The app was not thoroughly tested in English and with US phone numbers. It works a bit after installation, then it fails to open again. Uninstall and install it, it works for a little then errors out again. So by starting parking session you might not be able to stop it because the app fails to launch. By adding a rental car you run a threat that you might not be able to remove it. The only feature that works well is the extra charges they pile on your "free" version. What a disaster of the app.

Please be aware!! They charged me more then 1000nis!! during a period of two years. They automatically sign you up for their service without indication in the app that you are registered for a paid service!! You must use an app to pay for parking and to use pango you have to put your credit card details. They are using it against you! You just want to pay for parking and they're using your credit card details to charge you for the paid service. You can't cancel it in the app. You must call them

The app has troubles loading, very annoying, sometimes it keeps you for 10 minutes before you can start driving back home. Never again. Update after their reaponse: Leaving a comment to everyone to contact you on Facebook is the most irresponsible thing you can do, and shows me that you don't actually take the reviews into consideration, you just want to appear "helpful" to new users before they install the app.

Worst experience. Impossible to cancel subscription. Support answers each mail only after 3 days and doesn't do anything to cancel the subscription. Had to write directly to credit card company to cancel payments. Wrote complaints to multiple places for this scammy retention step.

Idiotic interface doesn't let you one-time add a car more than once! If you one-time added it once, it's not in your list of cars, because it's not yours, so you can't select it, but trying to one-time add it a second time tells you it's already in your list of cars, so no need to add it again... But it's not on any list, so there's no way to park it!

terrible experience with this app . I have a US number, and I can't open it. It comes up with an error when i am trying to open. I received a parking ticket in Jerusalem because of this terrible app

I have an active account but I had to reset my phone. When I open the app it says it can't send a verification code to this number even though I've been using Pango with this number for several years. Using Whatsapp to get help is impossible since there are no English prompts. I can't get through to a person in WhatsApp. It seems this app is no longer designed for tourists to use.

Can't reuse a previous name for a car. *i have 1 car in my car list* 1. adding another car number to my car list. 2. give it a name that I have used before. 3. the app errors "you already have a car with that name". - no i don't! 4. give it a stupid name just to bypass the obviously incorrect validation 🤦🏽‍♂️ 5. the car was added successfully.

The app doesn't work at the critical moment after I parked. It gives me a number to call instead. I do. I jump through the hoops on the automated system and comfirm my parking. Guess what? I got a ticket. Why? Because apparently the automated phone system put my license plate number in wrong. App still broken. And of course no way of signing in through a browser. Not recommended.

Bad and rude customer service. The app automatically started charging me for "Pango Simple", without me requesting or confirming it. When I requested a refund they told me "there's nothing we can do". Even though I did not use Pango at all in those monthes. Plain theft, very upsetting - definitely look for another application. Edit: They contacted me after my review. Nothing has changed, just wasting some more of my time. I started using Cellopark - highly recommended, as there are no hidden fees. General parking price is cheaper (less commissions).

Once it was a great application. But then someone decided that it is a great idea to inset advertising just when you want to start parkin, so instead of clicking "start parking" you by mistake go straight to the advertiser, while thinking that you are okay. The result is of course that you are fined because you are not paying for parking while the developers are getting paid for your click. Wonderful.

I downloaded the application to find out how to pay for the parking of rented car. Once I've filled the form and was waiting for the code from SMS, the form updated and I had to register once again, and once again, and once again. Finally, I've removed the application. And now I learn, that the registration fee was charged from the credit card 4 times in a row! Moreover, I expected to be charged 12.9ש each month for such a "smart" parking. Totally disappointed!

There is a problem when instead of starting the parking by geodata you are required to choose your place from the list, which is very strange. Sometimes it is not clear what to choose and then, given the lack of time, you have to choose at random, which does not guarantee not getting a fine. I do not understand why it is technically difficult to determine the area or place where the parking should be started by geodata of the phone.

it's a good app usually and very useful. however, it's not working with the new update. plus, I don't understand the discount for where you live. how can the house in front of me get it and my house don't? what's the difference between number 24/26 and 25 on the same street?

help! Our account has been blocked without warning. Even worse, the WhatsApp customer service makes it extremely difficult to reach a person for help.

The app charges for certain options without notifying in the app (only in a different email in a way you wont notice), and also a subscription you cannot cancel within the app only via phone. this is a pure scam and should be removed from google play. I have already talked with the customer service and they have acknowledged that this is in fact the way they bill (charging without notice within the app and without possibility to cancel from the app). that's why there are hundreds (or thousands) of people who are billed without noticing. This should not be allowed to continue.

The app does not work in Israel if your phone does not have a local number. The app will allow you to enter your info, including your international number, your credit card and go through the entire process fill it needs to send an sms activation code.... They don't send sms to international numbers. The app won't tell you that.... You just wait and wait and wait. We tried it on second phone.. No luck. We spend an hour on this. Why not block / inform user at the very beginning on requirement?
