This app really helps me keep things organized, like my to do list, and I love having all of my cat's medical information at my fingertips. I like the reminders when it comes to yearly check-ups & vaccines. However, I've had a few issues here and there of reminders that didn't clear after the appointments for them, and they kept reminding me over and over again. It was a little annoying. The app support suggestions didn't fix it. I had to wait for the vet's office to do it.

I really enjoy this app and it makes it easy for keeping everything organized. I wish it was a bit better set up, for example the pets in a vertical list, and ability to put in their yearly date so the app reminds of of maintanence appointments. I also wish there was a health testing portion (embark OFA penhip) of the pets profiles. With appointments I would really like a history page of all my past appointments if I needed to revisit, if you click that you completed one it disapears.

No Document Storage This app is almost perfect. It's a nice user interface that does create a pet profile and a place to schedule various appointments, but you can't upload or save files for your pet. If they would have an option to scan and upload documents, such as when you get your pet shots, then it would be perfect. For now, still on the look for an app that has this feature.

It's a neat app that lets you see upcoming appointments. It lets you update your pet's info or special notes, conditions, and so on. It would be amazing if you could also view lab work, imaging, results, vaccine certificates etc. as well. This is why I put 4 stars instead of 5. It's very useful for scheduling, though.

Very convenient for scheduling and canceling. And also reminding you of things you may have forgotten. My only issue is when I recieve notifications of services needed, once I update those services the notification remains and I've not figured out how to remove/ update that. I'm not certain whether that's on the vet clinics end or the app. Either way, it's annoying.

App is nice to keep all your pets in one place, and that's where it ends. You can not update any information after your initial setup. I've got 5 pets, and it does not update their age, and will not allow me to enter new weights. They give you 6 lines to enter in notes, which is gone if you have multiple issues you need to remember or fix with medications. Nice concept. Poor outcome.

Wish it would allow your choice vet to send and allow you to view health records. I personally find the choice of not being able to make appointments fine since many clinics allow you to do that on their personal webpage or phone call. The app itself is very simple and neat. I can keep all information, such as weight, food preference, allergies, medications and vaccination reminders on my pets own personal profile. It is a great idea, and I look forward to future updates.

After 3 weeks I finally gave up and dismissed my most recent appointment request. If the providers don't respond, this is essentially a place to keep a list of your pets (with a single photo). Since there's no way for owners to add any medical info, or even a description of a pet (other than species & gender), I don't find this very useful. The "notes" section won't scroll, so you can't read more than 2 lines of any notes you add. There are other apps that offer much better record keeping for pets. This is too dependent on the provider's management.

The clinic where I work has started using PetDesk and we have a lot of positive experiences from the clients. Most of the features are very helpful! I like how you can add reminders that your vet doesn't always send out regarding when it's time to give doses of medicine to your pet. You can set these to be daily, monthly, or whatever frequency you want. There are a couple things I found confusing trying to navigate in the app. However I very much recommend the company and getting the app!

This is such a great app. You can schedule appointments, purchase meds and have them shipped right to your door, all with a few clicks! It puts you in direct contact with your vet for any questions or concerns. I use it frequently and really like how easy the app is to navigate. The addition of being able to add your pets pic to their profile is cool as well. It's also extremely handy as the app will send you reminders of appts or med refills when they're due.

This is one of the most convenient and useful apps I've used! As long as your pet's providers use this, ALL of your pets' needs can be taken care of straight from the app. You can book appointments straight from the app for groomers, vets, boarding, etc. And the ability to create profiles for multiple pets helps me keep track of all my pets' appointments, meds, you name it! The app even notifies me when it's almost time to refill my pets' meds. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with pets!

This app works well, but we should be able to stop notifications from former providers! There's no reason we should need to contact them separately and ask them to remove us. The app should do that for us if we choose. I'm getting notifications from a provider I had years ago when I didn't even have the app yet. Why and how were they even added to my profile? That's very invasive, in my opinion. I should be able to stop notifications from them from the app at the very least.

When I first installed this app, I wasn't completely sure if I'd ever use it. Then back in January, I had to take my cat to the e-vet. Having her most recent lab results at my fingertips helped them establish a baseline which was really important because we almost lost her. Since then, I've used it more. It's helped me keep a closer eye on her labs & order prescription refills with zero hassle. The notifications letting me know when she's due for more tests are incredibly helpful, too.

My vet office told me about this app and were fairly new to it. I can honestly say it has been extremely beneficial. You can have all your pets, any meds they're on (you can even set reminders!) You can upload a picture and customize each animals profile. My favorite part is the fact that you can schedule, cancel or reschedule appts without a phone call. The other perk, you can request results and they will do that for you as well and you get a text from the app reminding you of any of it. You c

I'm sure this is a very nice and helpful app with a participating provider. UI seems great. However, if you already have a vet, that vet doesn't use petdesk, and you're not looking to change vets, get a task management/productivity app and don't waste your time. It's well-done but read-only, and without the integrated health data, the task/reminder system is simply nothing special, and you'll get more mileage out of a general purpose system.

The app helps me keep track of important information about my pets. Of the apps I've tested, I like this one best. Some might find the app visually unappealing and certain aspects not particularly user friendly. There are only a few things I wish it had (or I'm unaware of if it does): A way to note if a pet has passed away without having to actually remove them. If you could sync/share data with another user. The ability export data into a text based document.

First impressions of this app are not good. The first thing I try to do is enter information and this is one clunky mess. For example, you want to input a birthday, you can't simply punch in the date, you have to scroll forever thru a graphic calendar which doesn't let you move to a certain year directly. I had to hit the month arrow over 50 times to get to my pet's birth-date. This is truly amateur hour here. I also can't scroll up or down the list while entering info. I MUST click the "next" arrow on the virtual keyboard. What??? I am going to find it hard to trust the integrity of this app if the programmers can't even put half an effort into the interface. Now I find that I can't input an appointment that I made by phone? Like I said, this whole app is one hot mess. I'm going to uninstall and hopefully, someday, they'll hire a programmer who can make an app friendly. As it is, it's mostly useless.

The ease of use and flexibility of the app is great. I can add all of my pets, their different specialists and so much more. The ability to be able to have their chip information in a quick and easy to use app is helpful. When different clinics send notifications that lab results, etc. are available, that information does not always show up in a timely manner. Other than that it is easier than checking my calendar for up coming appointments, etc. I would like a medication reminder.

This app is just all right. It's functional for what it does, but that's the point: it doesn't do much. It can be more powerful. For instance, we should be able to fully access ALL pet med records instead of entering them manually. !! We should also be able to pay on a bill directly from the app. I can almost keep better records on paper. It's sad that app developers have zero vision for the prospects of technological reach because they're too obsessed with rotten AI. Integration of accounts!

Marginal improvement over the typically maddening vet experience. But it doesn't fix the core problem. Why is it that when I pick a day for an appointment and my provider decides to pick another, my appointment is "confirmed" without my input? Why is there this back&forth at all? Why even code for this, and not just have a calendar with open slots so I can just pick one without the back&forth? Still maddening and completely unintuitive.
