The idea behind the app is great, however food tracking is trash. I have to spend to much time attempting to input a meal to then separately track macros, calories, fat. There are other more useful apps that record these things. Being able to scan the food I'm eating would be amazing! everytime I think I want to use the app, I end up regretting it. I end up flustered. having to re-enter what I entered...

The app is helpful. But thw food tracking sucks. it shows you can take a picture of your food or scan the barcode so you know the calories and the nutrition you're getting. however those two things do not work. so I add them but I have no idea what the calories are cuz it's not helping me with that. so I have to use a different app to keep up with my calories

It feels like the bare minimum of a weight loss program. The app does a terrible job of notifying you of messages, groups and so on. Didnt even know i was in a group and judging from the 0 interaction, I dont think anyone else does either. The coaching seems very scripted. Its little better than just a basic food tracker. No calorie tracking by the way. Nothing groundbreaking but functional. It's not something I would pay for.

This it's a premium product and is possibly a scam! The Coach is text only (no video calls) and their responses feel copy/paste/AI. Groups and resources are laughably limited. The learning paths are only one lesson per week so after Monday I feel no reason to use the app. Not to mention the scale is busted. I had to move it because my weight wasn't sending. The next time I used it, I weighed 10lbs less than the day before! So I have no idea what my weight actually is. Utter garbage.

I like the promise of this app but the experience so far has been underwhelming. None of the stat syncs are working, the scale they sent me, which is allegedly pre-programmed to send my weight to my account, fails to connect to the cell towers and hasn't sent data to them once. And now I discover that I can't send messages within the app because it won't pop up the keyboard when I click on the area where im supposed to draft my message. Would love the developer to reach out!

I have been using this for a couple of months now. I wanted to love this app. It had goals set in it & you have access to coaches who can help you. I loved this idea along with the idea that it tracked your food. The food tracker isn't great. I have used easier ones through My Fitness Pal, Fitbit, & LoseIt. Taking a picture of your food is a great feature, & like all photos not 100% accurate, but close. Today I got a notification on my phone Omada keeps crashing & has a bug & had a bug.

1/27/26- app won't open after update within the last 24hrs. The last update in late May/early June the food barcode scanner was added which was great! However manually adding meals is no longer functional. Before I liked at least being able to add to my food log just for awareness but now that is no longer an option. I don't want to scan each and every bar code every meal.

Losing weight but the app needs a significant amount of work to make it valuable. Metrics: metrics you want to track aren't really adjustable, and the analytics side is very basic for an AI powered app Meal logging: Doesn't take into account things like seasoning (pepper, garlic, oregano, parsley) and because it doesn't have those classified counts them as negative to your total healthy eating. Integration: Needs to integrate with more apps like Centr to monitor workouts and meal planning.

Positive: Identifying meal items via photo works more often than not, and adding by text is not too inconvenient when the photo identification is inaccurate. Negatives: When a cup of water is included in the meal photo, it's counted as a unnutritious item and also does not count towards recommended water intake. Adding an activity does not automatically check the daily activity task.

can't track properly, if my husband accidentally uses the scale I can't delete it or enter my actual weight without it saying error because it looks like my weight is jumping drastically so I can't even track myself properly. the whole app is also kinda dull and boring, lots of motivation claims but nothing truly helpful. I prefer the Lose It app much more

This app is free for me through my employer. The meal tracker is useless. It doesn't really identify what is specifically eaten so it doesn't give real life calorie counts. It has the ability to track steps but not distance or any other activity and it only identifies three step tracking apps with no way to upload info from any others, like Strava. You are assigned a coach, but there isn't really any dialogue, it's just like "it's good that you're doing this" generic BS.

it's ok for the tips it gives and groups you can join to share ideas w/others. I like that you can message w/ a coach as well. Can't delete weight track errors. I can't seem to add activity based on time- it only lets you enter steps or sync from app/device. The meal log needs improvement. it doesn't let me specify certain things- example: I can only select small latte, and maybe adjust oz size, but not edit as sugar free or dairy free. doesn't upload pics either. App needs work!

Cloud Flare Error? I went to log in my breakfast and lunch for the day, but I kept getting errors. When I tried to reset my password, if for some inane reason it all of a sudden didn't like it, it proceeded to tell me there was a "Cloudflare Error". Upon further research, this is an information safety issue. I gave two stars because the app seemingly worked at first, but this issue makes me nervous to reopen it.

My new insurance won't pay for it, and I don't need it enough to pay for it myself. I lost more weight after I lost access, to no fault of the app but because it doesn't help without an equal input of effort on your part. The tracking features are great, it comes with a lot of resources including recipes and exercise guides, and my health coach was super nice and helpful. But you can get MOST of those things for free elsewhere. But, if your insurance covers it, 100000% recommend.

it's a great supportive program. I just wish it counted actual calories as an option instead of just general idea of what you eat. but it is less pressure to not micromanage so it's not a bad thing. I like that the scale connects with the app and I can see a timeline of my weight fluctuation. the coaches are always so nice and pleasant. I have lost weight on this program in the past as well.

The group discussion board is difficult to navigate. The posts are in chronological order (recent to oldest). However, when someone comments on your post or adds to a discussion you are participating in, you cannot view it immediately, you have to look for it. It would be easier if there was a shortcut on the group section. The food tracking is easy to navigate.

coach is excellent, and weekly courses are great, however, I do not like the tracking app. you can not scan food labels, which sucks, and it doesn't provide caloric intake. I get the program isn't focused on that but it's still valuable info. it also doesn't have a good bank of most foods so you have to type in the details. the food tracking needs an overhaul and user studies or participation.

I like the support of a group and coach. I wish that the meal tracking was less clunky. When using it on my phone I often run out a character space. Also, snacks should not be clumped together as one meal when choosing size and level of healthiness. Over the course of a day I usually have several that fit different descriptions, yet I have to lump them all in one...

While very easy to use, there is no opportunity to go back and make changes, additions, etc.. I like to enter my steps from the day before in the morning. This app does not allow you to do that, or even to see anything you've entered prior. Also, you have to enter your snacks before you enter you last meal, or the app assumes you are done and closes out the day for you. That's very frustrating. And there is only one snack field. Definitely needs work.

The program is working. I'm new to this but finding that tracking food is very easy. We don't have to try to figure out calories which is impossible with home cooking. The coach offers useful tips and helps me make sense of the knowledge I already had but didn't use because it was hard for me to implement. The app helps me be accountable and keeps everything handy.
