Takes forever to get your order received. Offers are useless as it doesn't apply to most of the products. To redeem the offer code you have to spend even more. Sometimes the price looks so attractive while browsing different styles but when u open that particular item, the price increases 3 times or more. This thing i tested selecting every possible combination of size and color in an anticipation that at least some color or size will be of that price. I would never order again from this app.

It was good until they started putting a limits on how much of your rewards you can use towards your purchase. The whole only 20% of your earned cash can be applied is a little discouraging. Also the "50% off" thing they have now is only so that we can't use our coupons until we add more than 5 items. Seems very deceiving to me. I haven't ordered anything since they did that.

The app is fine, but the products are terrible. I just received my first order. I ordered 7 items in size 3-6 months. Only one item is the appropriate size and the other items are all over the board size-wise. I ordered 2 of the same item in different prints and those aren't even the same size! The prints are cheap as well. I should have trusted my gut and never downloaded or ordered from this app. Save yourself the money and hastle! They don't have free returns either...

Horrible customer service. BE AWARE! It is great if you are lucky enough to recieve the order. Or you could be given something that looks like a return and totally not what you ordered. When you tried to call, the phone will never go thru, when you tried to chat, the wait is forever, and they WILL NOT fix the issue either. I ended up spending the money with no products at all. Keep browsing and shop somewhere else.

Let's start by saying that they have great outfits for families and I was keen on getting a couple of these for the fam. But their prices threw me off. A sales for .79 cents and you from the app, after tapping on it, it has a higher price a much higher at that. So I go to checkout to see if it'd take the discounts off and if course not, over a hundred dollars when when the sale price was .79 cents so how could that happen. FIX YOUR APP. CLEARLY THIS WON'T DO!!!!

The filters don't always work well which can be frustrating. The sizing of the clothes are not consistent. You also don't always get what is pictured. For e.g. I thought I was getting a set but it was only a top. I bought several items and satisfied with about half of what I received. Still on the fence about ordering again even with a voucher they sent me.

The app worked okay, however, the company lost a shipment that I ordered. One item - a dress - being for a special occasion, I never received. The company could not, or would not, tell me anything except the shipping info I already obtained myself from the tracking number. Every person I chatted with just copy/pasted the same thing, a circular "explanation", without telling me anything. I also had to fight for a timely refund.. or to get a refund at all. Lost me as a customer then.

Love the website and the convenience of the app. However, I don't think I have used the app one single time without it continuously popping up something on my phone screen that says serving error, and anytime that I want to view my favorites, shopping bag, or proceed to the checkout, I have to always end up going on the website instead of being able to use the actual app because it will say that there is nothing saved in any of the places I select to view.

The items here are sooo adorable. So reasonably priced. Delivery could b a bit quicker but thats fine!! However the app is not the easiest to use. I still have yet to figure out how to use my credits... Also when I save an item in my cart for later, it does not always show as the most recent item saved for later so I have to scroll through all items saved for later if I decide I want just 1 or 2 items. It's not even in alphabetical order... I also wish the nursing bras had matching panties.

Orders take awhile to receive, that's no biggie since I now expect a wait. Cute matching outfits. Have ordered a couple matching swimsuits and plenty of matching outfits. Other products are cute, quality isn't always the best. Only receive one item that had a broken part. Didn't send back for an exchange which was an option, didn't want the hassle.

Products are very cute with reasonable prices BUT it doesn't resume from where I left, for example if I am in the middle of the page searching for something in the 'baby girl' category and due to some work I paused for a few minutes and my phone got locked up, and when I am ready to continue, it doesn't show from where I left, instead it starts all over again from the home page.

short version : Mark's items as shipped when they are not, does not answer any questions just sends a prefabricated message anytime you ask a question, been 14 days and has yet to ship (through their message says it should ship between 3 and 10 days from ordering)... Prices are not that great. I've seen alot of these same items on zulily for half the price. Giving 3 stars just bc it does have some cute items, if you ever receive them. Not sure I would ever order from here again.

Terrible customer service, no number to call and they don't respond to email inquiry 🙄 I ordered $100 worth of clothes and apparently with no way to truely track my shipment. Just repeat notifications telling me that it's "left the warehouse" doesn't tell me what items have left or where they're even going to. Gives no real update. So annoyed and have clearly learned my lesson. Don't fall for their discounts 😕

I hate the fact that the sale only allows for 4 items total @ sale price. I know that personally I would spend a whole lot more money on the site if it were not this way. But I do definitely like the items that I did purchase and receive. I also am not exactly amused with the way items are advertised at a certain price but when you select these items expecting to receive one price, it is completely different depending on size and sex.

I was looking some items since many months but didn't think of buying as my baby was grown quickly by the time when I was buying just few items. I was trying to buy only couple of items but they put everything that I never wanted to buy and sent me. I tried to cancel the order right after they sent the order confirmation which I never wanted to buy. They said they can't cancel the order even after trying to cancel it within couple of hours of order. They took a month to deliver it and asked me

This is a rip off. If you try to request to return your items through the app it does absolutely nothing, there is zero record of your request and then by the time you figure this out, it will no longer be within their pathetically short 14 day return window and their customer service will be zero help. And you WILL have to return your items because the sizing and fit on everything is completely inconsistent, despite the sizing measurements given. I would give a zero if I could.

App is fine, company has terrible customer service. Don't ever pay for quick shipping, it will not arrive any quicker than regular shipping and they will not offer any refund. Packages will sit for a week or more at a shipping facility before moving and they don't count any of that time as part of being in transit (which goes against their own stated policy).

PatPat is...okay, I like what I see on it. However when we got our order, the clothes seem to run extremely large and my baby is bigger and taller than most in his age group. Not only that but the material seems different than what I saw on the app. I tried to find where I could write a review on some of the items, but couldn't find it. As well as the reviews I have read in the app, appear fake. Only thing I like so far is the fact that it came sooner than expected.

So far Ive just started putting my order together but the short time Ive been on here I think they have a great selection of products and they start you out with a pretty kick a** newbie package that includes just about any item only costing you .01¢ and free shipping and a % off your entire order.. I will def let everyone know what I think about the shipping time and the quality of the products when I get them! Would def recommend this app to family and friends start adding up them $5.00 bills!

8/28/15 Disappointing. 12/13/23 I stopped using the app in 2015 after they seemed scammy & not great customer service. I downloaded it again this year, thinking maybe they've improved 8 yr later. However, I placed some orders. After a month, I'm still waiting on 2 orders. They come from China and tracking makes it seem they will never arrive. One dress I received was too small. I contacted customer service to return it and they asked me to take a photo proving it's too small. REALLY?!!
