Search can be improved. Right now the search word has to be exact, if not, the event can't be found. For example, if I search "afro" the event I'm looking for doesn't show up. I have to specifically type "afrogroove" in order for it to show up. When I type "stand-up" it seems to give me some results in common with "stand" and"standup" but there are differences in the results too. This needs to be more consistent otherwise it's really not worth it for event hosts to sell their tickets on Peatix.

No customer service at all. I bought a low prices ticket and been asked to top up later. No one can blame cos u use this app.

Typical Japanese approach to online services: making it as less user-friendly as possible. First you need to create an account just to buy tickets for anything (even free events); you will probably receive tons of spam after that. And to see your tickets and use them, you need to download the app. Can't just show the QR codes that could be attached to an email. So stupid.

while it does what it is suppose to, it is unimaginable why I'm forced to download the app to use the ticket. it is just a QR code and that can be emailed to me. Moreover, one of the permissions it needs is access to my contacts list which makes it seem like they're just collecting data they don't need. underhanded and lazy.

What kind of trash ticketing system forces you to download an app to display a ticket? They could just email you the QR code like every other service out there. Them forcing you to sign up for an account with this app is blatant data scraping and this company could at least TRY to hide it. Very big "This could have been an email" energy.

Complete bullsh*t. Friend sent me details to get tickets for an event, and had to go through process of making an account. Then I receive the email of the receipt for the event but turns out they make you download the app too just to access the ticket. Fed up with this game, I dont want your app.

It took me ages to get a ticket, something that should be quick and painless. First you have to sign up, amf create a password that contains 6 elements of security, then after the payment for the event window, you are told you MUST DOWNLOAD and INSTALL their app to VIEW and ostensibly, PRESENT the ticket. What an idiot company, bound for failure. I will delete after the show....

Worst ticketing app. Can't view ticket via web app on smartphone. Forced to use the app which doesn't work. Sign In button is sometimes unresponsive when entering the special character. And when it does respond, it keeps telling me the password is incorrect. HORRIBLE

Forced to download the app just to get my ticket. Had no data and was outside, so this is really annoying. At least Eventbrite emails us the tickets. I just delete this app after every event that uses this platform. Annoying!

I used this for my event and while it worked, it FORCES people coming to my event to download their stupid app instead of just emailing them the QR code like any normal ticketing system. I had complaints from guests and I'll be looking into a different ticketing system next time.

like some of the other reviews I've seen, I also don't understand why I need to get this app just to access my ticket. because as long as I don't see need for it again, I will delete it right after it's served it's one time purpose but that makes downloading it in the first place very unnecessary

Absolutely ridiculous that they "require" an app to send you tickets. If you look at all the permissions required by the app, there is a 100% chance they use it to skim all the data they can from your device. This app should be banned from the store.

Forced me to download this app to retrieve purchased tickets, and the app couldn't open the 'my tickets' tab. I have wasted so much time trying to resolve this situation.

Forces you to install an app to get the qr code of the event instead of sending it by email. I'm at loss why organizers choose such a spammy inconvinient ticketing app. Should be banned from the play store.

Apparently I need to sign up to get tickets, but seems the app tries to sign me in automatically though I don't have an account. No idea what's going on.

Stuck at the front of the line. 10mb of data in a super crowded space meant this app took forever to download and install just so I could show a QR code I'd already paid for. COMPANIES, DO NOT PARTNER WITH THIS APP IS IT USER UNFRIENDLY

The tour was a very good experience, but don't understand why I keep receiving emails recommending my to sign up for the same tour again and again..?

In the same boat as others. Needed to download this to attend and event and it was such a painful experience. Why does it require so many permissions? Why can't my tickets just be emailed or displayed when I purchase? This is garbage and should be banned from the playstore.

Again, forced to download the app just to retrieve my ticket. At least make it clear at the onset of ticket purchase that ticket access is only via the app.
