalid number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I keep sending messages on WhatsApp and Telegram, but I don't see a reply or a code to log in. Please fix this. Why is it on the Play Store but not working?

I changed my phone. I deleted the NumberBook application in the old one. Now, in my new phone, trying to subscribe by WhatsApp(as required), no activation is done. I received several times: "invalid number". I have now the application without activation.
