Pathetic return pickup experience!!! Placed return pickup request on 10th Jan, following up weekly, but still no resolution been more than a month now!! Same unhelpful response every time. Requesting refund initiation since the issue's on your end. Not okay to be inconvenienced when I've done my part. Expecting better service. Feels more like a scam!!!
Although they have quite variety of products their Delivery and return pickup are pathetic. There customer care also don't know anything about it. Their response is only "sorry we will look into it". I vl recommend never to buy anything from this it's been a week still no one has come to pick the return. I am getting message today it vl attempt and 15 mins we regret the pick up is delayed we will try next. Please beware of them I think its their strategy not to initiate the refund process.
My experience with Nykaa Fashion has been extremely disappointing. I placed my order on 16th, but there was no shipping update until the 26th. When I contacted customer care, they casually said “we will process it soon” and disconnected the call — twice. No proper explanation, no accountability. Then on the 28th, without even informing me or taking my consent, they simply initiated a refund. I was waiting for my product, not an unexpected cancellation. This shows complete lack of professionalism
I’ve had the worst delivery experience with this app over the last 10 days. Every single day they come up with new excuses for not delivering my order, and nothing ever gets resolved. The customer care team is completely unhelpful—they just repeat the same lines without offering any real solution. Extremely disappointing service, and I would not recommend relying on this app for timely deliveries.
Very disappointing experience. Orders are frequently delivered late—or not delivered at all—and the support service is completely unhelpful. Despite multiple follow-ups, there is no proper resolution. The team seems indifferent once the order is placed. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend.
worst worst worst experience ever...I placed my order and at the time of delivery the delivery guy didn't even call..and when I made a call to the customer service they assured me that my order will be delivered i kept calling for 8 days straight and at the end they cancelled my order...the services are truly bad...do not buy from here !- they kept me hanging only to cancel my order -
nykaa fashion is worst site to purchase dresses. they are sending wrong item and do not help ,once apply for return, they don't even listen your issues and not reply ur mail. I faced this issues and lost my money as they don't responded, even after multiple reminder. I suggest don't go to purchase any item from this online store.
The worst freaking shopping experience ever. forget the offers and products if you can't deliver them on time you promised why do you want to put them on your site. when contacted the only response you receive is " we consider it utmost priority we will update it in 24 to 48 hours" and it's the same response every time you try to follow up instead of updates on your precious tickets.
Wrong product delivered. Though the product was returnable, the app is broken and gives an error to return. Their customer care is trying to resolve this for the past 10 days and no resolution is received. They are a fraudulent company.
Very poor experience with Nykaa Fashion and Ekart. My parcel was marked "Delivery Failed" without any delivery attempt — no call, no message, no visit. I already raised a complaint but received no proper resolution. Please arrange immediate re-delivery and improve tracking accuracy. This is unacceptable.
Worst experience, I ordered for the first time on this app and now I want to return the item cause there's a fitting problem and they keep delaying my pickup! it's been a week now and they just keep on sending messages that it'll come for pickup today but then they delay it!? like wth is going on? Is ur service partner that slow? or the pickup person is that lazy? they won't even pick my calls! And the help centre? I don't even want to talk about it! Worst! Just come and pick the item and refund
Pathetic delivery experience!!! The delivery was delayed by over a week, and despite multiple follow ups with customer support, nothing was done to speed it up. Delivery timelines matter a lot to me, especially when ordering last minute for important occasions. If the app showed the actual delivery timeline, it would at least help customers plan alternatives. The misleading ETA just leaves you feeling frustrated after you’ve already paid for the order.
This is the most useless shopping app ever. If you are unable to deliver the order and keep extending the time, then mention the estimated delivery time correctly. If you can't even do that and keep extending the delivery time on your own, what use is there in me ordering something before an event? The order did not even get shipped, even though it has exceeded the delivery time by 7 days already as of now . Just an app that cannot deliver their own order and has the worst delivery service ever
The application is smooth and UI is pleasent. But when i visited customer support page and choose Chat with us. i found a major bug, that whenever i tries to type something keyboard overlapping with the textbox where i am writting. so technically you are not able to see what you are typing. you have to press back to see the text you written
absolutely the worst. my return pickup kept rescheduling on its own for 4 days till it finally got cancelled. got the return generated again via customer care but that for cancelled too on its own...do u have a reason why it's happening???I can't get my bloody refund!!! never gonna shop from nykaa fashion again. giving 1 star coz there is no option to give 0 star. I have texted to u in the fb inbox with order number and the whole story.
They deliver a wrong product & are not willing to take it back. I ordered a specific jacket & they have sent a completely different jacket. No way matching with the jacket that I ordered from them. So, within few hours, I placed a request for return, which they cancel stating they have sent a right jacket. I sent them the images of the product, bar code, stating it is not the one that I ordered. The customer supports acts like they are delivering the product for free
Very poor customer service with my first order placed......I didn't like the product and returned it, it was picked up also from my end on 13th February but till date no refund received, I also emailed them but N number of people are responding with the same dialogue that courier partner will get in touch but nobody contacts, tired of doing this since two weeks now. It was my first and would be my last order with Nykaa Fashion........total waste of money and time 👎
Don't buy anything from here. If you order any product if you replace for size or anything, they will pick up your order and won't send the replacement product. Its been more than a month the order is still in transit and not delivered. they won't cancel the order saying it's shipped. pathetic service no product received no refund . Fraud Nykaa. Atleast myntra won't do this to their buyers. Customer service is of no use.
They have a bad habit of sending the wrong item, on return the delivery charges are charged by the customer. I have lost over INR 1000 over my orders for just delivery charges with wrong items being delivered. If you have other platforms please use them if your choice of item is available. All my orders from Tata cliq and Myntra have been spot on. Not happy with Nykaa Fashion wrong item delivered service.
Such a Fraudster they are I mean they have good range of clothing and accessories and there delivery service is also good becoz they use (DELHIVERY) for that but the moment it come for Return they use Biggest fraud in Logistics Business (Shadowfax) there cheapster Delivery agent never come for pickup and kept on calling for 'Cancel code' in name of 'Reschedule Code'. Customer service is also Pathetic, they are also good for nothing. Never order from them. Never.
