Very bad upgrade because I don't see my international minutes any more. It gives me 0 while I have in fact 500. When I called ooredoo they said it's a problem with the new version of the app! The upgrade is supposed to solve issues not create ones. Now if I ran out of international minutes they will start charging me big money because they will fail to inform me and there is no way I can tell what are the remaining minutes. Looks like a devil plan to rip me off.
Worst app. Always full of bugs—unable to log in, constantly buffering, and then we receive a message saying we are logged in. To bypass the bug, we have to uninstall and reinstall the app every single time. These issues have been around for quite a long time, and I don’t know what updates they are making without fixing them. Poor developers.
There are lots of times where you cannot even login. I've experienced this whenever I need it the most, like when needing to buy a package or top up. The app will be permanently loading, it doesn't matter what Wi-Fi network I'm on or even when I'm using data, so the issue can't be the network on my end. If there is some maintenance happening, then please at least give a sign that it's maintenance.
Really buggy app, doesn't open 2/3 times, repeatedly asks for contact information despite already verifying it ages ago and SMS blocker straight up doesn't work. Plus, I suddenly couldn't access my Nojoom points after switching to Hala. Used the app on a Pocophone F1 and Galaxy S22+, same issues. Update: Same issues still persist 3 years later on a Pixel 9 Pro.
why do I have to fill in my QID every time..? no reason! Why do I have to activate biometric access every time again? it then works for one session, but not for later sessions. Today I wanted to pay a bill, it didn’t work, got stuck on screen that said 'payment'. had to go to web version to pay. app is also extremely slow
confusing and misleading packages. trying to top up another number got credited the registered number. unable to use the app to top up if there is no credit. additionally Gpay does not work on this app and credit card is not saved. so every time I need to type in my credit card details. Also it doesn't allow to leave negative feedback. it promt a message saying that there were issues submitting my feedback. but this never happened when I left positive feedback. Useless app.
Worst app since forever. always always have problems launching the app or paying through credit cars. full of bugs. a multimillion company who is reluctant to develop and update a proper app. it just doesn't want to start sometimes. and ooredoo is the only app that has such a problem with launching and it seems they don't know how to fix it because it is like this since forever....
Application always clashes. Always disconnected for no reason. Clashes when trying to log in again. Not user friendly.Ooreedo should pay some attention to fix this app.
the application is broken for a long period of time.. whenever I open it for important things it's broken ... if there is a zero review I would give for this app .. it doens't work for hours when ever I need it the most !!!
It was unable to log in to the Ooredoo app while I am outside Qatar, its why this app unusable. As a result, I lost my Hala credit of QAR 112.85. This is unacceptable for an app that should support customers even when they are abroad. Ooredoo needs to improve app accessibility and reliability.
worst app ever to have for a telecom company, not reliable at all, everytime it has log in issue, keep at least half an hour the login instead of every time you see other apps need log in
Very complex interface with many services like the Dawli not available. Why can't a user access the common bundles offered by ooredoo on the app? Even checking available balance is hectic process.

very very annoying when you need it most. it doesn't open and keeps on loading even when you restart the phone it doesn't open. too much bugs on this app even after the latest update. i am not happy with it at all given that it's from the most reputable organisation in Qatar. fix the app for the good of your esteemed customers!
Its so easy to manage all my numbers. Plus I like rewards system. However, it would be nice if the rewards' worth can be increased
Worst app in terms of loading speed. Doesn't load on public wifi and painfully slow on throttled speed network. Pathetic.

The application needs substantial development, particularly in terms of performance and loading time, as it takes too long to open.
Login Loading Screen issue all the time very disappointing for such a large consumer base.
If you have to uninstall and new download and install the App multiple times per year because it's not opening then it doesn't deserve more than 1 star. It's really frustrating. In addition, despite of activation of fingerprint it still asks you login with your number and otp. Finally, and this is the best, there is no option to save your credit card details so the payment goes smoothly, every time you put all the data again and again. It is time the Ooredoo invests in this App!!!
