Incredibly unreliable app. (using Android). Unable to navigate the message boards/forums, and other elements, without it locking up. Been a member for ~5 years, and have experienced this instability with several releases before, but issue seemed to resolve itself (server-based?) after a few days of inconvenience, this time it's been nearly a week without resolution. A real shame that they cannot ensure a better user experience, to match the high quality of the BWI content.

The app used to work perfectly. About 2 weeks ago there was an update and now it is unusable. It freezes after 10 seconds of launching, doesn't fully load pages, etc. Worthless.

It freezes all the time. If you click on a player profile, you can't hit the back button to go back to the article you were reading. Terrible. They need to update the app.

used to work and functional properly...now it continues to crash and freeze. something changed recently as it never used to have issues.

Recent update is horrible. app keeps freezing and closing. Goodness can this app get corrected 😳 it's been a long time of issues.

I paid 11.99 for the monthly subscription. When you open the app good luck finding your info and teams that you follow through all the ads. It never asks for a log in and then it acts like I don't have a subscription.

Fine when it works. locks up and prevents use 90% of the time. useless.

Can't even get past the sign-in page to register, so this will be the third time I'm sending the app to the trash.

Absolutely horrible product and support. long story short I was a member for 17 years on rivals and tried to cancel many times but the system never worked and support would not do it. finally got it cancelled on rivals and lost access when they moved to On3 because I don't have access to the email I used 17 years ago. On3 charged me yet again for the full year and will not refund me. they will not refund because I don't have a cancellation receipt because I can't access the email

it's the worst app on my phone. if I'm able to login to my account, which is rarely on the app, the experience is awful. they have a ton to learn from The Athletic for sure in terms of UX

They obviously don't take time to update the app to make sure it works correctly. There are constantly things broken or being broken for extended periods of time.

This app is pretty bad. It freezes all the time. You absolutely cannot use the phone's back button in the app. I tried clicking on a player link and couldn't go back to the forum I was in at all. I had to go to My teams (had to click on it twice) and then click on the name of the forum 3 times. Then I had to search to find the post where I clicked on the player link. It took me at least 5 minutes just to get back to where I was from the player link.

about to cancel my subscription. app forces closes every time you try to navigate. fix it!

the constant ads are ridiculous! it takes so long to read through anything because they 90 seconds I get an ad.

Other than an ad on what seems like every story my biggest issue with the app is having to constantly sign in.

It would be great if I weren't having to log in pretty much every time I go back to the app from doing something else. The fun part is when I log back in, then try to read an article, and it says it's for paid subscribers only and I have to log out and then log back in. I almost forgot that the app crashes when you get to the end of an article. Great job guys!

Horrible! 1st off, you can't use the back button, you have to use the arrow in the app! Your team articles aren't always in your team's feed, you have to look all over for them. Notifications are a complete JOKE! When you click on an article/notification, you're not taken to said article, you have to go find it and who in the hell knows where it could be! Canceled subscription before month was up. Finally, not a single response from the developer on any reviews. They don't care...

Best sports information app. Especially if your teams fans pages is kept up and ran by good organization and people. Like mine is the Kentucky Wildcats it is ran by KSR(Kentucky Sports Radio) they have a long running and loved radio station here. They are plugged into UK sports and has great journalist employed for them. So the articles are great and the premium version is worth it because the articles are even better. Would definitely recommend it. Won't speak on other teams fan pages though.

I really dislike the app. You get ads even if you aren't reading an article, the ad just pops up. And the ads are so long, its not really worth trying to read the articles with all of the interruptions. You'll get more than 1 ad trying to read 1 article.

The browser on my cell worked fine and seems easier to navigate. Still don't know why there can't be a drop-down for schedules.... as opposed to looking for some writers sticky thread and then trying to navigate his excel table. I'll try the app every few weeks hoping for improvement.
