the app was awesome, until 18.12 when they decided to kill the reviews feature. I communicated with their support and learned they have no plans of implementing a replacement, this to me makes OLX useless. it's a shame, the app itself is well designed and super easy to use

decently usable second hand store. the app itself is sometimes a little sluggish and could have more filters for some categories (especially automotive) but otherwise works fine.

Unavailable outside Portugal. Starts automatically in the background after phone startup. Constantly requests money and tries to upsell you stuff. Spams you with multiple unsolicited ads and newsletters. Constantly removes listings because they're too cheap. Unreliable search. Broken email links. Doesn't let you review sellers who sell you broken items but allows users who bought nothing from you to rate you negativity. Contact form doesn't work. Blocks virtually all listings with numbers.

in each ad the last photo is always an advertisement not related to the ad you are seeing, that ruins your flow, but worst is that you scroll fwd to that image and the scroll gets stuck on that last photo. smooth efficient scrolling photos and adds is what makes or not this aop

It gets worse and worse with each update. You search one word and appears everything except the thing you want

with the last update it is impossible to log in, my browser opens for the login and nothing comes up.

The product is very helpful and contributes to a better world. :) The chat could improve. Messages from the same person are stacked on multiple identical notifications without showing the content, messages are not pushed to open chats and it would be better for emails about messages not to be sent immediately, since the user might open the notification in a short time.

No English, so it's only for locals or who speaks Portuguese and lives in Portugal. it's sad for foreigners. hard to understand. Not all foreigners working in Portuguese. Many people work in English not necessarily they need to learn Portuguese and still need to use OLX Portugal. I am talking about app. I guess that clarify your understanding. Why don't you have language option for your app besisides Portuguese? add English as international language for any territory.

No English language! It's horrible in 21 century. In Google chrome I have auto translate but in app... web site is horrible for mobiles and app have no English 🤦‍♀️ hello from 19 century. Also, in 21 century a lot of people traveling, moving from one to another country and they stayed with their Google Play registered few years ago somewhere in others country. It's not the good way for country which want to be digital country

Im Irish and don't live in Portugal, but use the app to purchase classic cars. The app is very easy to navigate and use. I dont speak Portugese but can work out what the ads roughly translate to. The search functions are very easy to use. Love this app.

Constant problems with login. Does not store login for more than a few days. Ridiculous! No public change log = bad review. We want transparency. This is not a website. Its code running on our devices.

The overall user experience is good and fast, but we still have to see all those annoying ads (like in the website). I'd expect a cleaner interface in which the user could focus on the classified ads only.

App keeps crashing for no reason on my OnePlus 9 Pro with all the latest software and security updates. Reinstalled the app and still nothing. You should release a fix for this app fast!

The app works, but the security it's not perfect. People can easily open different accounts. I really recommend this app if you live in Portugal to sell and buy used items 😀

I live and work in different countries, and I need to use OLX from Portugal and Poland and it's just not possible. The app should have a setting that you could choose what county you want to search for.

This is the eBay of Portugal used by everyone and no hidden charges at end of a sale. Easy to pay advertising fees and inexpensive. App also good to communicate with other sellers and search criteria fun to use. Well done OLX!

i don't know what's happening but i don't receive chat notifications anymore. i have to keep entering the app to see if i have messages... really bothering me,as i have already missed some business...

After last uptate, it's very difficult to use the app. After start, stays in the logo screen without any changes...

Earlier bug: App doesn't work. I need to use browser option. Same behavior in my tablet and smartphone, android 12 and 11. Resolution: reinstallnapp
