Perfect365 Makeup Photo Editor

It won't allow me to save my pics and then be able to post it to a social media like before. I click save over and over and nothing. Its very irritating and hope you guys can do something to fix it!! It used to let me save and post and then they would all be in my "perfect365" albumn in my pics. This was one of my favorite apps. But this is so disappointing!! 😕😔

Tbh the app has always been a little glitchy but it had always been manageable until recently. Now, when I select picture makeup and the library pops up with (supposedly) all your pictures from your camera, over half of my pictures just won't show up. So I can't use it to edit the pictures I want because for some reason, the app just won't display them no matter what I try. Super frustrating. At this point I just decided to uninstall it since it's literally useless to me now smh.

The only thing this one really has going for it is hair color section. Sure, it has A LOT of selections and it is WAY user friendly. But it's also a "pay for" app. Eventually you have pay in order to even save the picture you edit? Not cool! I had my fun, edited my picture, I'm giving my feedback (which was asked for 5 minutes after opening), I will promptly be deleting my account and uninstalling this ap. And as with most games, the ads are unbearably too prevalent!

The app freezes so much. It froze 3 times in ten minutes. I would purchase some things, but why purchase any thing from this app? More often than not, i have to uninstall, then reinstall the app. I lose all my kin every time. I can't even work out a look without the game freezing every couple of minutes. Lets fix that and maybe I'll consider purchasing something at a later date.this app is useless.

I signed up for the paid subscription. The app worked great. Two weeks after I was charged 7/6/24 $19.99 the app will not work. Crashes every time. I did all updates, sent a notice on the trouble shooter. There is no one to communicate with. If the app is not corrected I will pursue a refund. Please fix the app. I would rather have the app working than have to file against Perfect365 for a refund.

Used to be great! Recently the app closes immediately after opening. I've forced stop/cleared cache and uninstalled. The app will NOT allow to re-install over mobile data or a strong wi-fi connection. After opening up at least 3x it finally seems to work until I click save then it will not save , just freezes. This was the best photo editing app. Please fix.

I really love this app, HOWEVER "mirror makeup" almost ALWAYS glitches when taking photo on one of my eyes the makeup will end up under my eye instead of where it should be. I have to usually take a screen shot instead of the in app camera in order for it to look normal. This has been going on for a long time. I even emailed developers about it with photos. Still not fixed. If they fix this I'll update to 5 stars.

Awesome app!!! You can do small touch ups even without paying for pro. You just have to go light because It's easy to over do it and come out looking like a super model and looking fantastic( if u want that you can get it here) . I dont want to change my appearance but I do like to add blush or hide a wrinkle here n there and it's amazing for that as well.

After trying the app, I decided it wasn't what I expected, so I cancelled. If I'm not mistaken, it was a free trial if I cancelled. Then, I was charged $15.99 for it.

For using simple features we have to see videos and ads... worst is when you show a cross sign to exit, on the top, which actually instead of exit takes to the featured app aor further in the ads..... even after complaining so many times, nothing is done.......... you mean to force the users to download the app or to hang on that page........ Seems like a punishment to use your app, without subscription...!!

This app is the best and customer service support is 2nd to none 👍 UPDATE: well it was! I have the paid version but now advert videos have started playing during use so down it drops from 5 to 1 star!!! taking the p%$$!!!🤬😡🤬😡

crazy, it has bugs according to your app so it crashes everytime I try to select a photo and it brings me to the page where I need to pay. before it has option to use it without internet and now it needs internet to bring you to a page where you need to pay to access the app.

this used to be such a good app. Now I opened it on my Samsung s25 Ultra and it would not let me apply any change to the photo. The app closes iself when I apply changes. So bad! 👎👎👎👎👎

App constantly glitches and keeps trying to force me to pay for the advanced options that I don't want. Plus I've paid before for the app, why do they keep trying to force you to pay again? Stupid.

have emailed them several times to restore my purchase on another phone with no response. I originally downloaded the app on an Android phone and now I have an iPhone and I am unable to restore my membership that I paid for.

once again it's a very average app ..what they do love to do though, is make it really easy to either; A.,, sign up for the free trial then make it impossible to see which account you use whether it's personal or a work account or whatever. I write these things down which account and which app and which cancellation date deadline is. should be good enough right? nope probably getting charged again because I cannot find it not in the Play store they must have changed it to in app, ethics? nah

I love this app, don't get me wrong. But just recently whenever I create a look and try to save it, the photo would usually go to my Perfect365 folder located in my gallery. Now, when I save a photo I can't find it anywhere!! I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app... Nothing and it's very disappointing because I use this app often... Please fix this!!

amazing realistic makeover app, exactly what I was looking for, only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it crashes which causes me to lose all my progress

Amazing app. It's so easy to use. It's probably the best app for editing photos out there. I would give it a thousand stars if I could.

Functionality of this app is super nice, but what kills it for me and hence the low rating is the beacon monitor service it slips in on you, with no mention whatsoever. Used over 1gb of ram in the last 12 hours without me even having used the app in a couple weeks. Beacon Scan notifications kept popping up for a split second all of a sudden, since TODAY. Prompt uninstall for me. Had to use the app 'UnNotification' to find Perfect365 as the culprit. Shame on you devs. Never again.
