Outlet for Halfords

Tried to make a purchase, but the app closed before an order could be made, and the money went out of my bank. Spent days trying to get hold of someone from Halfords who would help. Now I have to wait longer to get my money back. I've looked at the reviews, and I realise this is a common problem. Why is it not being fixed? The app just doesn't work. I signed up to the Motor Club, too, and lost the £5 discount I was supposed to get.

This could be a useful app were it, on entry of my car's registration number, to be able to retrieve my cars details correctly. As it is the car it comes up-with is not my car so anything I want or need to find be it parts or information is a complete waste of time perhaps the ability to enter details correctly manually should be an option but it's impossible to judge the app or rate it anything other than 1 star and that's only because I can't give it nothing!

Very bad. I wouldn't even bother with Halfords they are not helpful at all. I have been in there 3 times lately & each time I haven't come out with what I needed as they don't sell it or haven't got it. Not much help from staff. This is Halfords in Sittingbourne. I went to motor parts direct & got what I needed, where I got help with a friendly smile. Don't bother with Halfords you won't get what you want.

Normally First experience is the best experience.Unfortunately my experience was bad. Redeemed my giftcard then window closed automatically. Unable to place the order. The application is toooo slow. Can't load the product page properly.

AVOID THE APP!! Had just enough money to purchase a bike light for work, processed and then refunded the transaction, and now have to wait 3-5 working days to get the money back to actually purchase one! 🤬

Why is it not called Halfords? The search finds everything you don't want, and products are a bit on the expensive side, windscreen repair kit Halfords £25 Amazon from £6.99 next day delivery if you have prrime, you can see why these businesses go out of business.

Why don't you just put this under 'H' for 'Halfords' rather than 'O' for 'Outlet....' or like last time 'S' for 'Shop....'. Its much easier to find the icon on the android device and makes sense? You wouldn't put 'BBC' under 'W' for 'Watch BBC', how annoying.

App. Keeps refreshing to the point where you haven't a clue where you are. I only tried to look up a bulb for my car. I gave up after about 10 minutes. Utter rubbish from a big firm like Halfords.

cannot add items to the basket. tends to revert to services rather than to option selected for parts. Gave up attempting to purchase multiple parts on line.

Just use the website. The app is harder to navigate and doesn't register prompts most of the time.

What is this? Certainly not by Halfords. Just a standard basic hybrid app. Couldn't even get the about screen to display correctly

Why did you bother with an app that doesn't load, doesn't work, and crashes more than Mr Magoo would with a blindfold on. It's not worth downloading.

A bit slow and features are not straight forward to find, maybe the first screen should go straight to My account

Crashes as soon as I opened it, poor interface, very disappointed.

Fix your app, after wasting time choosing a product, it doesn't let you checkout.

Don't bother it's a link opener, just use Google chrome and the halfords website and it will run faster. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL HALFORDS APP

Download the app, would not work, so I uninstalled it and downloaded again, still would not work absolute rubbish.

App is slow I put my car registration number in and it comes up with the correct car but shows me the wrong items for my car

This app is totally useless. Website isn't that good but app is worse. I'm now considering cancelling my club membership
