I have appreciated this app until a login issue came about from combining the Eagles App with the NFL login. NFL couldn't find my address leading me to set one up, at which time the NFL app showed my email already was used. "Help" was no help, limiting the user to categories that didn't match. After three round-trip attempts, this entry was submitted hoping it would get to the right person to fix the login. Go Birds!

Hey guys the app doesn't let us view videos in full screen. Could you please fix this issue? Last Sunday I tuned in to your live coverage before and after the game. I wasn't able to watch the video in full screen. I had to watch it on YouTube. Could you guys please fix this issue? I've never had a problem in past years with this issue. Thank you Fly Eagles Fly!!🤙

After all this time this app still can't play videos. After about 10 seconds it keeps freezing. This has been a on going problem since the app was updated about 4 years ago. I don't want to hear the excuses it's my phone. I'm running Android 11 and have a fast enough processor and memory. If I depended on this app to watch the pre and post game shows I would be totally annoyed. Good thing you can watch them on you tube.

This app keeps me well informed on my favorite team for life . Everything you need to know from schedules and team depth chart and ticket sales also merchandise.

This app is very informative. They keep you up to date with all the latest moves. I'm looking forward to the rest of the season. I have all the confidence in Coach Sirianni and his assistants. Go Birds

I rate this App 2 stars because it is very up to date, and well put together. BUT! Sometimes when I click on something it will say "Having problems with the app, would you like to close app, wait, or report." And no matter what I say it Automatically takes me outta the app completely. It's VERY ANNOYING. It just did it 2 me right now...5 times in a row. I would click on injury report...what I just explained above would come up, and no matter what selection I choose..it just logs me out.😤

It is a very easy to use and informative app. I didn't know I needed to know that much information, I love it. The included merch store is great as well.

So far my experience has been nothing but outstanding. the information the updates absolutely amazing. thank you!.

clean fun N always exciting to click on. I would just try to broadcast at least the home games so we can watch them on the app unless that ties into NFL network an they don't allow it. would love to watch the eagles games live on the app. I also would love to connect with the coaching staff on the app maybe like a once a week ask a coach a question.

poor app you give a radio option yet you can only use it if tou live in the Eagles market!!! what's the purpose of a mobile app that you can't use anywhere especially when you don't live in the market maybe radio is our only option not fare to the fans your a billion dollar industry we should be able to use radio app anywhere in the country!!!!!!!!

Don't plan on any enjoyment during the game. It hadn't been improved on the off season...maybe it is Verizon network... hopefully not our servers, but real time is trash at best. Been on this for 3 years, so that's my reference for this review. Great for articles, and sometimes works when trying to keep pay by play update. The lag in the update is so bad at times ...I go to Google just to see if anything or any time has come off the clock... And who has the ball.

Edit: App has been updated, slightly better. Video still randomly crashes. Video constantly crashes, and location refuses to work. In order to watch videos, I have to use YouTube or the NFL app. I live less than 10 miles from the Linc; but the app says I'm out of market for radio. Fix this.

Not sure what happened to this app since last season but the videos have issues. The live conferences are okay but other videos intermittently get very glitchey. Starts to play then goes back to the ads, and keeps doing that so I'm watching all these ads. Going to uninstall and reinstall again as the rest of the app works fine. Update: Videos still having bad issues. Unwatchable as keeps saying app not responding. Couldn't even Send Feedback. Uninstalling app.

The app has had better days, since the upgrade its not been the same. I cannot get the video to keep the screen from timing out and once a timeout occurs during a video, the entire video either starts from the beginning or the app itself crashes. We'll see what this new update brings to the table.

Ok. The app is good when it works. However, it frequently lags and won't load the stories. And it turns off music I have playing on Spotify (even when I don't select a video). So, love the Eagles content, but the app is just ok.

Pathetic !!!! After downloading the latest update the app crashes every time. I already contacted support (didn't hear zip). When you want to get pumped for the first game of the year by watching a hype video, you get to experience a 20+second commercial then it closes....click the video again and app crashes. Who designed the latest version...Chip Smelly? Whatajoke....watch hype videos on YouTube...EAGLES app? Fergettaboutit....

I've used the Eagles app for years. Never really had a problem until last December. The app widget has stopped working. I've had 2 different phones during this time, and it doesn't work on either one. I suppose it isn't a huge issue, but it was nice to have

EAGLES!!!! Even if the app was trash I would still rate it 5 stars.
