Good start. Additional features needed. For instance, would like the ability to top up or recharge the balance for an ADSL line. Currently it only retrieves what is due, so does not allow you to add to the balance in order to be able to buy optional services.

I'm facing a weird bug where I can't apply for a card, I scan one of the sides of my ID card and it works fine but when I scan the other the app lags and the scan doesn't happen and it just freezes with one side scanned and the other is blank and it even doesn't allow me to retry I can only get back to the previous page or close the app.

They have a problem in sending the verification code from more than 2 months and they don't try to solve it . Every time I open the application I must call them to have the code and login and that will never work .

The worst payment experience ever, I was trying to make a payment to Helwan national university with bank card and the amount has been deducted from the card but the app told me payment failed so I a called the customer service and the lady advised me to use a different payment method so I used orange cash and the same happened amount has been deducted and payment failed It is really sad as I used many different payment apps and by far this is the worst one

no otp is relieved although I tried several times using 3 different mobile network numbers and different locations. my Internet is working fine and have very good coverage and sms service is working. when I called them they told me all customers have no issue, you are the only one. Please try again!

OTP (Verification) SMS Failed to send: whatever you try, you will never receive the SMS for the OTP, very frustrating issue at 2025!!!!!

Great app but there's a problem Pdf is saved in /data/data which means finding it isn't easy I would prefer if it can be saved in Internal storage for easier access and so I can share it with other people since I can't take screenshots inside the app

I've been trying to download opay, Nigeria version on my phone, but all it keeps showing me is opay Egypt version. I mananaged to collect the old version and now I can't access it, but I because they told me to upgrade to latest version of opay, that I can't find on android play store

Good experience , It's the easiest app to pay bills and the cheapest among them . It takes a little time to confirm the transaction

it's stinks that they had to remove the other version of opay from goggle playstore then put this you can't even log in except you're from egypt or you're probably using their sim card Edit: Guys it a scam don't download it they've scammed most nigeria's then they want to do the same to egypt, nigeria's can't have access to their money in opay any more cause they can't log in into their account, so don't be one of them

Very bad application most transactions fail and deduct from the balance without completing them. I do not recommend it.

Worst payment solution ever existed Made a payment from over 30 days and they deduced the money but didnt get my code in return And their customer service didnt even care to help I don't recommend installing

This Nigeria Opay. I can't transfer my money since 3days now it's very painful,I don't know Opay could be so difficult like this ,I have reported this issues to customer service at fakule office, their response was so bad ,then I had try to call customer service also no response,all I want now is my money am really tired,how come on earth,they asked Me to upgrades which I try to be faithful according to me but your app rejected,all I want now,is I want close up my account. needful pls Thanks

This application is so bad and i didn't feel safe at all and it all start when i asked to delete my account and they didn't allow me to delete just said i can just delete the application but can't remove my account from them system literally i didn't feel safe at all and the one in the customers service did try to help at all just kept saying delete the application

Keep away. I needed an emergent payment to be done and the transfer kept being "pending" despite numerous calls for customer service to help. I had to make the transfer again.

Two times, I tried to get a ticket for the train and detect money and then say sorry, there is no ticket. Check your bank for the refund 😡😡

I have faced a problem for signing in and verification code doesn't sent. Customer service is not available all the time.

I applied almost a month ago, and the application still says it takes one day. I don't know if you only gather data based on the national ID or what!

Everything was good until I faced a problem with 2 bills paid but both didn't reflected since then three complaints 5 calls, all in vain, no action taken... One of the worst after sale services Issue never solved, however money's been charged from my account

It's a very bad app, I can't complete any payment process.This message appear "your account at risk call 15790" and after i call this No. And long time of waiting, the answer was simply we are here just to do complaint, We will respond to your issue within a maximum of 48 hours, now 5 days without any answer.
