My company uses this app to facilitate training for safety bonuses. It has a bug where the end of the training requires you to click a prompt that ends your session, but that prompt bottom is missing in the mobile app, which means you can't complete it, which means you lose thousands of dollars of safety bonus dollars, unless you finish it in the desktop version. Useless, and detrimental.

Something is always wrong. I only check the app a few times a month and every single time there's an issue. I can never log in when I need to, somehow my password is always wrong, there's no server connection, access is blocked(???), etc. When it works, its fine. bare bones and hideous to navigate. Fully functional, I'd still hesitate to give it more than 2 stars.

A joke of an app. When you first open it, it shows you a 404 error. You click homepage to actually get to the main menu, where things are laid out unintuitively. Every time you go into the wrong tab and hit the back button to go back a screen, the app closes entirely and you have to start over from the beginning. How could any company release this as a finished product? It's almost beyond belief.

if it allowed me to give this app a negative rating I would it is extremely hard to navigate as well as who's ever heard of a 24 letter or number password. the login process is absolutely horrible. the constant searching around the app to find the tasks that need to be done is absolutely ridiculous I understand in the corporate world everything is all about the money but this thing sucks do not do this to your employees.

This App Sucks!! It never loads. When it does its stoopid hard to navigate. The paystubs are structured deliberately to be cumbersome, obfuscatory, and obscuring of accruals. It forces you to choose passwords that you wont remember plus having to install 3-4 other apps to support it and overly cumbersome login processes. 0/10. WTAF?!

this app is a joke of an app. terrible designers and algorithms. never works and causes extreme frustrations. I need pay stubs for an extremely important event and I am not able to easily access my stubs. worst part is improvements are not happening. this has been going on ever since chili's converted everything to this app. so frustrating.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This app was designed by the same people who thought having their capital city in a bowl below sea level was a good idea. It never works, network errors constantly. When it does properly load up, none of your log in credtials work... they are correct but no they are not. Absolutely terrible. Rouses and anyone else who uses this should stop immediately.

Had been working fine. Now, I'm unable to view or print my pay statement. When I click to view statement, only a blank screen opens up. Also, used to be able to use biometrics to login. That has stopped working as well. I've cleared the cache and tried everything but doing a reinstall.

Big daily headache. zero stars. Missing timecards, people's pay continually gets lost can't process invoices properly because vendors aren't there, on boarding doesnt work. Video tutorials we got do not accurately explain navigation. Worst transition ever. Shouldn't sell product that literally 100's of thousands of people might rely on for their livelihood if it is this terribly inadequate or has this many problems, now my company is left trying to solve a nightmarish mountain of issues.

the apps crash. need to reinstall twice per day. always stuck at log in. reinstall and itk ok again for a while.. then happened again stuck at log in due server problem. hope u can fix this issues. and after finish the e learning its take so much time to get 'right' mark event you has been play every slide more than 3 times.

The last update has broken the app, it shows this overlay saying that you have to press "back" to go back home. Android by default uses gestures since 6 years ago, there is no "back button" doing the system gesture of going back doesn't remove this overlay, you are stuck there. also the message hints at some sidebar that works by swiping from the screen edge, which is precisely the system back navigation gesture. I don't know who was the genius that came up with this .

The OTP doesn't arrive, due to which I'm unable to mark attendance. There's also no option for regularization; instead, I have to log a call, but I haven't received any payment for that until now. Based on my one year of experience, this has been a very poor experience

Who knows. Signed in, made it to the homescreen where an overlay saying "press back button to return home" and "swipe to access menu bar" came up. Can not interact with the overlay and the back button just cycles the overlay. There are things I love oracle for but when it comes to HCM better to go with a company with a more modern dev team.

Ok so this app is basically just a mobile wrapper allowing access to the HCM instance on the phone which is convenient and saves time from having to open the laptop. Keeps me logged in too which is also a bonus. Feature wise looks like everything that is usually visible on the laptop is here. Can check my shift timings more easily, so fulfills its purpose I guess.

I can only view certain documents, unfortunately I cannot open nor download any of my paystubs as the screen sits on a white screen and nothing happens. There are no options that come up, nothing happens... As an employee, this is incredibly frustrating as I cannot access them in any other way, shape, or form...

If I see in my life such a useless app means this is the one. Really useless if I need to punch in minimum I need to walk and search for the location twice everyday location will change one day in front of Store second day location will be in the highway so really good and greacefull app hopefully waiting for bugs and all types of technical problems Thankyou

The UI looks the same what i can see on the normal desktop browser, but i see more icons are missing when i access the application through this app, do we need to enable any thing. Also do we have an app for time and labor ?

Same as all the others. I'm out on medical & can't do my open enrollment bc this app continuously crashes! The fact this has gone on for months with no fix is ridiculous! Somebody's getting paid a lot to do nothing!!

Same as the others. Crashes as soon as I sign in and it opens. It stinks to be forced to have to use this in order to see my pay, but still for months haven't been able to do so. My understanding is this I'd a problem for anyone using an android device? Is there going to be a fix for this anytime soon?
