I downloaded the app so I could get the $1 mystery box sale, had it out and ready over a minute in advance, and had my finger hovering over the button, but as soon as it opened... Nothing happened. It wouldn't let me click it and it said "only available in app". I AM IN THE APP. I kept on trying to find out if something was missing, but nope. I even get a "download the app" prompt on the front page... OF THE APP.

Opened app to see a offer for a 7t for $199. When choosing "buy now" it takes me to a page that shows $399 with a repeat of the offer. It prompts you to "learn more". Clicking on the link takes you to "Google Play Store" and prompts you to sign in to Google, from within their app. Why don't they just cut to the chase and ask me for my Google username and password.

Not a great app. Whenever you click on one of their deals, it gives you the option to open the store app while in the store app. This sends you right back to the beginning where you can once again look at the deal, click on it, and it offers again to open the app which you are presently in. It gives a redemption code with as well, but no way to redeem it. Maybe their hope is I will buy something and redeem this code at check out, but it doesn't say that, or anything else for that matter.

Oh my. Where do I start? I like OnePlus, their products, but this app? If you can get it figured out, it might be usable. But who has time for that? Customer service is frustrating, but okay if you can understand the accent! I own a OnePlus 7 Pro. It's been a decent phone, it's my second One Plus. I own the buds, and I love them. After only year I'm upgrading to the 8T or 8 Pro, because they're offering sales and I want to see if it will improve the functionality, & and get me out of kindergarten!. Seems the Siri function is on the kindergarten level! In 5 years since I've owned my 3T it has not approved, it's gone backwards. Come on One Plus! You have potential, let's get with it!

Horrible App - This is the worst app I've ever dealt with. When you get a "deal", you click on it and it says open in the app (which is what I'm in). It then goes to a place that says verify email for which they need to send you a code. Should you get that code, you enter it and then nothing happens! You are stuck in checkout hell. So very frustrating.

This app is a great start but it still needs much work. The navigation could be smoother. Also, too many products are out of stock. For example, most of OnePlus 8 Pro accessories are out of stock even though the phone is just a year old. Also, OnePlus Watch that just came out is also already out of stock! Update: the app has become worse as it's hard to navigate and it's inconsistent. There's no section for the Watch and not sure how to even find it since there's no search function. Needs work

Not a good user experience. It doesn't let me log in using my email + password combo that works on the website. 3rd party login is not implemented. When trying to reset password (which works on the website) through the app, it tells me that my account doesn't exist. When looking at the dropdown of countries, the US appears twice... but you can't keep trying because the number of attempts is also limited... Frustrating experience.

Tried to do the pre-order for the OnePlus 11. They had a discount for ordering thru the app so I gave it a shot. Horrible experience, not only did I create my account beforehand thru the website, but had to verify in app, again, and it had me do it multiple times!! Only to get to the check out and have to do it again!! And with no discount!! Very frustrated and have given up trying to order anything thru OnePlus altogether. I'll just wait until my carrier gets it in store I guess.

I gave it more than enough if a try. Tried several times to click on the sale notifications only to either be taken to: 1. A completely different page offering an expensive phone, 2. A full price item, 3. An error (the most common result). This is the most garbage app I've ever had installed on my phone. OnePlus, you should be ashamed. Shows how much you care about quality.

Downloaded to take advantage of an in-app only flash sale. The app was clunky and buggy. I made my purchase, but never received any confirmation. I had to reach out to OnePlus via online chat, through their website not the app, to inquire and they said they did receive the order but could not give any other information. About four days later I got an email that said the phone is on its way. No tracking number, shipping method, or any other information, so I guess it's on the way and we will see if I actually get it. The app is clunky and I don't appreciate the ploy used to get me to download this app. I won't make the mistake again. The $40 discount was not worth the hassle. I like the OnePlus phones, but this app is a goat-rope.

Fatal Flaw - The shopping portion of the app looks and operates well. I added a phone and accessories to my cart, only to have checkout blocked because I do not have an account. Except I do already have an account with oneplus. Update: the app gives an error when anything in the account tab is clicked on using my oneplus phone. I never have a chance to attempt signin. I borrowed my friend's Samsung and was able to log in using the app. Seems isolated to oneplus devices.

CANNOT FXXKXXG USE IT! You MUST install the app to shop their best deals. We won't even get into why that's already sketchyAF! But then it gives a list of countries and languages when you first open it. Okay, I clicked on "USA/English," now what? That's it. There's no next button, no continue button, nothing. There's no way to ever move to another screen. USELESS! And stop telling people to email you for help and just fix it! Everyone has already given clear details about the issue!

Sales and app don't load correctly. They list mystery boxes to buy at low cost, but after trying 3 different sales it is clear that they are not actually available. The icon only changes from coming soon to out of stock with no chance to buy. Was online and ready before each item went up for sale. Maybe only an error in USA. Lots of error 404's when trying to select USA view app. Don't waste energy and time on downloading app.

I use to have a OnePlus9 which I adored but I accidentally damaged it and it completely stopped working. So for a whole year I was stuck with a low budget phone, which didn't let me have access to anything barely the service I had it on . Then finally I was able to afford The "OnePlus12"!!! and man it's the most beautiful 😍 and functional piece of technology I have every investment in. As for the app store everything is quick and easy shipping is immaculate couldn't be happier 😀.

Abysmal at best. My Oneplus 8 Pro cracked. Looking to get the 10 Pro. Figured I'd save some money by using the app. Tried to buy from the app and my cart items wouldn't appear in checkout. When I clicked "add to cart" on the phone there were percentage off incentives for buying ear buds and the watch so I tried to add those.Prices in cart did not match discounted price.Customer service did not help much but don’t think they can considering how glitchy this is. Poor UX app, great phones

This is by far one of the most poorly developed apps I have used. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE . The so called support is no better than talking to a robot as they can or won't do anything to fix an issue. The so called giveaways are scams as you can't redeem any of them, the links direct you to the app you are already in. There is no one who can actually remedy the runaround you receive in the app. They can't even give you the number of someone who can help. Throw it away start over. Get it right!

The app is clunky and bugs out if you click around too much. I can't get the 50% off flash sale to work, and my $50 voucher won't apply either. And if you click back when you're in the cart it doesn't actually take you back. Pretty sad since I just spent a bunch of money on a new phone and the car charger I got doesn't even come with a cable. My next phone won't be a OnePlus unless we see some major changes from this company.

this is my second OnePlus (12), I like the device but, it's not as exciting as my old OnePlus 7T was to me. however, I'm not disappointed with the device. Not sure if the cell antenna is in the wrong spot, but the connection is slow to my cellular provider. The same places I go to prior to this device do not connect, crazy!!!! Other than that, the camera is better I hope the next is way better. glad to see some of the features that make the OnePlus standout when I first received one.

I believe for a company to be great, not only it's products but also it's customer service needs to be great. I recently purchased OnePlus Buds Pro and was facing some issues so I sent it for replacement. Not only did they responded late but also they are not giving any replacement. Instead they are offering a $20 voucher (as per the products depreciated value) as a replacement as they are out of stock! Do you guys seriously believe this is a solution to this problem? Not expected.

I just had one of the most painful payment experiences I've ever had. it took me 45 minutes just to get it to accept my address. This app is buggy and entirely frustrating. I almost canceled my order because it took me so dang long to get it to take my money. Really disappointing to see from an otherwise amazing company. My advice to you is to make your purchases from the website or from Amazon because this app sucks!
