I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.

PalmPay is indeed a nice digital banking app that offers users great incentives and discounts, making it easier for people to save; however, I was so disappointed with my experience upon purchasing data for the first time. 😞 It kept showing processing until the next day by noon; my money was refunded, and I had to applaud Opay in this aspect. Also, if they could make the app remember the numbers you've purchased data for before, it would be helpful; you wouldn't have to type the number manually
I love this app because it doesn't take too long to load, even if I have little or less data. The data. and recharge fees there are also affordable. However, I think the Tier 2 benefits should be upgraded a bit, it's too low. more or less the same as Tier 1.
I'm so Disappointed with Palmpay... Up to date, since I Started to use this App - I never got a Loan. The App is Trouble shooter, while Processing the Loan - Hanging the N500k "Credit Limit Sample" Steady hanging out and not Alowing or Presenting - Lower Credit limits, for me to Consider, the Lower amount, I can Go for. Honesty, it's Really Frustrating and I'm not Happy about it... how can I Invite Friends with such an Issue? Please Fix the problem and so, I can Rate you More.
the bank is good till u have issues that require their costomer care, the costomer care is the most frustrating in the world. Till now I havent been able to open my bank. Opay Customer service is far better. for over 3 days, I haven't been able to access my funds. Their costomer care won't even answer you, it will make you consider changing banks. I even sent them an email, but no reply.
Customer Service Is Ineffectual For days now I purchased N5000 Airtel Data, I got debited but received no data. I have tried using the customer service option on the app to no avail, email has not been responded to. The annoying part is the customer service option on the app is not working at all, when you send messages it just goes into the ether you don't see nothing! That's just preposterous!!!
Your system is very nice until I got debited twice while trying to recharge airtime. I called your customer care team but they said they couldn't find any error and referred me to another person. Now I lost my 1k on a failed transaction. I feel so sad and worried.
It seems like PalmPay is becoming the worst loan Apps because of the way their devilish threats from their agents makes it difficult to continue with PalmPay. Threatening to publish a customer's on the internet this is already giving your company a very bad name especially customer who have not defaulted but for one reason other delayed payment. Their wickedness led them to distribute my loan profile details to my phone contacts. I will never advise my enemies to get a loan from PalmPay.
The app was good at first, I even used it for business. But on attempt on getting a loan and defaulted one day on repayment due to some personal challenges, THEY STARTED SENDING MY CONTACTS THREATENING MESSAGES AND HARASSING THEM thereby adding to my frustration I was already trying to deal with. That is not cool and against the LAW!!!
my app isn't opening due to some errors, it seized while working, won't be able to transfer at any time I wanted if I'm in hurry. please immediately correct the errors before I erased the app.

My phone was stolen and I told them to block my account, on getting a new phone to unblock my account has become a serious problem, I've been contacting them for days but all to no avail! I can't access my money at all, so frustrating! Mtcheew
I have been trying to receive money on my palmpay account for a while now but the sender's account usually shows "error or KYC not verified for this account" which is my account. I have contacted the in app customer support bot and even called the available customer service line but there is still no change, I still can't receive money on my account. I contemplated just closing the account but I still can't do that too
I love PalmPay. But I'd like you guys to also be able to hide the balance when users want to transfer money. Yes that feature is available to hide the account balance but I'd also like that feature when we want to make transfers. I don't like the idea of a person standing beside me seeing my account balance when I'm about to make a transfer. Thank you

very bad, I sold something for someone online the person paid and I gave him what he paid for but after 30 minutes the person requested a refund from palmpay and I was sent a notification by palmpay and i disagree that the transaction was a mistake and i disagreed that the transaction was not a mistake and provided the required evidence I messaged and called their customer care they were tell me that they are working on it until the money was deducted from my account, I never expected this
So far i've had an amazing experience with palmpay and i have been using their services for up to 4 years now. But recently my app has been having issues logging in, and when it does it can run any transactions and i cant access my funds. It's really stressing me out. Pls palmpay management should do something about this immediately
My app isn't opening for the past 8-9hr since yesterday, not networking issues, I'm afraid I'll have to move my funds to other bank ,pls do something about it, I really like the app ,but this case is getting out of hand,I can't access my money when needed, it's happening often times now looking forward to your reply @Palmpay
this people are criminals...just imagine i got a loan from them...then during the time I'm suppose to pay back i encounter some delay for the payment...then somehow I look for a way to pay half of the loan...during all these period they keep adding defaults interest....then I was shocked to see that they never stop adding interest for 119 days....money that remains 23000 has now increased to 68000...dont loan from them they will only add to your predicament
Good app thanks but I don't know again honestly I forgot about everything also its been like what 3 years now Soo It just rubbed me the wrong way that's all made me loose the trust I had but I guess with all the emails I got it's just maybe here in Nigeria that happened, I don't have this person number so forget about it ...it's an amazing app
I will rate it 4.5 cause of it's fast and reliable transactions. But the only issues I'm having with your bank is that I'm unable to make use of the flexi loan please try to fix that and work on it
