Paid extra for a flexible flight and I couldn't change it even with 36+hrs ahead of it. It didn't work from neither the app nor the website. Spoke with 3 agents on the phone. They said my case will be reviewed within 96hrs. It's been 98 hrs now, my flight already departed and still nothing from them. This is a review of both the app and the company. Don't use them if you can avoid it. Their support services are as cheap as their prices.

Impossible to register. SMS verification code never arrives. I tried Finland and US phone numbers, but no SMS is delivered. After a few minutes, the app shows that the login period has expired. This issue has been happening for more than a week. As advised, I contacted Pegasus via the Help Center and Pegasus Assistant, but was told there is a “system update” and to try later. The problem remains unresolved. Please provide a real solution.

The app is OK, but has a big problem in my experience (today), I went from Ercan to Antalya for a weekend,I turn off mobile roaming on my phone, because it's expensive oth whyerwise.I downloaded my boarding card before I left,it worked Ok, but coming back from Antalya, I could not access my boarding card and nearly missed my flight as a result . the app tells you you don't have to be online,this is not true, the only way to access your boarding card is to be online. by

logs me out every time I update does not save settings on currency etc. no possibility to contact by writing, just time wasting nerve-testing AI answers in loop. still no answer after a week. to be sure about the luggage when I changed the date of the flight, I had to pay at the counter at the arrival airport only, but when the staff changed the date changes also the flight time, instead of evening time, they put me in the morning flight, while Ai have meeting during that time, irresponsible

worst company ever specially when its comes to a system mistake from their end and their refunding system policy, their system makes the mistake and you pay for it, they are crazy when it comes to money, very weak customer support, they do not have support they never pick up specially if its in English! Their supervisour cant help and doesn't know anything and again refers you to their call center where they never pick up!

The app turned out to be useless. UX worse than on Pegasus website, intrusive jumping ads everywhere, UI is, well, acceptable, but still feels sluggish in comparison to other apps. Zero reasons to keep it installed.

The booking process feels like you're being scammed. The app forced me to restart the process due to some error, only to find out that the price has gone up 150%. On top of that it forces you to pay for check-in for baggage that you've already paid for. Update: the dynamics of prices & availability is no different than the competition, however, I was outbidding myself because I had to restart the reservation and the original rate was locked in the flights section. Found out too late. Bad UX/UI.

96 Hours Waiting Time for Customer Service and that's only for starting to process your issue. Still waiting with 14114264 customer support ticket for more than 150+ hours for support to fix my issue with my phone number which I have provided all the necessary information they've already asked and which is only 2 min job. Ridiculous! Don't bother Pegasus support I don't care any more !

It’s a fantastic app, very user-friendly and smooth to use. One suggestion: it would be great to add support for flights with different departure and return cities. Sometimes I need to fly into one city and return from another, and since the app doesn’t support this feature, I have to buy two single flights.

It’s really a disappointing situation. I opened a case and haven’t heard anything from the relevant department. Whenever I ask the live support team about the status of my case, they just keep saying, “We will get back to you as soon as possible.” But it’s already been 10 days, and that “soon” hasn’t come yet.

Works to make purchases using United States credit cards (might need to call your bank after initial decline). Very useful feature being able to see and complete pending purchases

it doesn't offer any help regarding complaints. Tried their chat bot because they Pegasus is not giving me my money as their staff broke my suitcase and they promised to give me the amount to compensate the damage but I never received anything. when i explained this in the app's chat, they again told me that i would get my amount and i never did. also the replies were making no sense and taking too long to come. Surprised to see a well know company with this behavior.

don't buy the Flyness ticket,from Pegasus if you have transit from İstanbul.they are don't giving the boarding pass ..we are 5 person we want to for umrah (jedda) we buy ticket from Ercan-Nicosia to Jedda and İstanbul transit.from Nicosia they give use only İstanbul boarding pass.when we came İstanbul,they say we have to do passport control,but we don't have Turkish visa we can't cross immigration..and we miss the flight.very bad service..we are still waiting..they say they will check

just spent over an hour and at least 15 attempts to pay for the flight I was booking with a uk credit card. each time the bank approved payment but pegasus said "temporary error" try again. paid with my Turkish card payment succeeded first time. Seriously if you can't process UK credit card paymdnts, your system is not fit for purpose

It was not a pleasant experience at all with your company’s staff during the baggage check-in and pre-boarding process. Your employee refused to check in our bags for an extra 3 kilograms in total for the two suitcases, even though we did not have any carry-on luggage, while allowing other passengers to do so. In addition, he refused to change our seats together on the plane, claiming it was not possible, but when we boarded, we found that there were empty seats available.

This is the worst website. Tried to sign up for a new account, doesn't give an opportunity to put in a password so can't complete sign up. very frustrating website. I know this airline, they make the US Carrier Spirit look good, no that's saying something.

A lot of the content and communication are in Turkish language which makes it complicated to use especially after purchase. Overall pushing up sales as most of the "budget airlines" which are no so budget actually.

This is an awful app! It looks pretty, & promises to make everything easy, but does not work properly when you are just trying to log in or do anything. It just waits and waits and nothing happens. Nor is it possible to register on the BOLBOL feature, because the phone number field doesn't allow any other prefix number! So don't bother with it! Mind you, their website doesn't work properly either (on any mobile browser) - so either way you're screwed if you wanna fly with them! Aghrrrr!
