Off The Record: Ticket Lawyer

I recently received a speeding ticket and signed up with Off The Record. Given all the information, they quoted me $100, much cheaper than expected, but it was my first time and a great deal. I got a follow-up email from my "attorney" claiming that this fee was too cheap. They then claimed I would need to pay $500 to proceed. I don't know if this error is the attorney's or the app's, but in either case, it's unprofessional and a scam. Do not use Off The Record; seek services elsewhere.

They saved the day. Worth the money. You'll be better off using Off The Record. I've never used a lawyer before (hadn't gotten a tickets in almost x2 decades), so I was pretty devastated when it happened. But it was convenient, effective, and I'm so happy I used them, I would use them again. Highly recommend.

They did a great job and it was easy and priced lower then other companies. Didn't have to do much at all. Other places got a little frustrating with communication amounts or lack of and were priced higher. This place was simple, send the ticket, lawyer messages you, then you find out what happen. Was cheaper then paying the ticket and now it's like it never even happened.

They lured me in with the promise of the ticket being dismissed or I would be refunded. Then the lawyer they connected me with refused to take my case unless I declined to get the refund... Then all they managed to do was get the ticket knocked down 1 level of speed. I could have done that myself, that is the customary response you usually get when going to fight a ticket. And then rather than a payment link in the end they sent me the court details for someone else... Save the money, pass

easy and fast they were easy to communicate with and the process was easy. Submitted my voliation attorney accepted my ticket paid the fee and they took care of the rest I hope I don't have to use them but if I do need them I would totally use their service again very happy with the result.

My son recommended Off The Record after they successfully helped him several times. When I received a ticket in November 2024, I decided to use their service. I tried using these guys, it cost me $510.00 to fight a speeding ticket. The fee to pay the ticket was only $124.00, but I didn't want it on my record to impact my insurance and such... well, that was in 2023, it is now 2026 and I am no longer able to obtain a license because this ticket is somehow still unresolved. The lawyer is completely unresponsive and the "help desk" folk claim that this is normal. Money back guarantees my rear end, I wish I just paid the ticket.

Off The Record is my go to for taking care of Traffic Tickets. I don't get them often, but when I do,this I'd my first stop.

This has to be the best app for removing your traffic tickets. I had my speeding ticket dismissed without having to show up to any of the court dates. My lawyer was always informative about the next steps and actions. 10/10 for me!!

don't use them for your citation my speeding ticket turned into a warrant because they lawyer said to submit any paperwork. The automatic system did not find a lawyer to take my case in time.

Very reasonable prices and prompt response..

In my case the lawyer and OffTheRecord failed. I was -fined more money- than original. They claimed it was success because I was granted traffic school. BUT I was already granted traffic school in the original ticket. It would have been better to pay the original ticket and done traffic school.
