OnPhone - Second Phone Number

Dont just bother with them, they are thieves, you will buy number after paying for it, after some days you wont be able to log in your account, you will write to the customer card and they will never answsr you, when you comment on playstore, they act nice telling you to write to their support, write as mamy messges you want and they are never going to answer you. STAY AWAY from this app!!

for $20 there should be a good customer care service for when stuffs goes wrong. i bought many numbers but i bought a number for app sign up and the number was banned by a previous owner. i tried to contact for a refund and no response. it works but its high risk and no customer rep. i give it two start cause it might or might not work and no one will be there to assist or refund you your $20. HIGH RISK

dear onphone team your app helped me a lot at first but later started going astray because I can't even log in to my account again it keeps saying "this action is not allowed" and i think you guys restricted my email or something but I have made purchases on my account and I don't want to lose my money so you guys better fix this for me

you don't have any customer service I bought a number that has already been used for the service I want to use it for am trying to contact support to change the number for me but no one is replying me

I only subscribed for one month and I've been trying to activate my auto renewal before then but it hasn't been going through. please In a situation whereby I only did one month hope I won't loose the number when it expires. hope there is option to resubscribe?

terrible. you can only send so many messages, until you have to "buy more coins". for 20 bucks a month it should be unlimited. skip this app

Very bad service, please don't purchase numbers from them, they will trick you till you buy a numbers, that will not be useful for.

hello one phone team. the one phone app is not working.when I want to login in my account the option is showing that you are not allowed to perform this action.please fix this issue.i am using this app a long time

Onphone is really doing well but I don't see the reason why you would be selling used numbers and is not fair. Please do something about it,the two numbers I bought are used already.

so bad experience i thought this app was good then i paid for 1 month subcription after they deduct money from my account in just few hours they email me that my subscription is expired . how that happen i just purchased a month subscription . dont use this app

the app suddenly logs out and you will not be able to log in again if you try to login it will show you can not perform this action I don't know why. find something to do about it

It's a very poor app to use. Network issues all the time and it's frustrating

they are fraud guys stay away from this app , I bought a number yesterday night and I was logout automatically the next day , and I login back with same email and its saying I should get a new number

the charges for a subscription fee, and to get a phone number you need to pay again, is built this way to scam users

hello on phone team plz I suggest you add making payments with crypto for easy buying of phone numbers I find it difficult linking my credit card because it always says error why doing so

This is a total scam—it's a manipulated app. There’s an option for daily check-ins where you can earn free coins. On the first day, you click and receive 20 coins, leading you to believe that this app is better than other expensive subscription apps. However, when you wait for the second day to check in, the app reveals its true nature with a pop-up message asking you to subscribe to a 3-month or 1-year plan in order to receive free coins for daily check-ins. This is completely unacceptable.
