The app is great and very simple to use. Everything is easily accessable and fast. The one suggestion I think would make it optimal for me is: when picking up 2 orders at once, it would be very helpful if I could select which order to deliver first. Sometimes the first order has no perishable items, while the second order will contain ice, milk, etc. However, the app mandates that I begin delivering the first order. Thank you for making this app so simple and fast! A+!

It's my 2nd day as a driver. I'd like it if could mark multiple "picked up" orders so it wouldn't show as on standby. So far the sequential part of it is cool because it's impossible to skip a dropoff until you delivered it. I like the instruction part for customers to fill. And dark theme mode makes it really easy to read the screen. However, i wish deliveries had a $5 minimum tip because we go through a lot of traffic. Overall it's a great gig if you understand how to do deliveries, & area.

I had the same issue as McCallister Jere with the new update. Routing would began at my last drop-off point, even if I was miles away. Dispatchers would remove deliveries because they thought I wasn't moving. Turns out, you not only have to turn on Locations on your phone but you also have to turn it on through the app.Once you hit "start" to navigate ,you receive the notice for turning on the apps locations feature. I wasn't using the gps feature because I knew where I was going already so I didn't know about the second notice. Is it possible to notify all users of this issue?

Love this App. I like that I can see my delivery manifest in list form, or as plots on the map. It has good safety measures as well to assure that all info is there before accepting a task. The only reason I took a star is because I run into an issue where my pics disappear too ften when I'm entering other data. Then it's too late cuz the customer has the stuff or I've left n can't go back.

I think the app is easy to use and stable. I did have quite a few problems when using the GPS part of the app. During at least 4 of the 26 deliveries I did today, the GPS kept trying to send me back to a previous location I had already been to and completed. Also I can't figure out how to turn on the speaker so I can hear spoken directions. Not certain if those are GPS problems or Onfleet issues

Decent some times goes out but pretty good Normally. But the app today, sucked glitches out and delete all My photos and progress, then froze and wouldn't let me move forward in the app. And. When scanning packages in the app it kept telling me wrong package. How ever was still allowing me to click the green check mark because it was the right package, these issues took 45 mins of my to straighten out.

Super glitchy. Every time I open it, or have an order or hit back to see all my orders it zooms all the way out and shows Asia/Africa. Even after I fully compltete a task I keep getting ding to "Finsih task before leaving area" which I have. I do slide to complete, they sign, I hit the check mark. Even when I complete a task when a new task is given, it auto brings up someones past order and I keep having to hit back. Even though it says complete. Very annoying. There are a lot more issues.

Can't stand this app, definitely not optimised for Android use. GPS is heavy on battery usage, and if you clear the phones memory or optimise it under device hardware, this app fails to load!

couple things : ok app, would be nice if there is a tipping system feature. zoom feature was gone in taking photo. now i have to bend down to capture close up photo of the label. i have my app uptodate, but my scan feature always turns black so i cant scan, i always have to force close the app and open it again. atm, this solution works, but its a pain. used to be ok. otherwise, OK app. i have samsung s24

I use it for work as a personal delivery driver for Jim Pattersons Food Groups and I have to admit, the app is pretty sleek, user interface id essy on the eye and I love the new task history feature. Great jobs guys, keep it up.

I would give it 5, but lately they've made it so the app overrides the auto rotation setting from the phone itself. It's off on my phone, but the app will consistently and annoyingly rotate regardless. If you're going to do that, put a setting to turn it off inside the app, tired of fighting with it every shift and not being able to do anything about it, my phones too sensitive to just try to not let it happen in the first place. Otherwise the app is great, no other issues.

Hey there, I've been using the app for 3days , so far ... And so my review is based on this ; Even though it's easy to use, and you have all you need at hand - there is lots of ways it can be improved- one of them would be the customer interaction with the app, in particular with the address they have to provide ( could be made more clear, with specific parameters- so to leave less space for silly mistakes- which just makes the riders job way harder...) ; Or the order completion system...

I have been driving as a 1099 for Better Trucks for a year, and have been using the Onfleet app every day. This app has made my deliveries a whole lot easier. The best part is, the analytics. It breaks down how many miles you drive that day, week, month. How many minutes you've taken for each delivery. For all the serious drivers who know time is money, should be using this app. Thanks for making my life easier.

The Onfleet driver app is awesome. It's very organized and simple to use and view. The only thing that gets confusing is that it uses coordinates so when linking up with whichever GPS system you use (that goes off of street address), it will pull up slightly incorrect delivery locations. Its important to check the address matches between Onfleet and let's say waze or Google maps once, it's loaded onto the GPS app itself. It's never too far off but happens quite regularly. Otherwise GREAT!

App works great. The only frustrating thing is getting stuck in a task. Sometimes I need to stop one task to go do another but I get stuck in the first task and can't do anything else until it's completed. It would be great if I could exit or pause a task in order to start/complete a different task. Other than that it's pretty damn awesome.

I'm a delivery coordinator and this app being mandatory and having no ability for trouble shooting has become an issue. The calling of receiving parties does not work and since September it has stopped notifying the customer when the order is on the way or close. Seeing some updates would make me change my review...
