Crash a lot. Especially in the ticket list. Once you gl to one ticket, and want to switch to another one (or once you pay one), app crash immediately. and then, impossible to get to the list anymore. it either doesn't let you, or crash again. Need a lot of improvement. Doesn't let you use your Google wallet where your card are stored (so you have to get tout physical card to input the number). need a lots of work. Cheaply made.

A barely usable app with out of date features. The QR code scanning feature does not work, as the app needs camera permissions, but even after being given the permissions in OS settings, it will not load the camera. Furthermore, it only allows you to manually enter your card information. There is no autofill compatibility. This is also worrying because that means this mediocre app is handling sensitive data that I doubt it has the proper security for. Just use the website.

Paid a ticket a few days ago. Just noticed they charged the amount twice,(2x75$) yet checked with the ticket number and found out my ticket is not paid at all... Their support team never answered an email... Looks like a well designed scam, don't pay anything with them

Why does this app need to "use the camera" & "access photos & media" from the users phone? I don't see any features in this app that require that capability at all. It doesn't work offline & it doesn't appear to do anything that the web app doesn't do so I'm not getting why this app is necessary at all - other than to collect data on PayTix users & shop that value add to the cities they sell their services to.

The app demands but does not need access to photos on the phone. The ticket scanning is slow. I end up deciding there was no way I was going to submit a credit card number with them to pay the fine.

Terrible UI. Also, it's not able to find a ticket that is clearly in the system, days later.

Doesn't even work properly. The horribly programmed app won't even let you scan tickets because it thinks your phone didn't give it permission to access the camera yet if you check the settings it has permission.

Ridiculous credit card entry form that makes it impossible to see the numbers you typed. No doubt some idiot thought this was very "secure", so he decided to make this special snowflake app accept credit card numbers in a different way than any other app in the world.

It keeps giving me an error that payment wasn't successful or ticket already paid multiple times. Then, I went on the website and of course I was able to pay. Garbage app

I Paid a parking ticket through this app, then I got a notice for Delinquent parking violation from parking violations burea, paytix is a scam you can't get a hold of anyone, they took my credit card information and now I am worried they might try to steal more of my money.

Used the app to pay a parking ticket. The app showed payment confirmation but apparently didn't charge my account. I ended up with $98 late fee! You owe me

Had 3 tickets to pay, says it takes a convenient fee % with a minimum amount. Had to pay the minimum fee 3 times. Just a scam company. I'm sure I'll have the city calling me about unpaid bills

Highly disfuntional app. it will tell you that you owe zero dollars so it can rack up late fees. clearly a racket. i recommend you pay in person or by phone. this app is a TRAP!

I wanted to pay a parking fine, but the application was not working. Also, this application blocks the creation of a screenshot. And this company has a big appetite! $15 fine and $3.50 transfer fee...

The $2 fee should be disclosed at the beginning prior to the first opportunity to the selection of pay later or pay (now). Otherwise the site provides quick and efficient service. Thank you.

They don't disclose the convenience fee until the end. Scan feature does not function properly.

keeps telling me my ticket can't be found — hasn't worked in months update, Feb 2022: still doesn't work. this time though my payment couldn't be processed. Went to the city's gov website to pay and it worked immediately.

There's a bug with the app where it doesn't see that permission for the camera has been granted so you can't scan the ticket. - pixel 9 pro - android 16

The website said it's free to pay tickets true here, that is not true. Still charges the convenience fee as the website. App just using my memory, delited immediately.

There is indication in the app that you have paid a ticket. Also charging a fee on top of the ticket? Really? Bunch of thieves.
