Really bad customer service. The cleaner was running 30 minutes late (no call received to say she was running late), then cancelled 5 minutes from my house. No justification or apology given, just a refund of the amount paid. If I was to cancel last minute they would have kept the total amount paid, so they are just money grabbers. This is the second and last time this has happened and I'm uninstalling the app. Rubbish service. Don't be fooled by their promises.
They use shady communication tactics to convince you to try their services and them when you realize that you won't get the promo you thought, you can't get out of it, as they only let you cancel in the first 15 minutes, which I think it should be illegal. also they won't let you delete your credit card from their system, which also should be illegal. don't trust them!
Terrible experience!! Do not recommend! Almost a month ago I ordered a cleaning service but I never received it because the technicians arrived 3 hours!!! before the assigned time. And as I wasn't at home by then they left. Since then I sent 3 emails to support service asking for a refund but they never ever even responded or returned my money back for a service i never received!!
Bad experience with the app. Keep asking location permission, slow, buggy. Also missing resource translations. Very amateur.
This is the worst middle man of all time. If you, as the client for the service, don't open the door to the tecnician in 15m, have to pay a tax. The tecnician can be more than an hour late and you can't cancel the service without paying full rate. Support? A bot that reads you the FAQs.
Dreadful experience. The buggy app is stuck in a loop, preventing me from changing the appointment time. No tradesman showed up to complete the job. When I reply to an email, I get an error saying the email address doesn't exist.
They will SPAM you with notifications daily, a couple of times a day, prompting you to book a service. I never managed to get someone to accept a job, and the process to contact a human and rebook it is painful. Google your local tradie, don't tip Oscar for doing the job that would take you a few minutes to do - with an actual result.
unable to sign in, 2FA code sent via SMS takes about 20 seconds to arrive, no auto fill, and then the process stops with a "code is only valid for 30s" 🤦🏼. your sign-up funnel is probably hurting a lot due to this.

Useless costumer support. I have already requested the costumer support twice to close my account and delete my data from the system and it's been a week and they confirmed they will do it and I'm still receiving extremely intrusive and annoying notifications from the app and the account is still open. going to gently ask them to delete my account for the third time now. let's see for how long and how many times I need to do it.
the app has blocking UI after every attempt at navigating it, and the prices of Spain are double what they are in reality, and they offer a 50% discount. scammers
As soon as you give them your phone you start to receive stupid amount of sms stupid meme content. You can cancel it in the configs if you are motivated enough, but that kind of marketing should be punished
Unfortunately the app is a scam. You pay a premium to book a technician who shows up, doesn't fix anything and says he would provide a quote and come back on a later date. Then messages saying he cannot do it and I'm better off getting a new machine. I've requested for a refund, but ofcourse no response.
I wouldn't recommend. I had a botched washing machine installation TWICE and during the spin cycle, the machine shakes violently, moves out of place and makes a terrible noise. There was no service from their side to send another technician to complete the service I paid for, only a 20% refund (not even the full amount). Never again.
It's quite misleading in saying you'll receive a service quickly. I booked for the same day 19h, and was instead informed that a technician was booked for almost a week later. For laundry. When the technician did come, he said it would be back on the following Monday but the app said Wednesday. I had to contact them to get this sorted out. Why do I have to approve a return time? Good concept, but user flow is 👎
My refrigerator broke down due to a faulty start relay. Total cost was 152 euros — 67 as was indicated and 85 for the start relay itself. This is an unimaginable cost for a low-cost common item. The initial amount mentioned was "eight five," not "eighty five"! I regard this as deception. Problem was resolved swiftly, technician spoke English. Never using this service again! Support replied me that technician hadn't provide any details about my order, no receipts.
I booked a painter through Oscar and paid a supposedly fixed price. The technician arrived, measured the rooms and it came a couple of square meters above what I had thought. He then went on to ask me for 450€ more, on top of what I had paid through Oscar already! As I was strapped for time and really needed this done, I ended up paying (without any official receipt...). Maybe it's just one bad apple, but I can't recommend using this app until they have a way to curtail this kind of behaviour
Terrible, scheduled twice, cancelled twice (on the day before the scheduled service) and of course charged twice (no chargeback even after 3 days, will probably need to talk to my bank). If the service is not available in a zone just does not provide the option to schedule, it should be a basic requirement of a services application. Services should only be charged after confirmation which is just simple to be done, but of course they lock my money up until the last moment, this must be illegal
I recently booked a deep cleaning via this app, and our experience was bad. For a T4 apartment, for a deep cleaning came 2 people with a bucket, no other equipment. The cleaning was done extremely badly. It was bad for even just a regular cleaning. When I told the lady that they needed to bring their vacuum, she told me she didn't know. Thus, I assume that they aren't properly informed, hence my review here. They didn't do any of the extra tasks included in a deep cleaning.
