Too difficult to claim e-invoice at petron. Every time get cashier's final receipt, and they always need to scroll 5 minutes at their POS system to find your transaction. Causing long queue. E-invoice details need input manually every time, despite their system remembers your login details & claim history, but doesnt auto-submit or at least simply autofill. NONE! Look at other fuel stations, they are all automated. Invoice delivered right at the app. Always waste my lunch hour at petron station

I can't register an account if I select "I have a petron miles card"! I have entered the card number and a stupid message saying registration is unavailable! The chat function does absolutely nothing to help and said "your issue will be resolved in 10 working days and we will notify you via email". Guess what? It's been more than a month and nothing!!!!!!!! If I don't choose the "I have a petron miles card" option, the registration works but I can't link my existing card to it!!!!!!!

Force user to use app instead of website and less feature in the app, before this I can export the transaction history from web version, now I cannot do that if in app. Also, I cannot find the point redeem in the app even I just want to check what I can redeem with my points. Very disappointed. This app just let user to check the point and show membership, and others is just useless feature.

It's inconvenient, every time you open it to use it you have to log in again (session expires), before using a card was easy, but changing to using the app every time you want to top up you have to enter your phone number. I've topped up many times and couldn't redeem points because I couldn't open the app.

Frequent updates but still many bugs. kept logging me out of app and I can't log back in. requests for ID but system doesn't allow me to key in SG IC number when selected. passport number that was used to set up account was not recognized and required me to call Help. i still haven't received help. shdnt need passport number cos this will change when passport renews. strange app

at first the app worked properly...but over time as for now after the budi95 launched...i cannot open the app anymore...it says " failed to verify the device's integrity. Please restart the app and try again".. too many attempts already and i have uninstalled and installed again and again but the problem still persists...

Really hassle. When arrived on the station, open the app, but what I see first is login, even after I done it before. Why I need to relogin after not open the app for some time?

Contacted support for OTP issue and they replied they will contact me via email for follow up. It's been more than 2 months still no follow up from them. Maybe stop using AI for so called "efficiency" in your online support?

the app keep asking me to update my profile but when filling all my info, it still come out the error message "Validation error: Constraints violations"

singaporean, inputted my ic and DOB while registering at the staff counter. when to download the app, managed to login but requires to complete my profile but impossible to do because it keeps on prompting that DOB does not match with IC. singaporean IC will not match your date of birth. because of this i cannot use the app.

This app need to overhaul and re-test more rigorous as it keeps logging out magically once I reach petrol station. I key correct pin also can't use it. Maybe Petron prevent us to collect points lol. When I go home and reset, everything seems fine and good. Then I go to petrol station to fill up and magic happens again , this create long queue for other customer and I give up my points. This login & logout is annoying & wrong password etc, pls correct your bugs before we change to other brand...

Petron is my fuel of choice for years now because of the redeemable points. So you can imagine how eager I was to download this app and monitor my gains. Sadly, after going through the sign-up procedure over and over again, I have yet to receive a single verification code. App looks good, and that's all it really is. Something to just look at and not use.

tried to login so many times, stupid OTP and verification process which ended up being in a loop. and then when i finally successfully logged in— the app was just to show points ????? please develop your app to compete with Settle or ATLEAST like Caltex one ; those apps can pay directly from the apps without needing to walk and queue at the cashier. it save a lot of hassle. just as simple app as Caltex is enough. also make the points more usable thru cashback/ redeem vouchers.

I’m having a login problem. I’ve already completed the registration process, and the app stated that my registration was successful. However, I’m unable to log in using my registered phone number. Each time I try, it shows the error message “WRONG LOGIN or PIN.” I also tried registering again, but the same problem still occurs.

Very Useless App.. everytime i want to chat with live agent, it asks full name, email, phone number and IC... why need these all info and why app cannot get it from my profile??? im signed in... not in guest mode... Also, hope the app can let user view receipts in digital, i think this will be the most useful and main function that make us install the app.

Lousy upgrade, or may I say DOWNGRADE. The app LOG me OUT automatically. When try to show the cashier for scan QR for point, only to find out I'm log out & have me stand in front of the counter causing the long line up. This is huge waste of time and making me very disappointing and embarrassing. Somehow the point redemption feature is gone and never see an APP are so useless before but only to see the point redemption history and current point left. Plus, it not allow to screenshot for the QR.
