To Emily Yu: the system is fine. there has been no bug that I've ever been able to find information on researching on the internet for your program. 1 thing to upload a new version, but totally different issue with the system when it's continuously telling the person that they need to keep upgrading AFTER literally JUST doing It's lying when you say it's necessary to keep hitting upgrade, w/o ACTUALLY understanding the issue & addressing it.

An advert for this app instructed me "You are currently using an old version of PDF reader. If you do not update, you will lose data. Please update immediately for smoother reading ! Update Now" This is incorrect and misleading, especially when I don't have the app installed and it has no idea of my PDF apps or preferences. Nefarious, click bait.

Not secure payment! I have downloaded this app and paid 1.99 last September 17 2025. however after that the third party merchant PDFZmart deducted 49.99 in my credit card and it is still ongoing even I have a new credit card (already charged me three times). Are you using PDFZMart as ur merchant, they are SCAMMERS, and it is giving me a lot of headache. I have contacted my bank but they said i need to contact you. Can you help me with this by cancelling my subscription and issuing my refund.

Hate to give a one star to a free product, but this app constantly popped up notices to open whatever it found ony phone. I not only began to feel harassed, but question why is asking me to open all the files it finds?! I prefer an app that opens the file when I ask and not the other way around!

EVERYTIME I open the program i get a prompt to upgrade. I did at first until I ended up with 5 pdf apps! I deleted all but one What is wrong with you people? You've turned a needed utility into a Huge annoyance.

BROAD WANG SAID THIS NEEDED UPDATED. and your reply was it NEEDS CONTINUOUS UPDATING. well, after hitting the update button and waiting. and hitting the button and wasting 45 minutes. why can't your junk work??? who has that kind of time? so now your trash is UNINSTALLED. because it said ALWAYS Update REQUIRED.

Good app and very useful over all , two stars off though for your mode of advertising. Posing as a notice over the app you're using saying it needs updating, that's not an ethical way to advertise and is underhand, it can fool people into going to your download page by mistake and to me that stinks sorry :(

I don't use this app. I want to disable it. It keeps bugging me. I don't use my version that much. I refuse to update it. It bugs me whenever I open the Weather Channel. If you give me one of your lame explanations I will send in a complaint.

I'm so glad this kind of app was made. It makes using a cell for work or home so much easier when it comes to send copies of documents. I highly recommend downloading this app, you will need it at one point or another. Thank you for making this app.

Excellent app, don't have any issues with my accounts or access to all my janky files , screenshots and all files that are case sensitive are accessible from all of devices or phones!

I keep getting told I need this app. I do not understand how to operate it. I have uninstalled it at least twice then I am told in order to use this that, the other I am obliged to have this app and I am forced to install it again. I do not like it. To me it is an unwanted unusable annoyance.

This application is good when you need any book in any language go on Google type the title of the book and then tap on the book and then you have to go to the options that it is going to bring to your birthday PDF reader go to this one and then you will get your results you will find your book already downloaded in one of it files thank you for submitting to my web page

only used so far for 10 minutes... and as long as they don't start doing crazy pop-ups or what not, this app is great. my first experience with these types of apps, and the first one I used wanted money AND was kinda hard to use. This app is easy to use and so far free. Huge help.

It was a very good 👍 phone when I had it but was getting old and I did have it a long time would love the new s25 but to expensive for me hopefully my son might buy it for Christmas While I had it did every thing on it and it wasn't hard to use as I am in my 70 now but a great first got one it was so tiny Finished. Now thank you for your time don't think there is a better phone apart for the iphone finished thank you x

At first I liked it, but I am not a fan of it constantly blinking for me to look at doing something with it, like a nuisance ad, and I do mean constantly! It's an ok app, but it's not for me.
