Hands down one of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded, it doesn’t even let you sign in. I’m not talking about a small glitch; I literally cannot get past the login screen. I tried resetting my password, reinstalling the app, switching Wi-Fi, even using mobile data; nothing works. It feels like it was released without testing the

I downloaded OnePass to link and scan my flybuys card when shopping at Coles and Shell/Coles-branded Petroleum Tankenstellen. But scanning the OnePass card never works at those places. Multiple register staff have confirmed this occurs with other customers. So what is the point? I will also not be renewing my OnePass subscription.

Terrible app never loads, every time I need to use it, I have to clear app data and re-login from scratch. Worst app experience.

The new update is terrible. Needed to verify email with a code and even though I used the right code, says it's incorrect.

cannot login !!!! just get a blank screen when try to log in. uninstalled, deleted data, rebooted etc etc and still just blank looks like I'm not only one

The app simply does not function. I have tried reinstalling and cannot get past the "receive notifications" page. When I close the app and reopen it is just a white screen.

App is set up well. But always unlinking my flybuys, have to remember to login and link every time I shop.

As others have said this app constantly logs you out when you need it most at the checkout, not even my banking apps do that most use biometrics as a login method. Come on a multibillion dollar company cannot even get this app to use biometric logon? Other app give you the choice of pin number or password you people don't even offer the choice, don't scream security because if the banks and even the government don't log you out all the time you need to get with the times!

can't even use it it keeps saying the recaptcha failed constantly when trying to login haven't even gotten to try the app

app doesn't let me go in, after I login with my details the app freezes and i have to close everything.

Great app. Good for getting more flybuys dollars with the ever changing promotions.

The app would be great ... if it stayed logged in. Whenever I am at the checkout, I open the app and it is logged out, meaning I cannot scan any of my cards. I wrote to the OnePass support team and they claim always being logged out when you need your account is a 'security measure'. Um ... what is the point of having an app if it doesn't allow you to use your account? OnePass is essentially taking my money and not providing me with any of its promised services.

Why do I have to apply for permission to close my account??! No ability to just close the account any more... Also thanks for taking the renewal $ even though I requested my account be closed I had better get a full refund

This app is so poorly written. Just about every time I go to use the app, it has signed me out because either it's updated or I haven't used it recently. It's on my phone, so why the need to log me out? Other apps don't do this.

Does not work. Every link just returns with "Oops, something went wrong". Another failed app made by a billion dollar corporation. You'd think by now they'd know how to have a working app and website..🤡🤡🤡

Just displays a blank white screen after signing in, has been doing this for months... makes the app completely useless? Not sure why they haven't fixed this after so long.

the rewards thing is a joke. ages ago it was up to refer people, I did, they signed up then all of a sudden it cleared from the rewards part and I never recieved any rewards. now nothing comes up in it all

App often takes a long time to load and just shows a white screen when I'm at the checkout waiting to scan the card.

just signed up and can even verify email. the app is so bad it doesn't even accept my payments to subscribe lol. im glad it doesn't want to, after seeing these reviews.
