easily the worst app I've ever used. pretty much nothing works and they make it impossible to pay. create a new account? Password won't work even after resetting it each time. I couldn't get in until I used a Gmail account with Google login and even then the payment thing didn't work right either. this app is definitely not deserving of money

This app sucks. In Downtown LA I scanned the QR code and when I opened the app It does not populate any of the parking lots on the map. They are practically begging for cash and are no help when you tell them about the app not working. They play dumb, I don't think the app works it's just a front to get you to eventually give them cash upfront. Hate it and this is not okay.

This app can never find my location in downtown. There are about a dozen parking lots in a 2 mile radius that use this stupid app and it cant find the parking lot that I'm in.. They make you agree to terms that say they sell your personal information. So now I'm constantly getting telemarketers

It was pretty easy to make an account and pay for parking. The interface was also straightforward and nice to use. Unfortunately it never kept me signed in, so I had to type my email and password every time I reopened the app.

So so far this app is good. I used it yesterday in l.a. but the only thing is that I paid $7 for a parking space at a lot that was the wrong parking lot address. So I had to pay again for the correct parking lot. So I pretty much got charged twice. So I just wanna know If this app has a refund...

Location is never right. I use this app everyday for work but the location they give me for where my closest parking areas are is completely off. Like it says im in area that 10 minutes away driving! But other than that it does the job.

insanely bad... doesn't even do what it exists for. cannot pay for parking at lots that only accept payment on this app, but payment is completely broken. it says its in test mode and will not accept any payment card.

Location was wrong. Couldn't find the parking structure. Couldn't even send an email to support. I want to delete my account not just log off. I do not want an app that doesn't work to my card information. Does anybody know how to delete your account?

No customer service nor phone number. Didn't explain different rates for different time of entry. Lost money because pay to early and rate change upon arrival.

App was working when I 1st got it for about 4 months now all of a sudden it does not work at all. Android phone.

Downloaded this app three days ago and got HACKED. Someone used the credit card in Vegas TODAY.👹 I am in LA!😡 Also, the parking place said $7, and the app said $10. Shady company. The bank called me and said someone tried to charge over $200 and attached an Apple pay to my account! WTH. This was the ONLY foreign place where I used my card. If it happened to me, this is probably what this company does. Shady.

Crashes when you scan a QR code, also crashes when you gonto history. Very buggy

Accidentally clicked twice so I got charged twice. No option for refunds. Horrible app

Direcy as described. Sometimes you don't want the confusion of what your actually getting. Let us know we are good so we can be verified by some OG's that'll just take a few name drops but not untill your good we still creepin up like your active? Are you or not? Need to know OG . The way I look at it the big HOMIE 's work got across right???? I would of course like only to have the people with the wrong people......And the homie who got everybody riled up was up G ready

Not super accurate. Surprising since it was downtown LA.

Pretty sure this is a scam, or their parking lot customers have their head up their own asses.
