App is intuitive and still packed with info. Whatever I need as a transit veteran is only a click away, but it's easy to show to immigrants & tourists, they grasp how to use and why, immediately. Great speed, great design. Small app. Big utility. Breaks my heart to see all the one-star reviews. That's the fault of the transit agencies: if THEIR public GPS bus data is missing, offline, or inaccurate, the app is only as good as your local transit agency's data feed. Not the fault of the app.

The iOS version was great. On Android, not so much. When looking at the details of a route, you can't see what the continuing route is, so essentially it's truncated. Which is the most debilitating flaw. For instance, if I want to catch the 31 at Troll Ave., I can't see which ones turn into 75 and which don't. Some smaller issues are, if you hit see trip details and then go back, you're taken back all the way to the general map, and there is no real time map option for specific buses

I can't have this installed! It used to realtime track the busses & have color coded "on time", "early # min", "late # min" labels which 90% of the time was accurate tracking. But now it only shows "scheduled" arrival times which if I wanted that info I'd check the bus stop but I wanna be able to track the bus again! When that's fixed I'll reinstall it! Also the scheduled arrivals are never when the busses arrive they're usually at least 5 min late & sometimes some come early!

The GPS feature is never accurate. Every single day it gives the wrong times, early or late. I leave this review based in what happened today. For half an hour leading up to me catching the bus, it said is was 6 minutes EARLY. I refreshed just to check a few times and it didn't change. I scrambled to the stop to not be late. Then, when I check, it's suddenly 7 minutes LATE. I am pretty sure we don't use multidemintional bus coaches, so the GPS need fixing. I've missed the bus too many times.

I was using this app every day, multiple times a day. It was honestly the most helpful app I had ever downloaded. Then it stopped working one day. It doesn't show any of the stops on the map anymore, if I search a route number it will come up but when I select it, it says it can't load the information. It's like the entire app crashed and can't connect to the server. I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. Which is a real bummer because I loved this app. 😢

Solid app but could use a few improvements. Would be nice if when viewing the schedule of a stop at a time when there is no service to have an option to autoload the first trip data instead of displaying "No arrivals for the next X hour(s)." Don't need to know when a bus won't be there, and some stops require a lot of tapping on the "Load more arrivals" button to display the first trips for the next service day.

This has been a great app in the past but it's no longer accurate. Busses show up that the app doesn't know about and it's frequently wrong by more than five minutes about bus times when it does know about them. Not sure if something changed in the system and the route maps and being able to check which routes go to a stop is great, but the actual bus arrivals are wholy unreliable.

it used to be good, now it has let me down way too many times. I'm here standin at my stop and it always gets to 'NOW', it either was here two or three minutes too early or too late. and it most often has been too early or maybe it just never came. so I dont know how they base their times, i though it had to be some kind of GPS, but seeing the many problems now, I have no clue.

Tonight the app insisted one bus would arrive in a minute or so. It claimed that the bus was running 46 minutes late. It then said that this bus had arrived and had gone while was waiting. All the while, each bus had two distinctly different arrival times listed for the same stop. I closed the app and reopened it to try to maybe reset it, but nothing worked. I haven't used oba in a few weeks since recently finding it wasn't keeping up with real time changes as it had before. It's just busted.

I have used this app for years while visiting San Diego. I don't know what changed in the year between my visit in the middle of 2024 and the end of 2025 but there's less information on display and what's there was often inaccurate. I missed numerous connections - I use the info to time connecting buses and trolleys - because either the app or the gps info (or both) was incorrect. Figure it out and fix it. Thanks!

App Needs Major overhaul!!! Not the Best . When the app says you have Six before the pass you expect accurate information . When I got there to the Bus Stop I was 2feet away from the Onboarding. And why is it when you report it to Hart customer service they want to argue with you about there system is never wrong . I called to let them know . Not to be treated like a retarted person.

Historically this app has been largely accurate for arrival times and where the bus is along its route. However, over the last two weeks the 40/45 routes have shown several of the same bus in succession, and they never come, but the bus image proceeds along the route as if it was an actual bus. Very frustrating for planning - please fix!

terrible too many glitches won't load even when possible (not a phone issue) does not even take in reports I want to make . so I'll do it here. "Bus came too early and left even earlier tbh , what's the point of schedules if the bus drivers act like Van Diesel. super hot and the bus updates don't happen till minutes after."

I wish the Back gesture did what it does in every other app on earth and backs out of the specific detail frame instead of closing the app entirely. it's frustrating trying to find out if the bus I'm looking at goes where I want it to while also trying to remember that this app navigation acts different than all other apps

a vital app to have if you regularly use transit in the Seattle-bremerton area!! easy to use & accurate. lost a star because they randomly removed the feature which estimated how long it would take you to reach a stop- which was a feature I relied on quite heavily. is there some way to find this option again? Or has it just been fully removed? new UI doesn't seem to show it.

always off by about 2 minutes. instead of having real time tracking it depends on users self reporting. this leads to a bus being 2 minutes early, then late, then on time, then early and makes it hard to know when to head for the bus without having to wait an extra 10 minutes. I only use it because there is no other option.

Not a bad app, but have learned to take arrival estimates with a grain of salt. Have had buses come later than projected, which is not a big deal, but have also had buses come waaaaaay earlier than projected. Overall is a useful app, but just keep that in mind!

Serves its purpose, but oftentimes has wildly inaccurate times, shows buses that have not even arrived as having arrived only to five minutes later declare them late, and so on. Hire new software engineers, or something, dude, if I could re-install Trip Planner on my phone, I would.

Nice new look - a lot easier to use! Makes bus travel a LOT easier. HARTLine service in my area is spotty and traffic is horrendous here in Tampa and this app lets me walk out into the heat right when the bus is coming regardless of bus delays. With the exception of one crummy tablet I no longer have, runs great on all my devices.

The app has some great features like showing route maps and a list of all routes at a particular bus stop, but it's accuracy for arrival times is inconsistent and unreliable. On a weekly basis the app says my bus is 18 minutes away and 45 minutes later it says 19 minutes away. Unfortunately I don't know of a more accurate way of determining King County Metro's actual arrival times
