I enjoy treasure hunting in Ollie's!! I have found some great buys on name brand items and nice employees willing to help me locate items! It's not full of fancy displays, maybe the reason prices are so reasonable? My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning system working on any day I've been there! I go there regularly! Ollie's! Where shopping is shopping!!

This has to be one of the most unstable apps I've ever used. The stores themselves, great. This app is awful. Constantly crashes when you try to do anything. I have to use my coupons from my email and give the cashier my phone number because the app crashes with every single attempt to navigate anywhere. And don't get me started on the weekly flyers. Just horrible app all around.

This is one of the top most frustrating apps. It will not scan my card. Entering the numbers is like playing "Wack A Mole." The keyboard blinks on and off, if I can click it on at all. So without that number I can't use the rest of the app. So I will be deleting this app. And just keep bringing in the card that is mailed to me for my percentage off.

I think most negative experiences are coming from users using the wrong sign-up process. Sign in as new app user and everything goes smoothly. And you don't have to have a card or phone number, it's not a required field as marked by the red stars, like most any other required fields are. I think people just need to slow down and read what they are trying to achieve and just not bash an app because it's not an instant thing, and they actually have to use the brain. I find no fault with the app.

Terrible! Like other people have said I could not register within account no matter what I did. I changed my password around at least 10 times varying numbers uppercase and lowercase numbers and the submit button was still grayed out, I even added my Ollie's army number though it wasn't required and still the log-in failed. I followed the advice of other reviewers and made sure that I was following the directions and entering the information as required. I Love the store but I hate the app.

App stopped working for me in the last few months. I can't get to My Offers without the app force closing. Just tried clearing data, cache, reinstalling and still had the same issue. Walked out of an Ollie's because a cashier was being rude while I tried to give her my phone number because she could see I had the app open but wouldn't listen to me when I said I can't get to the barcode for her to scan.

Impossible to use. So glitchy that it crashes once you tap on anything. I was told that I should have coupons after spending over 300 in the past 3 days (christmas shopping) only have 1 for 25% off. Honestly if the app worked better sure it'd be worth keeping on my phone but not with how it works now. I can't even look at my profile without it completely shutting itself down.

The app won't work. I go to input my membership number and it just messes all up. I like the store, don't much care for the app because it honestly needs a lot of work to even attempt to make it work. And it crashed about time that I input my first 3 numbers. Needless to say, I'm fed up with trying to use this bleeding app. Uninstalled until it's fixed.

For about the past 4-6 months, this app is just constantly crashing. I have to hurry up and screenshot any coupons I've been awarded that show up in the app and/or my Ollie's Army Card barcode before it crashes, every time. Can never get it to stay open long enough to use them straight from the app! I've deleted the cache and then deleted and re-installed the app completely, and the issue persists. please fix this, it's annoying!

I have tried many, many, many times and it never works. I have called your contact and emailed. I get told it must be my phone , (which it is not) new phone new 5g and still cannot get app to work. I just give up. And try to keep up with the coupons that come in the mail, or otherwise I do not get the bargains and discounts. Been this way forever.

The app would not display my card, or any offers. It would not let me access the My Profile section. Pretty much all I could do was view the current flyer and follow any links out of the app to go to their website. I initially had to uninstall the app just to be able to log in because it got in some weird loop where it kept asking me to enter my device pin just to get to the login screen.

Zero stars!! Haven't been able to use the app for over a yr. Locks up and can't look at anything. Uninstalled/reinstalled but same results. Even tried creating a new acct with new email (as suggested in another review) but it wouldn't let me submit after my information was entered. Is anyone at Ollie's paying attention to this?? I've even told the cashiers about the app issues but they blame it on their WiFi. I'm using the app from home so it's definitely not Ollie's in-store WiFi. Deleting it!

Not able to create an account om my cell phone. Error message telling me to make sure all required fields are filled in and resubmit. I've tried everything I can think of including a 4 digit extended zip code and allowing my password to be visable but still get the same error message. And no, I'm not in a hurry and I am following the directions exactly as they're written. Several people can't be having the same problem and all of us are wrong. Uninstalling.......useless to me!

hey, I think you need an update. the app wants to close as I'm looking at it. keeps asking to close or wait because it's not responding. samsung galaxy S24 ultra.

This app was great until recently. Now I can't access my account number or my rewards. Please Fix!

VERY glitchy. I can load sales fliers but when trying to page through the flier it won't go to the next page most of the time. A lot of the time it will click on an item but when I want to go back to the flier it takes me back to the home page. I tried multiple methods of paging through or going back. Nothing works. I love your store but your app is completely useless.

The app is horrendously slow. It's so slow that it'd be faster for me to wheelchair myself home to get the physical card and head back to the store to finish my purchase... all before the app is able to fully load and/or respond to touch. It's so slow that I can't review anything else about this app because that's as far as I've gotten with it. Yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting steps... no change. It's not worth calling tech support about it, either.

I probably try to use your app once every a month. It NEVER works. It comes up I put my info in, log in and no matter what you touch it doesn't open. Try swiping to look at the different flyers again nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've used husbands phone same results. I have messaged in before and nothing is different. I might be able to use it 1 time out of 20 tries. The store won't let you use anything without your app

App is horrible. It hasn't worked for weeks! It's in permanent crash mode. I un-installed and reinstalled, and it's still a hot mess. Fix this app, please. Until it's fixed, I'm removing it from my phone. Now, I'm forced to go to the website to see the sales ad and/or wait for paper postcards in the mail with my discount code. Ridiculous!
