ONY Elderly Launcher

Simple, functional app. I would give 5 stars, but I don't understand the native "Photo Contacts" app. Changed permission to allow contacts and nothing is populated, and I didn't see a way of adding anything. The native phone app is only a dialer. No contacts/numbers. Replaced with existing phone/contacts apps. Only complaint is the "Torch." Americans don't call it a torch. Would love to be able to rename that for my senior mother who doesn't know to click on "Torch" for the flashlight.

interesting but inconsistent.On the homescreen the icon for all apps and the button 'more apps' lead to the app library, this is confusing. The buttons all aps and add to homescreen should not be there, you mess up too easy. To remove apps from the homescreen you have to scroll through all apps to make this app 'invisible'. But all apps are 'visible' and are not on the homescreen. Confusing! You have to adjust the font size else you end up in whatsapp with very small fonts for elderly people.

App works well w/the few functions it has but the price is outrageous. Negative stars strictly for the price. Many seniors are on fixed incomes. Secondly the app is very limited in what it can do. Its missing too much to be a truly senior friendly such as an SMS messenger & more customization options. Wish the launcher supported at least 1 or 2 widgets. I paid $6 for Nova Launcher and its absolutely loaded with features. No way this launcher is worth $12+ for what functionality it offers.

Just so you know, tons of launchers are free, some completely free, others free with paid add-ons and premium features. Yours? Completely paid, no demo, the first screen you come to when selecting the launcher wants a license to be bought! Crazy, right? 🤪😂🤦‍♀️ I thought so..

Nice but needs separate apps for phone and contacts as existing ones are confusing for elderly especially if they have not great eyesight please build this!

I have only had it installed for a few minutes, Seems nice but instantly annoyed by the sound every time you select something, anyway to turn that off?

Is there any way to turn off the extremely annoying click noise after every press? Also, needs a replacement for the native phone and SMS/MMS apps.

should be mentioned in the description that it is a 7 day trial and requires buying license for a hefty sum.

Thought this was a launcher. Does not open when home button is selected. Uninstalled

This is NOT a free launcher & of course it happens to be the one that works best for my needs
