Not Sure What the Issue Is BUT App just isn't functioning properly. It worked decent last season but not at all this season where loading tickets is concerned. Keeps telling you to link acct with TM (and now NFL) which has been done since last year. Then if you send to another acct, you'll lost out on the rewards for attending games. Called tech support and they said it was an Android issue which was supposed to be resolved last month but still not working. Boooo!!

The app content is actually kind of cool. big issue for Android users is you can't make use of all the functionality. Most importantly, you can't access your tickets thru the app. Apparently, you need to log into your account using the browser on your phone which is not ideal. This really should be fixed as most apps have figured out how to function on both iPhone and Android.

App is terrible! I can access everything but my tickets. it happened last year too. Fix the app! App updated: can access game tickets but not the parking pass,says not mobile enabled. I can't download it from a web browser either.

this app actually rarely ever works. I live in new jersey and any time I try and listen all I get is the broadcast is only to be heard in local market....can't get much more local than jersey. I don't understand how this is still a thing.

App wouldn't let me listen to the game because I'm not in the local market despite living in Westchester and having location services turned on.

The app is a little glitchy, but it helped when trying to watch my favorite team's preseason games when not available elsewhere (although VERY glitchy, to the point of unwatchably so, as I saw more repetitive ads than the actual game). Now if they could fix that, but more importantly put together many winning seasons before I die, I'll be a happy cat instead of a depressed one.

Constant issues , not much different than the team. AP always had login issues . recently it keeps asking to link my Ticketmaster account ( which has been linked for a decade ) it then refuses to bring up the tickets forcing me to send them to myself so I can access them outside the ap which then means I don't get rewards credit for the scan. absolute nonsense and at this point I expect nothing better from this organization. they don't care about fans.

can't watch videos on S22 full screen. the header is in the way, doesn't retract up. really blows

The radio broadcast for english and spanish above the scoreboard is missing. Can you add the radio please so I can listen to the jets game please?

The score never Updates at the right time I still have to Google the score in order to get an accurate score. The radio streaming never works there is always an error! I wonder if the New York Jets know that this is how their app is functioning especially when they're having so far an awesome season.

terrible have season tickets, but I can't access tickets on my phone. samsung phone A14 last year was challenging, but I was unable to access tickets. linked it to tick- master still no success. Thank God wife access on her phone. also attempted using contact help in the jet app and no support. the APP is as bad as the JETS, but I still buy season tickets with no hope. Jets Suk at everything, even their app! but I will continue to go to every game. Whats wrong with me?

Awful team. Awful app. Every time I try to resell tickets or transfer tickets it takes me at least three tries. It times out over and over. Knowing the Jets, I can gautantee that if I wanted to buy tickets it would work just fine.

keep getting errors when trying it to listen to radio. HORRIBLE APP

This app is garbage. Going to my first game tomorrow and I cant access my tickets today because the app keeps crashing when I I try to view them. Tomorrows gonna be interesting if this thing doesn't start working. Why go full digital if you cant assure it is going to work? This is the problem with companies trying to get cute with going digital.

App is absolute trash and unusable. I'm a season ticket holder who has to jump through hoops to get to my seats because the app bugs out any time I try to access my tickets. I've tried it on multiple android phones and each time I'm unable to view my tickets to enter the stadium. On the bright side if you have a friend with an iPhone you should have no problem

Keeps seeing "proximity notification" message and app won't open. have an Android supposed to work and doesn't. Tried every suggestion, nothing works ! Apparently I'm not alone with this issue . Please fix!!!!!!!!!

The app works for what it does but apparently keeps running when you don't want it to. I know this because it crashes throughout the day even after I force stop it. Quite annoying. Also uses a ton of data. The app may actually be worse than the Jets this year

when the app works it great.. my phone updated and now I can't assess my season tickets. everything tab on the app work but when I go to pull up my tickets it just glitches. please fix. extremely annoying when trying to get into the stadium

Glaring lack of creativity in this platform. If the Jets want to be viewed as a second-rate organization, then they are portrayed properly with the mobile site and the app. Does not appear that any thought was placed into design.

As life long fan I rely on just about anything that keeps me "close" to my Jets whilst I'm out of state and im very disappointed in the quality of this app. It chokes... Media is constantly shutting the app down and it doesn't even properly load on my Note+. Love the Jets more than this app but get it together and try again.... please!!
