PARKEE: Seamless Parking

EV charging is not delivering correct information in its display. it consistently showed fi nished though it is just charging as per my car indicator. no information whatsoever in the app. plus the technician keep replying unfriendly message that it is a VIP parking slot instead of SPKLU. Did not transparently showing kwH per hour charging as the app bill per hour.

Very bad. Chaos system, very pricy admin. where others offer free admin + usefull. but with parkee, its downgrade plus pay more price

Wuzz is a game-changer, offering a truly seamless experience... or so it should be. While the overall process is streamlined, it presents a potential issue if the location has multiple entry/exit gates. Not all entry/exit gates are equipped with the necessary sensors. This may not be a problem at entry gates, as we can simply take the ticket as usual. However, the exit process becomes problematic if we are unaware of the location of the gate with the Wuzz sensor.

I thought this app could just allow the user to directly pre-pay the ticket from the app and scan the physical ticket seamlessly on the gate. instead, the app generates a digital ticket and the user must prompt the transaction just after the ticket is scanned by the cashier/machine. The process is so painful, especially when the network goes bad and the prompt is delayed. Imagine the line behind you, waiting for your network to get better.

Can't make any memberships, one of the required fields is unfillable.

Rubbish app, especially for ev charging. Registration and procedure are complicated. You have to reserve in advance and activate the parking stopper when nearby. Charging error multiple times when about to start and this app is so greedy that you can only choose per hour, not by per kwh. Its even more expensive than shell company. They are only 35k per hour while this parkee app charge you 50k per hour. There are many better ev charging station (parking / voltron / spklu etc) than this one.

At first i thought using this app would be hard to understand and learn. But, after using it for some time, it actually quite easy. With the cashback that i got, it is convenient to pay using parkee. However, there are some systems error that rarely happened and it reduce the customer experience. Hopefully it can give a better services. Overall i enjoy the app. #ParkeeSeruu #ParkeeExperience

This application is incredibly useful and user-friendly. My experience using Parkee was very good and helped me when the manual parking payment was very long, I didn't need to queue because I had paid using e-wallet through Parkee App. Hopefully more places will use the Parkee App. Keep it up the good work Parkee!. ＼(^_^)／

Don,t really rate apps , I have used this over about 2 years now, it,s been a painful experience, if not used for a long time it signs it,s self out and you have to reregister, had many problems paying even linked to my go pay , seems to be very limited places I can use it we I am .

I pay 2x Parking Fees for 1 tickets :) The first one was paid using a certain e-Wallet which had been deducted when the staff scanned the ticket and I agreed to pay. The gate wouldn't open, and the staff scan again which was written "CASH" and the staff ask me to pay again this time using cash. I show him the e-Wallet as proof with no result. So i paid the 2nd time and leave furiously. Thank You! Btw, this happen in Indonesia..

This application is very easy to use. Very helpful to pay for parking in an all-digital world. The payment is also from the e-wallet balance so there is no need to fill in the Parkee balance. Hopefully more places will use the Parkee app. Awaited discounts and cashback again :)

Parkee made me embarrassed. Censor said success, so do with the notification on app but the gate is not open. I was trying multiple times but then machine said it was invalid. While people behind me is waiting to exit after me. This is the most embarrassed moment that I ever have with paid membership app. I will never subscribe this service anymore!

This application is user friendly, helps for wallet free parking for designated locations. The application works in Bahasa Indonesia language, being a foreigner suggest to add an option of English language for ease of understanding and much more quick access independently. Swift response to the queries through helpline is appreciated. Thanks for your swift feed back response on yhe English version info. Kudos

Work as intended, but please stop the notification of 'Ticket Done' after I already paid my parking ticket, once is fine, but three? Normally, I would just uninstall this app and be done with it, but this app has proven its worth to simply be deleted. I now resorted to mute the app notification instead.

while the word "seamless" in the app title is debatable as to whether it truly is, one of the CS contacted me to ask if I've had any difficulties in using the app's services. unfortunately I did, a day before the CS reached out to me. but the CS did reach out to me to ask what the problem was so that nets 10/10 service quality.

Today is my 1st experience using this apps. and... WONDERFUL!!! it works very well in time efficiency 👍 Just needs less than 1 minute, emm... around 3 seconds to do payment. Also less than 1 minute at exit gate. Saran bagi pengguna: jgn lupa bawa tiket parkir, jgn scan dibasement, akan tkendala dgn jaringan kita sendiri 😅 bukan karena apps.nya. Hari ini 3x saya pakai di 3 lokasi berbeda. Td 1x saya lupa scan dibasement, ulalaaaaa, switch-off my engine lg deh buat keluar basement hahahaaa..

My money is stucked. after making a payment on "membership.parkee.app", my payment status is rejected even though my OVO balance has been reduced and confirmed. still waiting for their CS confirmation. this rating will update as this problem is fixed. Still no help until February 7. Very NO this beta app.

very easy to use and convenient, i like the feature as second ticket when you lost your parking ticket so you didn't need to worried when you lose your ticket as long as you already scan it.
