The notifications for when a space frees up seems to be either broke or severely delayed. Tried this multiple times on different days to get notified when a parking space becomes available, each and every time I get a notification and immediately log in there is no spot. Could be someone beat me to it, but not each and every time. Notifications are either false, or delayed.

I have to use this app because of work unfortunately. it's honestly one of the worst apps i have ever used, it honestly gives me headaches. most of the time i have to delete the cash and the stored memory to make it work otherwise it doesn't open and even if i delete them there's a possibility that it won't open( if you encounter this the trick is to open the app and go back to the home screen of your phone without shutting the app. do this multiple times and eventually it will load the app).

Good app idea, but user experience is not good. 1. Once booked, it is hard to change the registration number. 2. Once booked, it seems impossible, at least to my experience, to check parking space availability of the other nearby car park 3. When multiple request to a limited parking space, it is not clear how the priority is assigned

Terrible app. Use this app if you want to have a long queue of cars behind you and honk at you angrily. You need the app to open the garage gate but it always takes ages to sign you in. Today it took me more than 3 minutes to load the app. Note that this is not a network issue as I opened the browser in parallel on my phone and the speed test reported a solid speed.

since the update, the app is unusable. never loads and always crashes. when it does work, often you drive past an empty carpark and it will say no spots available.

charged me for a parking with a different number plate not entered on my account, when informed, stated it was my fault. Poor customer service and little attention to detail.

not suitable for Operational working late/overnight requirements can't keep the same space if you are parking up and on a deployment for two days or more. need to be an option to include overnight parking even if it requires any 2nd tier authentication

The app works. However, it needs to support Android Auto. Drivers are supposed to use the app to reserve parking and open boom gates. It'd be much easier if we could do that while driving.

Redundancy non-existant. In my experience, the app was unusable. Continuous crashing when trying to pay for parking, or add my payment information. No changes after resetting/re-installing app. The support team was eager to help, but unfortunately there is no backup option to park - if the app has a problem, you cannot pay for parking any other way. I'm sure they will get it right eventually, but even then there should be redundancies available such as physical kiosks, online or phone payment.

A real pain! The parking didn't look like the pictures and it wasn't actually in the place I was. There were also so many parking pins around that I couldn't actually tell which one I was in. Then it took ages to create an account (to be fair, not that long once I found the app, downloaded it and registered, but 10 mins is long when you have an appointment) - maybe next time will be better. At least put a QR card on the parking so that it's easier to locate in the app...

wow so bad. I would give zero stars if possible. Would not let me into the carpark I reserved a place to stay at. so I cancelled my booking which caused the app to crash. I could not reopen. Then noticed my car park session was active 3hrs later. I tried to message on the app to let them know but surprise, surprise, the app crashed when I hit send. Uninstalling now.

I would uninstall this app immediately if I didn't have to use it for my works carpark. Often have to waste 10 mins stuffing around on it for one reason or another trying to get it to do what I need it to. Slow (even on full wifi), awkward user interface and buttons don't work half the time (even after I've allowing PLENTY loading time). Not impressed.

It used to let me know when a spot became available at my workplace and then the feature disappeared. That was the most important feature of them all. Thanks for nothing, Parkable.

Love the app and functions here in NZ but sorely missing Android Auto integration meaning its more problematic if you have to use the app to open a security gate. Making the app compatible would make it so simple and easy and ultimately safer... Even the official Auckland Transport parking app is Android auto enabled! 5* would ensue if done!

Great app...BUT, first time using this app I was overcharged. I parked for just over 3 hours and was changed the maxumum rate. My invoice shows that I left at 8pm...when I actually left around 3pm. The boom gates operate with a number plate scanner, so I don't know how they can get this wrong! There's no dispute option on the app, that's why I'm adding it to my review.

Terrible app!!! Whenever trying to reserve a park the night before or morning of none are available, yet the car park is sitting there half empty. There are car spots free, why not have a better system that allows people to park in them rather than sit there empty. Plus, the app doesn't work properly when you enter car park, often glitching when trying open barrier. So security have to come and open the gate for you.

horrible experience, my workplace has implemented this and it is near impossible to get a decent parking spot during the week. Recent updates have made it even harder

Used to work fine, but I've just started using it again for the first time in about a year and, I don't know if it's my new phone, a newer OS or what, but ithe app constantly hangs and I have to force close it and restart. I'm seeing the location services icon constantly flickering while the app is in use, and perhaps most concerning, my phone begins to get warm while the app runs. I'm force stopping it via the Android app settings menu when not usung it, just to be on the safe side.

Horrible application. Numerous content assets displaying too big or disappearing when entering data. Extremely unclear instructions for the parking garage I used. App team needs to ensure parking places have accurate instructions. A number of times, a message appeared for a second, which read "Park anywhere on level 5"? Then I received an email stating I was in someone else's parking space but didn't need to move. Why say that a place is public parking if it isn't?

Used Parkable for the first time today. It was super easy to navigate and set up an account. I located and reserved a car park in advance, which included handy photos to finding that particular carpark. Logged start/finish when arriving/leaving and all conveniently charged through the app to my credit card, with a receipt emailed through afterwards. Super easy and convenient!
