The tactic this app plays with the price of a product changes frequently from showing different prices at every step, none of it shows what the price i am paying. What is the logic of discounted total MRP and additional discount beacuse things still don't add up! The amount when calculated after discounted always end up being more than what I saw when the product was showcased. The invoice shows a different MRP where it's discounted so how come I paid so much more? This is a total Scam.

They kept sending the package through the same faulty service Xpressbees. The customer support is powerless, and does not help in getting things resolved other than having to cancel the order. no use ordering things if you need them urgently. Also the customer service keeps you on hold for upto 10-15 minutes to get any sort of update and then send a text for closing the chat due to no response within a minute.

Nykaa offers fast delivery—usually within just 3 days—which is impressive. The products are genuine and of good quality, and there are often great discounts available. However, the only drawback is their return and exchange policy. There's no proper return option, and exchanges can be difficult, which makes it a bit inconvenient if something doesn’t work out. Otherwise, a reliable platform for beauty and skincare shopping.

I ordered a dermafique body lotion and applied a coupon buy one and get one. The order was placed and payment was paid. But they delivered only 1 quantity of the product and gave the reason that the coupon was applied but you should have also placed an order of 2 quantities. A total fraud, if a coupon is applied then the order should be delivered as per the order made accounting for the coupon used.

Although I got the best deals but there are some products which are not available on the app like the most popular Lip balms from 'Dot & Key' please do try to make it available for the customers. And Yes!! the shopping was pretty good 🙌

I am disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Nykaa. My order was assigned to XpressBees, and the shipment was repeatedly marked as “Out for Delivery” and later updated as “Delivery not attempted,” even though no actual delivery attempt was made and I did not receive any call from the delivery agent. I mistakenly ordered a product from Nykaa. It was clearly mentioned that refusing the delivery would cancel the order, so I refused to accept it. However, the delivery person told me that I must cancel it through the app. After cancelling it in the app, the return request is still pending and has not been processed. As a first-time user, this experience has been very disappointing and unnecessarily complicated. I did not expect such poor customer service from Nykaa.

I did not intend to give a wrong review to this app but they did the same with me. I had to return my order, I even placed a request, 2 weeks have passed and till now they have not returned my order, I have made only 2 calls. I was busy with us, he did not pick up the call and cancelled my return request. My money was not waste. If you do not want to return it easily, then why have you written an easy return policy?

Kind of a fraud app. I have faced numerous delayed deliveries, and every time I contacted customer support, I received the same generic response. They are not aware of the reason for the delay and cannot provide a definite delivery date. Please be extra cautious while placing prepaid orders. It is always better to choose COD, as they may simply block ur money. Very disappointing experience with Nykaa. One product delivered was completely different from what I ordered, and the other arrived without a proper seal. I used only one drop to check the shade, but my return was rejected stating the product was “used.” Customer support kept repeating policy instead of resolving the issue. This shows poor quality control and lack of accountability. I will not be shopping from this app again.

2/13/26 Nykaa's delivery service is getting worse with each successive order. Now when I order something, items come to my nearest delivery place and then it takes forever for their delivery partner to deliver the product. Even after complaining several times no actions have been taken. i complain, customer support tells me to place a new order at increased price or no discounts ,they assure actions will be taken but nothing happens.Nykaa was my go to app but now I'm so disappointed in it.

they delivered the items of lesser value and one item was missing. raising the refund and return. they did not initiated. only chatting and calling. form did not validate the information. and not did anything to resolve the issue. they asked for order details and later, the page was deleted by them showing no recent order placed. they are frauds. i do not recommend anyone to order and install the app.

Worst app, worst delivery services. Showing express delivery on the product detail page, but it took two days. Later, the package was at the nearest delivery location, and then it took forever to deliver the packages to the address. Shadowfax lied that they contacted me for the package, but they never did and kept making the delivery unsuccessful. Now I cannot cancel, return,my order, and it's also prepaid. I mean, what do I do? Never gonna use it again Seems like, "unchi dukaan pheeke pakwan."

I have ordered multiple times from the Nykaa app, but I never receive my orders. Every time, the delivery partner returns the order on their own without even calling or attempting delivery. This has happened repeatedly, and despite raising complaints multiple times, there has been no proper solution or improvement from the Nykaa team. It is extremely disappointing to face the same issue again and again after trusting your service. And because of this i have switched to another app

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a product, the delivery failed, and it's been over 13 days with no refund. Every single customer support agent just repeats the same scripted line: "We've raised a ticket with the concerned team." No resolution, no accountability. Extremely disappointing service. I'm waiting for my refund process i didn't get a refund from 2022. such a bad service i didn't expect, i want a refund.

I am writing to complain about my recent delivery experience with . My order was not delivered on time, and there was no proper communication from your side. I did not receive any call or update for 2–3 days. Because of this delay, I lost my discount offer. Only after the delivery was delayed did I receive a call, which caused further inconvenience. Due to the poor service and lack of timely response, I had no choice but to cancel my order. This experience has been very disappointing.

pathetic app ever seen. disgusting service they give to their customers. My order never arrives on time. last time it became Kate for almost 10-12 days. I called customer service but they aren't helpful at all. They keep saying if we want to cancel our delivery. then what is worth of waiting for 10 days extra if we want to cancel it! Never trust this app at all. I repeat never! You better buy from myntra or Amazon. They just check our patience level and they do nothing.

App is getting worse by the time, customer care representatives are just pathetic and bot, no one is interested to chat or resolve the problem, they just keep us on hold, no delivery on time, delivery guy did not contact me, and reported that I was not available at my residence, after contacting customer care representative i only got disappointed, I'm still waiting for my ordered product which is undelivered, the app is only interested in making money by customer but not in our problem by them

I didn't get reward points of my last two orders despite sending them mails.. Their version is you will get after return policy.. Firstly, i didnt initiate any return. Secondly, how will I know about such things as in return policy and why I have been not getting rewards since last two orders. all games they are losing their authenticity. I won't order from this site ever.
