Omaha Steaks

There are a few necessary features missing from this app. 1. No item listed in the drop down, functions menu to contact Customer Service or give feedback on the app. 2. You can not search for products by their item number, which is prominently listed on the items' boxes. You have to type it all out. 3. I did not receive any app notification that 500+ reward points were about to expire (points should not expire in 6 months), the same month that their 50% off sale happened!

It's an ok app site but it's limiting. I would much rather just go to their own website... Where I have been going to purchase their products for years... I don't remember having to use stupid passwords to just browse the site... I might have possibly needed a password to purchase things after a while... However I didn't think that it was necessary... to have it there either... Since most if not all of them had very secure checkouts, since that is all that is really necessary. Cont.

Just placed my 1st order on the website, then I downloaded the app to track. Utterly useless! When I clicked on the "account" link, it took me to a screen that gave me the option to log in or create an account., so I started to log in. Fortunately, I noticed that it was actually to sign up for Steaklover Rewards, which requires payment of an annual fee. Nice try, but I didn't fall for it. I bet some people have, though.

You cannot add your rewards (Earned free food) using the app. In trying to complete an order. It seems you can only achieve this when you get an email offer only. The app. is so sorry to say, USELESS. You are better off waiting for an offer through your email or text. Why can't you get exclusive offers in the app. as well? Your added items seem to carry over in the app. but the offer does not. So it's useless.

Please remove the account login from the app cause its useless. Never able to login. Several comments for months and not addressed yet. I open app to order, but can't login so I don't order. Have an account, but yet to be able to sign in to the app. Can sign in to website. No other options to trouble shoot except reset password. I can reset and it works for website but not for app

Loving the app! Nice layout & very easy to use. I have a suggestion on the gift card options: perhaps adding more options as far as sayings on the cards. For example, a "Just Because" option would be cool for people that just want to do something nice. Keep up the great work! Love the ads I've been seeing for Omaha Steaks. [App has no ads during use.]

Excellent steakburgers!! The app; not so excellent. All the tabs i click on-blank; nothingness. I type in something, still nothing. The promotional page is there you just cant open any item you want to look at. Ive only purchased from this company once & it was great. Delivery was great. Food was packed in a cooler of dried ice. Was not at all disappointed. I want to order again but...i cant see the newest deals & promos. Plz fix!! Im hungry lol.

Fantastic food. Packed in dry ice coolers and delivered to your door. They have sale catalogs , too, so you can get a smaller amount to try and find out if you like some different type of food. I've learned alot of foods I like this way, and I don't go broke buying it and having to get rid of large amounts of leftovers. Of course I also get my normal faves. The coolers are nice styrofoam ones, too.

This is without doubt the worst app I have ever attempted to use. Attempted. It is that awful. I have tried 5 times or more to order something to be delivered to someone else that lives at a different address than mine, have never gotten close to finishing. Beyond frustrating. I have spent probably over $2000 with omaha over the years but will never spend another dime there.

It's good for the steak timer, but the timer can be a bit glitchy, which is dissapointing for a company that prides itself on online sales. I experienced two situations, one where the timers wouldn't start at all and just said all timers were completed and one where the timer just restarted halfway through cooking. For the first I just uninstalled and then reinstalled. For the second, I just SOL. Shame, because had the timer worked properly, I'd be in the app and be looking at their product more.

I love the food but the app is just horrible just about nothing works in it. okay so you have something in your freezer try and get the directions online through the app nope. look for items that you have already ordered, it tells you to sign in I am already signed in nope doesn't work. I hope they realize that they are losing money by having such a terrible app.

Rather disappointing app. Half the time, it doesn't get past the start screen. Once it does the terms of use are ridiculous. Let me put it this way: They WILL sell your personal information. If you want to use the app, you have no choice. Recipes won't show up if you use a tracking blocker. The app is practically useless if you take steps to protect your personal information.

It used to be a great app, not too flashy, and did its job. Now, you can not get the steak timer to work. Cleared cache, unistalled and reinstalled, still restarts every time you try to open the steak timer. Now, it's just a worthless application on my phone and on Goohle app store.

I originally gave this app one star because I had difficulty getting the app to go past the request for notifications on my new Samsung phone. It works on my new Samsung tablet only asking for notifications during the initial setup. My phone is still not going past requesting notifications even though it's on. So I removed it from the phone. updated May 2025. Great steaks but worthless app. I have tried numerous times to get it to work on my phone. It opens with an advertisement and locks up

Can't checkout because it doesn't pull address from profile during checkout. If you try to add an address during the step it doesn't save and takes you out of the cart and to another page. Backing out and starting over doesn't help. Otherwise the app is good; there's no point if you can't checkout though.

The app doesn't work. When I tap on a category it always takes me to a blank page. Not at all allergy friendly either. When it was working I couldn't find a selection that didn't try to force me to get item that I can't eat if I want to keep breathing. You would think that a steak vendor would have an all beef combo option. I won't pay for what I can't use.

Downloaded app and signed in yesterday. Placed an order today and realized I wasn't signed in. No points. Tried another gift order today for $149 worth of seafood and nothing but problems, so I gave up. Need to remove the app from the play store and start all over again. I'll easily find another online store to order from that has a working app

Trying to login to your loyalty account always results in "Unable to record the loyalty event". This has been broken for months, and I've tried multiple devices. App crashes repeatedly every time I try to add something to my cart.

Freezes and constantly logs me out. Easier using web site.

ADD TO FAVORITES..HOW!!!!!!????...WILL YOU FOLKS PLZ FIX THIS NON-LOADING... BARELY WORKING...TERRIBLE NAVIGATION...THING???!!! Recent update is worse. Geez. Screens not loading...have to close app and delete cache just to get it working somewhat! READ your reviews! You charge high enough...FIX THIS APP!!!👎 I'M LITERALLY SCARED TO USE IT FOR FEAR OF ORDER NOT GOING THROUGH AFTER PAYMENT!👎👎👎👎
