I'm. Y'all seriously need to fix the issue with not remembering the Bluetooth thingy. This has worked flawlessly for almost 3 years, maybe it's been 4. The new update thing.... No. Let me go back. The way back machine. Fire it up and let's take a trip back to simpler times. You with me? Ok, come on. Load up. That's it. Buckle up. We are going back, way back.

I have had this tool for almost a year while it can't solve all of your problems it surely comes handy when you are in a jam on an exit ramp or a stretch of road construction with no where to pull over or on a Shipping/Receiving dock with constant nagging to move your truck or loose a load because of a malfunctioning sensor that you can fix later especially if you bought a used truck & have no idea what the previous owners did to your truck especially wiring issues. Get it if U can NO Brainer.

Forced regin takes way 2 long..have done it a couple times and it never finished after 3 hrs. Takes about 40 minutes when I do a parked regin. I don't think I will will re up on the subscription. Way to much money for what it actually does. It used to sgow the soot level in live data and for some reason it's gone now. Save your money or invest in something more useful.

It's a good app when it works. Connects some days, doesn't connect on others. I stopped to do a forced regen (one of the biggest reasons I purchased the device), the forced regen button, is nowhere to be found. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it. Still can't find the forced regen button.

Not worth the money. If you purchase the otr tool make sure you get the one without the subscription. The one with the sub is kinda pointless if you have guages in your truck. I bought it thinking that even when my sub ended it would still do what the one without a sub would but unfortunately it does less. My advice would be to buy the reset tool without a sub and just get a scan tool to read codes and you would be good to go.

update: did get it working on my phone. It stopped working again when I updated the app, but a delete and re-install fixed it. Very happy with the app overall. Works great but not on my new phone. Have to steal my wife's phone to use. Just crashes when launching the app. Maybe because I have android 11?

Have used this tool religiously for 2 years now. With recent update mine wouldn't work. Contacted Vitally at OTR and informed them of issue. In less than 24 hours engineers found issue and fixed it. Now works great again. I'll be a loyal customer from now on. Thanks Vitaly!!

Had problems with app driving me crazy, kept crashing. got a hold of customer support and they took care of it promptly. This is such an important tool to have in your tool box if you don't have this one I suggest as an owner op you own some kind of scan tool.

If you have any doubts about this product. I'm hear to say it is worth every cent!!!! I don't leave many reviews unless I feel the product is worth it. I'm working on 2+ years with OTR and it has saved me more then I paid for it!!! The staff is so very helpful. If you have any issues they are more then happy to help you out!!

This new version of the app is horrible. I cant get anything to work or even get connected without first uninstalling the app and then reinstalling. Works only one time and have to go thru the whole process everytime I need to use it. Old version worked perfectly.

Everything worked great, but then came the update today. And now I can't do a forced regen because the start button that comes after the 3 instructional steps is missing. So I start the regen as a result. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't work either.

Love this app and product it has got me out of having to go to the shop quite a few different times now I can say it has really saved me a lot of money and repairs that didn't need to be done. Product works as advertised

Overall, since installing this in July of 24, I've enjoyed this tool and app. My original S8 caused a few issues but it worked well with an Apple Phone so it wasn't an issue for me. I've since upgraded the 8 to a 25+ and haven't had any problems.

Very useful tool. Has helped me many times to avoid tow fees when my truck (Freightliner m2 106) has gone in derate mode. App would be better if more applications where included, like reseting or governing speed. Its worth every penny you pay!!

Great product, great support team. Next update please consider letting us rearrange the order the live data is displayed in, it would be more convenient to drag all relevant information to the top for better monitoring and overview. Keep up the great work!

It will clear the codes about 1 in 6 attempts. Reset the app and updated. So far I think I have it down to the Bluetooth priority on the stereo. Still worth every penny. Android on a Pixel 7 Pro.

It was working fine then all of a sudden it doesn't let me start the app,it will just force close every time.... please update app,because I have to pay yearly for this and it needs to work

Latest update created connection issues. Also, if you cancel your subscription, you instantly lose access instead of when subscription ends.

I enjoy the ability to read codes and have the ability to clear them. Also allows me to do a forced Regen with ease.

This app is amazing and I'm sure it will be put to use often on my million mile t680. Customer service is above and beyond. David and their tech team helped me out a lot! Thanks guys
